Aaj Ki Aawaz

Too many factors confirm/prove Congress indulged in vote buying!!!

By saying BJP indulged in entrapment Congress is lying!!

First...... Congress had everything at stake!!!

Prior to vote Congress was shaky was the 'general take'!!

In the run up to the Vote rumours abounded that 'ads' for buying votes had been put out!!!

And on the job was many a political tout!!

Post the vote CBI did a 'u turn' in Mulayam and family's DA case!!!

Experts say prior to this it was sure that a jail term at least Mulayam would face!!!

The Wiki Cables also indicate vote buying!!

At Satish Sharma's house 'money chests' for vote buying were lying!!

Prior to the day voting took place Mohna looked shaky but on the day of voting,

He flashed V signs...... this evidence too is worth noting!!

Madam Sonia's eyes twitched like a flickering light but on the day of voting!!!!

How come Madam's eye twitches were cured is what many like me must have been noting??

And then BJP knew Congress was trying to buy votes and knew who in Congress were handling this!

Seems this fact Congress chose to miss!!!

So there is nothing wrong in BJP MPs contacting 'those who were in the market to buy votes'!!!

And it was also well known who controlled these buyers via remotes!!

Amar Singh tries to use a technicality to get off the hook!!!!

'If cash was mine my finger prints should have been checked on the notes' he says with an innocent look!!

Fact is Netas do not keep this kind of money at home...... its kept with someone or is 'imported'!!

And then via a courier to the one to be bribed the money is sent or 'exported'!!

Fact is Congress outsourced the buying to Mulayam and Mulayam deputed Amar!!!

And Amar drove off contacting probable vote sellers from his Hummer!!

Seems the MPs who showed inclination to sell votes did not trust Amar Singh!!!!

And so into the picture an aide from 10 Janpath Amar was forced to bring!!

To clear the air on this CNN IBN must air the CD it's kept under the wraps!!!

IBN has a Congress bias and is not showing these CDs as 'Congress and its agent Amar the CD traps'!!

For TRP IBN decided to trap MPs being bought but then its love for Congress kicked in!!

And it decided not to air the crucial CD that Congress ko karti hai 'lock stock and barrel' pin!!

There is also another possibility that Mulayam and Amar did this on their own!!!

They were desperate to make SP a active part of UPA and this is well known!!

So without letting Congress know both decided to gift wrap 'votes' to please Sonia Gandhi!!!!

Hoping ' then ho jaye gi humaari chandi'!!

Karuna has again started to bait voters .... this time with laptops, grinders and free bus passes!!

He feels these will entice the common man or the masses!!

The TN exchequer will pay for these sops and ultimately the one's getting the sops will foot the bill!

This logic do not know why Public has not been able to understand still!!

I understand that Buffet was not too keen to meet any Neta during this trip to Delhi!!!

Seems he must have seen what happens in Indian Parliament on the Telly!!

Some say he saw a couple of Bollywood movies that show how our Netas sin!!

However pressure from Indian Netas via diplomatic channels made him 'give in'!

Mohna would have felt insulted if someone like Buffet came to Dilli,

And did not meet him..... would make him look silly!!

Mohna's image overseas has taken a huge fall!!!!

Average height Mohna no longer walks tall!!

Buffet will be meeting Rahul too and I'm sure he'll find Rahul below average.... so-so!!!

Buffet is a maverick at recognizing talent but to make his analysis Public he'll say no!!

Though if he comments about his analysis to someone from the US Embassy it'll make it to Wiki Cables!!

And the Embassy will let Washington know how India's future PM Buffet 'labels'!!

Buffet knows that 'real wealth' in India is with Netas and he knows Netas only know 'to take'!

That's why a plea to Netas to donate a major portion of their wealth to charity he did not make!!

Confucius says....... to expect a Neta to be charitable is like expecting milk from a bull!!! And one usually gives when one is satisfied and our Netas 'stomachs are never full'!!

ARE PEOPLE LOSING INTEREST IN DEFENCE SERVICES THESE DAYS ?

What do you think? Why people are losing interest in Defence Services? Have they lost attraction because they are no more that lucrative as they have been earlier or there is a decline of 'nationalism' among the people of country these days. There is a shortage of over 12,000 officers at the junior and the middle rung alone in the Defence services in the country.

DEBATE (1)It is not true that young people loosing interest in Armed force. You have to only recall the news regarding crowed which gathered out side each recruitment centre of the Armed forces. It is only because of physical standards that many of them do not get selected. As far as respect to our armed forces is concerned, it is only figment of imagination of certain people that civil society do not respect them. One has to only peep in to the hearts of the people to know how much they respect you. How do you know that your wife and children love you? I do not think any where in the world people hate their armed forces. Basically Indians are shy, they do not show (display) their love like westerners. Young people kiss each other to show their love and affection. In other developed countries, people send greeting cards to their near and dear but in India we don't show our love and affection by greeting cards. Whenever a soldier or officer is felled by enemy bullet, every Indian feels the sorrow and grief but how can he display it? Is there any mechanism available ? OK let us think of a mechanism. Let Army welfare organisation open a register (on web site) and let individuals file their views on it. Is it possible. Please do it. Seeing is believing. Just see the response from the people.

