Aaj Ki Aawaz

There is no reason whatsoever for RS Speaker to turn down request for Amar Singh being questioned!!!!! And I'm sure Amar can be trusted to make his questioning into 'an event'!!!! He'll even get a new kurta payjama set stitched for this 'event'....... though after the photo ops there is every chance Amar will feign illness and get admitted into a Hospital...... he has already said that though he gives a okay look health-wise on the inside he is very sick!!! Amar is in 'please Congress mode' so he will not lead the questioners to Congress's doorstep ......looks like the questioning will be done in Amar's hospital room!!! It is rumored that Amar and a high functionary in Sonia's Office were in touch with one another..... in fact it is said this was a Congress Dirty Tricks Department and Amar JV!!! And will the Cops also question Rajdeep Sardesai who's IBN did not air/share crucial parts of the sting!!

Amar bahut meeta karr liya 'hupp hupp' now kadawa karr hupp hupp!!!

We anxiously await your next gupp!!

Rahul is being tutored to take over, Milind Deora has replaced Dad in the Cabinet...... in Congress 'the lineage continues'!!! So why did Congress refuse this lineage continuance to Jagan????? Sonia they say as it is was not comfortable with Jagan's Dad's 'independent hold in AP'...... he was a Leader on his own!!!! Now Jagan's wealth is being investigated...... good.... because the phenomenal rise in his wealth needs to be investigated...... though the investigation is motivated to either make him run back to Congress or finish him politically!! They say Jagan has Sonia in his sights and 'will hit back'...... he has Media muscle in house!!! He has a lot of material and is trying to get proof!!

Tit for tat,

Ex Mouse takes on his ex Party's Fat Cat!!

BJP is worried that Digvijaya is 'doing the needful for Congress in UP'!!!!! Whereas I feel the majority minority is not that naive any longer… especially the youth!!!!! Though Congress feels that the animosity between the majority and majority minority is so great that Digvijaya blaming the majority for 'terror' which they know is the handiwork of their lot is endearing Congress... a very devious and insulting conclusion!!!! But this is for sure Digvijaya's statements sound like music to Pakis and is indeed sullying India's image as India's stand is that terror in India is the handiwork of ISI ....... do keep in mind the sleeper cells in India do get support from across the border!!!

They say majority minority youth aspirations are different from the older lot!!!

They ask the oldies for your loyalty to Congress what have you got?????

Rahul is back in Delhi …… back to comfy environs!!!!! No comments from him on the Mumbai Blasts…… Congress's Yuvraj feels silence is golden…… some in the Congress feel this is abs right…… because whenever Rahul opens his mouth he creates a controversy!!! If he has to lead Congress in UP Rahul will have to be on the road pretty often for days!!! Seems Mom is planning to gist Sonny a 'Rath'…….. equipped with everything one can think of!!!! After all Raths have proven to be lucky……Sonia should get in touch with BMW for a bullet and bomb proof Rath….. duty….. if Tendu could get duty relief for this Car why can't Rahul get duty relief??? In fact I think Rahul should view 'Meet the Fockers' and get the same bus Robert De Niro has!!!!

Rahul Gandhi is accustomed to luxury and comfort!!!!!

Rahul gets edgy when in discomfort!

PS……Santa tells Banta he's in a state like our PM!!!! Banta asks him to explain! Santa says at home no one not even the servants listen to him and when he tells his dog 'shoo' 'kutta mainoo wadan noo andhaa hai (the dog comes to bite him)'……. at work no one takes him seriously…….and he too has the nagging feeling that soon he is going to be jobless!!! RIL Boss Mukesh has presented Congress with an old 'IOU' so as to get Government to sideline the problems 'lining up' against RIL in the Petroleum Sector!!!!

FORUM

Why appoint retired officers ?

I fail to understand when as many as 30 IAS officers of 1977 batch, of those empanelled, are still waiting to be Secretary in the Government of India, why Government is filling posts that could have otherwise gone to serving officers with superannuated ones? One can see them every where from Archaeological Survey Of India to Planning Commission, from CVC to CEC. There are more than six dozen superannuated officers hanging on to various posts that could have otherwise gone to a secretary level serving officer. The last Cabinet Secretary did a disservice to the IAS fraternity by agreeing for more than two extensions and thus denying chances to more energetic, competent and younger officers. These types of actions affect the smooth carrier flow of officers and demoralize them.

Navnith

Chief Commissioners are demoralized?

Chief Commissioners of CBEC and CBDT are demoralized? What about the officers belonging to lower ranks? Their promotions are held up for more than one and half years.

Aman

Stop employing retired personnel

Government of India should immediately stop employing retired personnel on contract basis. Instead either Government should raise the retirement age or employ new recruits as regular appointment.

Scoop of the week

There is no substitute for Hard Work..

Work hard and with passion no one can steal anything from you.

The Art of making Honey :

Once a bird asks a bee "After a continuous hard work u prepare honey....but a man steals that honey from you, don't u feel sad about it?

"Never, because of course a man can steal my honey, but he can never steal the "Art of making honey" from me.

RTI

Contributions to "Sri Sai Baba Super Spirituality Hospital Trust"

The copies of all the "Periodical Returns" furnishing the details of "Foreign Contributions filed by "Sri Sai Baba Super Spirituality Hospital Trust" and the details of all the "Bank Accounts" operated by the Trust were denied u/s 8(1)(j) and 8(1)(e) based on objections of the third party. It was informed that the documents related to the
show cause notices issued and their replies after granting the registration under Foreign Contributions Regulatory Act, 1976 to the Trust could not be provided as they have been destroyed. The CIC held that u/s 12 of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Rules 2011, summary data of receipts and utilisation of foreign contribution in excess of one crore rupees in a financial year is required to be kept in the public domain. The CIC further directed the PIO to furnish the relevant Rules/ order under which the records have been destroyed.

Comments

Contrary to popular beliefs, the RTI Act is applicable not only to the governmental organisations, but also to NGO's which are substantially financed by the government. Further, the documents submitted by any private organisation in compliance of a regulatory requirement can be sought under the RTI Act. All records available with the public authority can be destroyed only as per the rules.
