Cops ko itni jaldi kyon thi Congress ko clean chit denne ki!!!

Pehle Amar ki statement tho lenni thi!!!

The tearing hurry with which Cops have given Congress a clean chit in the Cash for Votes has got many crying foul!!! Of course going by ' jabh sayiaa bahe kotwal do darr kahe ka' this was only natural!!! However I would request Sonia to take note every action has an equal and opposite reaction…… to Congress's blatant 'cover up actions' or misdeeds the 'opposite action' will come in the next General Election!!! Even a dolt will say that viewing the fact that Congress benefited from this Cash for Votes Congress was without a doubt the main protagonist…… it used Amar who was in please Congress mode so that SP could become an active ally in UPA stage managed the show and Saxena and Hindustani, who the Cops are trying to show as the stars of this show, were support artistes!! And if you recall the TV bytes post the vote you get to see Sonia and Rahul accepting congrats with relieved smiles!!! Mohna who usually is emotionless reacted like he'd won a Lottery....... smiles and V signs!!

Dupe the Nation and you will get preferential treatment in Jail!!!!!

It is like in Jail this lot are on bail!!!

Kalmadi and other co-accused in the CWG Grand Theft will now be transported to Court in 'Business Class'…. Special van!!! Maybe next he'll be allowed fly the IOC Flag in front of the Van!! The Court has allowed this for security reasons!!! The Van will in all probability have a Cop handing out refreshments to the CWG infamous five!!! It's this preferential treatment that causes heartburn amongst prisoners!!! As it is reports from Tihar say that Kalmadi is prone to throwing his weight around!!! In fact it is said Tihar in recent times has seen record imported foodstuff 'imports'!!

Bellary Reddy brothers ki God Mother or Mummy,

Has for self survival become in their cases abs nikammi!!

What a damning photo….. Sushma with her hands on the heads of the two rogue Bellary Reddy brothers!!! In fact Sushma chummed up to Sonia so as to try to get the heat off her Godsons…… imagine the Lady who has vowed to go 'takli' if Sonia became PM entered into a 'no personal attacks' pact with Sonia!!!!! Hillary met her and Sushma was thrilled……oddly she made a couple of personal requests…. which diplomatically is a no-no!!!!!

Barkah Dutt went the Chennai to interview Hillary!!!!

Interview was cancelled and now she's indulging in anti Hillary pillory!!

Seems Hillary was advised that Barkah Dutt no longer carries the 'respectable Journalist' tag and so she cancelled her interview with Barkah!!! Recently post the Mumbai blasts she used the pouring rain as 'make up' for TRP!!! She could have easily stood under an umbrella or worn a rain coat but then these would not have had the affect of her walking in the rain getting drenched!!! At a loose end in Chennai after the interview was cancelled she tweeted asking for advise as to what she should do….... what advice can you give a 'publicity addict'?????? Fact is Barkha is into Crony Journalism or Conniving Journalism!!

For Congress Karnataka Lokayukta's report is like candy Delhi Lokayukta's report is bitter!!!!

Karnakata Lokayukt's report is like Gold and Delhi Lokayukt's report is like litter!!

The Delhi Lokayukt has asked the President to pull up Sheila!! Of course Congress has totally ignored the Lokayukt's observation!! Karnataka Lokayukt's report very rightly damns Yeddy and Congress is right to demand Yeddy's sacking.... but at the same time Congress needs to take a call on Sheila getting a reprimand from Delhi Lokayukata... some say this is a polite way if saying 'Sheila deserves to be sacked'....... Shiela and Congress are going on the same path as BJP went in Karnataka......maybe in Delhi soon Sheila will face a rebellion!! Yeddy in the meantime is in Mauritius holidaying..... he knew the Report on illegal mining was coming and so seems he went on a holiday so as to buy time for planning his next move and hoping by the time he returns some of the 'poison from the sting would have ebbed'!!

PS…….Civil Society undertook a survey in Sibal's constituency on the Lokpal Bill!!! Now Sibal is planning a similar exercise......Sibal's survey will be funded by the Chandini Chowk Shopkeepers Association...... he's been able to scare them that if Lokpal Bill becomes a reality ' 2 number ka dhandaa will come to an end'!!!! If Katrina who is half Indian and Rahul who also is half Indian get married will they become complete Indians??????

PULLOCK CHATTERJEE-OFFICER OF CALIBRE AND ADVENTURES

I have put quite more than 37 years in government and seen many IAS and other Officers, who have been liked by everyone by heart and Mr. Pullock Chatterjee is one of them, whom I know quite well. His calibre is remarkable and he is an officer of creating adventures for the welfare of the country and government besides government officers. For Mr. Pullock chatterjee joining Govt. of India is a very fabulous and encouraging Report which must be welcomed by the public at large and even no political party will oppose his decisions and advices to the government. Wishing him all the best for new assignment of Mr. Pullock Chatterjee and along with him the present experience government officers, who are likely to retire in this month or who have even already retired earlier in this year itself, may also get benefit. Although Govt. has, usually, implementing any action for its employees and officers either from January or July Ist. Similarily, for Mr. Pullock Chatterjee also the enhancement of his age for Government assignment be implemented henceforthwith. Rather it could have been announced by now by the Prime Minister's Office. Moreover, such a sincere officers are very rare and Mr. Chatterjee is rarest of the rare in this field. Moreover, presence experienced officers in the Government must stay for at least two years more to prepare the younger generation who still needs to attain experience from the present Senior Officers in Government.

Lot of discussions have taken place in this forum for and against extension of retirement age. Many ?yes minister? variety of bureaucrats are getting extensions with political backing. As a contributor pointed out there are more than five dozen retired bureaucrats still in service , all after getting their extensions in a clandestine manner. Many of them continue in the same accommodation they were occupyuing as secretaries. Why can?t we be a little more open and start a Retired Civil service(RCS) Cadre where the joining age will be 60 and releasing age 80 with no extensions.Qualifications include subservience to the political masters, willingness to put their heads out in the nefarious activities of the minister, closeness to the coterie around the ?High Command?.I am sure there will be plenty of qualifying candidates. Others can peacefully go home and sleep without worrying about extension and writing about it in this forum.

Navnith

A very welcome news for the entire IDSE fraternity. We have no doubt that various cadre issues of civilian officers will be resoloved under his leadership.

RTI

Contributions to "Sri Sai Baba Super Spirituality Hospital Trust"

The copies of all the "Periodical Returns" furnishing the details of "Foreign Contributions filed by "Sri Sai Baba Super Spirituality Hospital Trust" and the details of all the "Bank Accounts" operated by the Trust were denied u/s 8(1)(j) and 8(1)(e) based on objections of the third party. It was informed that the documents related to the
show cause notices issued and their replies after granting the registration under Foreign Contributions Regulatory Act, 1976 to the Trust could not be provided as they have been destroyed. The CIC held that u/s 12 of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Rules 2011, summary data of receipts and utilisation of foreign contribution in excess of one crore rupees in a financial year is required to be kept in the public domain. The CIC further directed the PIO to furnish the relevant Rules/ order under which the records have been destroyed.

Comments

Contrary to popular beliefs, the RTI Act is applicable not only to the governmental organisations, but also to NGO's which are substantially financed by the government. Further, the documents submitted by any private organisation in compliance of a regulatory requirement can be sought under the RTI Act. All records available with the public authority can be destroyed only as per the rules.
