You are doing a great job.
Ajay Kumar Trehan
Aaj Ki Aawaz
It is indeed sad Congress's dirty tricks Department is now threatening
to find scum on anyone and everyone opposed to Madam and her son!!!!
Well all who want the Nation to get out of the rut it is in should hope
Congress does a Ramdev on Anna......... revolutionary changes will take
place!! It's understood Congress is already in touch with its 'pally'
Media to ensure that Anna's fast does not get the publicity it got last
time!!!!
With every stupid act Congress digs itself deeper into the pit!!!!!
Like cutting the branch on which it does sit!!
If Mohna and Pranab have become friendly then PC's in the doghouse!!!
Maybe this 'tapping revelation' is an outfall of this new friendship......
after all the alleged tapping is supposed to have taken place a year
back...... when Mohna and PC were pally and Pranab Da was the common
enemy!! Maybe Pranab Da has realized his PM dream is now not achievable
and Mohna has realized 'my days in 7 Race Course are now numbered' ......
via a statement by a Congress Leader ' that Rahul should takeover' Sonia
has already served Notice to Mohna!!! I feel PC should be straightened
out ..... his mischievous bent of mind..... his deviousness.......his
ambition........and his haughtiness have made him unpopular.......and
Sonia I'm sure must have placed him in the 'undependable' bracket!!!
If equations have changed then some drastic changes in the reshuffle
should be expected!!!!
There is an outside chance that from the Cabinet 'election wonder'
PC could be ejected!!!
NHRC Report clearly shows that Rahul was lying.......not even exaggerating
but lying!!! Had a few deaths and rapes taken place and Rahul would
have exaggerated the number he could have got away...... but now he
has the 'not to be trusted' tag around his neck!! Why did he lie.........or
who got him to lie........PM in waiting indulging in such cheap tactics.....
???? Now as usual he's gone underground and in another week or so he'll
surface and I'm sure he will not disappoint his ever growing number
of detractors with a gaffe.... foot in the mouth!!! Congress needs to
do something about the 'foot in mouth' that's gaining epidemic proportions
in Congress!!!! And law and order in UP is more because of UP's size.....
of course Maya's reluctance to act against her supporters has been a
catalyst......like the murder of the CMO and the alleged suicide of
the main accused in his murder..... corruption related !!! But when
it comes to Bhatta Parsaul it is 'game , set and match' to Maya!!!!
Can Rahul fit into Vajpayee's or Mohna's shoes??????
Just say in Public 'Rahul should become PM' and hear the boos!!!
Munde's been placated ........ his exiting BJP was a near impossibility.....
yes he went through the motions only to improve his bargaining chances!!!
Had Congress been in BJP's place today Congress would have literally
made BJP Government fall...... but BJP with its Camps is tottering!!!
Basically BJP's proven to be a unfit Opposition........ fritting away
its being in power in so many States!!!! Today BJP's only hope is Modi......
he can be a unifying factor........ and he has the charisma to woo the
majority to vote for BJP!!! But Camp wars keep him busy in Gujarat.......
mind you he is more worried about his own Party men that Congress when
it comes 'power wars' in Gujarat!!!
Bharatiya Jhagda Party is living up to its name!!!!
So many opportunities to gain because of Congress 'loosing out'
...no gain as of date.... what a shame!!

CBDT shouldn't be cagey
CBDT should not be cagey in disclosing that it created the ruckus of
bugging in FM's office so that its Chairman(now ex) could wangle an
extension. The legendary filmi villain Ajit would have said "Smart
Boy "

AP leads in corruption !
If you really want to see corruption, you should study Andhra Pradesh.
It can surpass any northern state.

An extension again
Yet again an extension. Are there no people to take their place OR is
it "managed". Extensions as brought out on a number of occasions
are creating bunching and fresh people do not get their rightful place.
Unemployment is increasing due to these policies. Making people indispensable
gives rise to corruption and creates grey areas in governance.

Hats off to Pukhraj Maroo
Hats off to him. It is really wonderful to have such interesting academicians
working as bureaucrats. It would be appropriate if he becomes an educationist
and a vice chancellor of a reputed University. Keep going.

Aam Admi has high hopes from Team Anna
It is rightly pointed out that the notion of "Sole Authority of
Law Making By the Public Representatives" is cracked and Aam Admi
of our Country is looking with God's Faith towards the Team Anna as
a crusader against the Corruption.

Reducing LLM to one year course will be injustice
All PG courses are of two years. Masters degree in law should also
be of two year duration. Reducing LLM to one year course will be a gross
injustice against other PG courses

Plenty of wrongs
There are plenty of things wrong with the DOPT and MEA, not in just
one single case. The DoPT in particular should be a national shame of
mismanagement, manoeuvrings and manipulation with no principle, ethics
or values. It should receive a global award for killing careers of b=right
officers and promoting corruption in this country.

Copy of application of wife
The applicant asked for the copy of application form his wife had supposedly
sent to the RBI including her educational certificate. The CPIO refused
to disclose the information claiming that it was personal information
as she had not been selected for the job and is not an employee of the
RBI. The CIC upheld the order of CPIO holding that there was no apparent
larger public interest to be served by disclosure. The CIC noted that
there was nothing on record to show that the lady has authorized the
Appellant to access this information.
Comments
This order shows that the Public Authority is not bound to disclose
information about a job-seeker who is not his employee, even to her
spouse.