DEBATE (2)Some people offer instinctive and subconscious comments in the forum. For example - two three gentlemen saying that since there is Corruption in defence Forces, no one wants to join!

Had there been corruption in the defense Forces, there should have been a stiff competition to get in. More the job is corruption ridden more the people want to join.

Ask Police ? Do people join Police for Seva ?

Appeal to FM

Nearly eight months have passed after submitting income tax returns, still refunds have not been issued to many tax payers. May we request if ITR's are complete in ITR1 & ITR2, the refunds can be issued before 31.3.2011 so tax payers believe in the system other wise no use of having e-filing, 26AS, computerisation etc. Refunds were much faster in earlier system. The use of computer is not known if refunds or settlements are delayed. Now we are entering in new financial year still the refunds for 2009-10 is pending. Will FM take a call on this issue.

What is meant by Truth in Satyamev?

What a spirited debate on where lies the Truth of the Wikileaks cablegate! The Truth remained shrouded even as speaker after speaker succeeded in exposing the lie the other was resorting to. In the end the seeker of the truth--the aam aadmi--remained as uneducated as earlier. What actually is this Truth? The Political or Diplomatic dictionaries didn't prove of much help. But the Devil's dictionary gave an interesting definition, worthy to be quoted on the WIC: Truth=an ingenious compound of desirability and appearance. Discovery of truth is the sole purpose of philosophy, which is the most ancient occupations of the human mind and has a fair prospect of existing with increasing activity to the end of time".

In democracies, where legitimate battles are fought by at least two sides, the exact definition of Truth is yet to be finalized by the editors of the Political and Diplomatic dictionaries!

IAS officers on inter cadre deputation?

Can the DoPT take a head count of the number of IAS officers who are or have been on inter cadre deputation? It will reveal a lot. Officers from certain cadres like Kerala, Manipur, Nagaland, Orissa, Jammu & Kashmir, Sikkim, Assam etc will be found on inter cadre deputation to Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttaranchal, UP etc. Most often, such officers land plum postings due to their connections. The lack of fondness of these officers for their home cadres translates into crowding in the cadre for officers who actually belong to a particular cadre. This problem is most acute in Uttaranchal, UP, Bihar, Jharkhand and Andhra Pradesh.

Why Karnataka secretaries should listen to Gupta?

Why Karnataka secretaries should listen to Union Secretary Deepak Gupta? what is his expertise? He is just senior. That's all. Karnataka has gone much ahead in power scenario without the help of union government. Have the Secretaries in Delhi forgotten of what biases they did when the state was in need for power in 1980's. Now Karnataka has got better policies and sound system in its place and it has nothing to learn from Delhi Secretary , other than moolahs and racketing.

A 1993 UDC is a regular Assistant from 1993 onwards; whereas a poor Grade D of 1984 is still an adhoc Steno C and is expected if DOPT thinks to be a regular Steno C from 2010 onwards only. In short, Steno D & C belong to four legged animal's service and not CSSS.

"Kapil Sibal on VSNL disinvestment!!!"

Kapil Sibal is merely trying to cover up the corruption scams perpetrated by his predecessor A Raja right under the nose of the Prime Minister, who though personally incorrupt, is dishonest with the hidden agenda of clinging to power, come what may ! Kapil is a loose cannon who speaks anything without verifying the factual position. The issue of demerger of 773 acres of surplus land of VSNL is the case in point. One wonders whether the lawyers, are qualified liars ?

Reach of touts to the Railways' website is all-pervasive

The reach of touts to the Railways' website is all-pervasive. If you want to book a ticket through Internet under tatkal scheme from Chennai or Bangalore you will never succeed because you find only a 'hung' website upto about 11 AM daily by which time all tickets must have been sold out/booked. Definitely this is the handiwork of touts with the collusion of railway officials. Buck up Railways.

RTI

Unnecessary transfer of application

The Commission noted that the RTI application has been unnecessarily sent to various BDOs who have all replied that the information is not held by them. Twenty officers of Delhi government had to attend a hearing before the CIC most of whom were unrelated to the information sought by the Appellant. This has also lead to a delay in providing
the information since it appears that there was not clarity as to who has the information.

Comments

It is frequently seen that transfer of the application is the first thing that the PIO does without careful scrutiny as to whether the deemed PIO to whom the application is transferred holds the information. Hopefully, the Government would find some method of ensuring that RTI application are sent to the people who have the information and not to every one since this wastes public resources and money.
