Aaj Ki Aawaz

The protagonist of 26/11 Sayeed 'thumbs his nose at India from Pakistan'!!!

And here we have our PM inviting him to watch cricket in Hindustan!!

Photo ops and some time out in the sun!!!!

Nothing more than this will get done!!

Woh humme maare aur humm kahe 'aao hazoor saath saath cricket dekhiye'!!!!

Sentiment of UPA 'Humm sekh rahe hai aur aap bhi siyaasati rotis sekhiye'!!

Here UPA will please majority minority and there PPP will say ' trying for Kashmir's azaadi'!!!!!

Siyaasati rotis by Netas on both sides....... abh toh inn rotiyon se honni chahiye Public ko baadi (indigestion)!!

Fact is what they want we cannot give!!!!

So basically as 'neighbours in dispute' we should learn to live!!!

Aunty Sheila's standard reply on Shunglu Report ' I've still to get it'..... it's reached PM'!!!!

Fact is simultaneously copy was sent to Delhi CM!

And Sheila is confident ..... after all she too is Mrs. Gandhi's pet!!!!

Seems from 10 Janpath sign of 'thumbs up' she's been able to get!!

If she's got the thumbs up then she feels she's safe..... CBI to take note!!!

Oh! I forgot in Madam's hand is CBI's remote!!!

Sheila must be saying to herself..... Kalmadi's safe and so I should be safe too'!!!

'In my case too justice will be flushed down the loo'!!

Cabinet reshuffle on anvil!!!

It's been in the air....she will not or she will????

Hope Sonia takes on NCP..... high time she did!!!

And from the Cabinet Pawar ko karti hai rid!!

Though Mohna-PC nexus keeps Pawar in good humour!!!

Praful is in touch secretly with PC is the rumour!!

In the Wiki Cables 'using currency as an analogy' Jaitley speaks!!!

Seems from 'the business vocabulary analogies' he seeks!!!

Because in the India Today Conclave he used 'equity as an analogy'!!!!

I think on giving its Hinduvta an opportunistic look BJP owes to Hindus an apology!!

And usage of equity analogy means Jaitley used the currency analogy too!!!

He used opportunistic because he did not know after the discussion what the Diplomat would do!!

Fact is BJP dupes the Hindus and Congress dupes the majority minority!!

Actually in this Country the 'duped by Netas' are in a near cent percent majority!!

Kanimozi described the ghoos from Balwa as a loan!!

And to use this loan ploy she's not alone!!

Kripashankar's son who got ghoos from builders and from Balwa too used the same excuse!!

Nothing but power ka sheer abuse!!

Haven't you heard of reverse entry and then re-reverse entry!!!!

An oft used mode by the political gentry!!

Kanimozi knows she's got three years to get matters sorted out!!

Because after that UPA's going to be out!!!

But then DMK which is now 'katti' with BJP was 'batti' during NDA days!!!

DMK could become batti with BJP if it comes to power ...... flexibility in siyaasat pays!!

Hasan Ali says he was a dhobi for YS Reddy!!!

Yes during YSR's days his 'till ( cash machine) went heady '!!!

YSR's son's rise in wealth is also questionable....again the same mode used by Ze Neta!!!!

And who says only under the table Ze Neta pasia hail leta!!!

Its well known Hassan Ali handled tonnes of cash for Pawar and Praful!!!!!

And we all are witness to how Nation ka banaaya inn dono ne fool!!

Its well know that via the Mauritius route Pawar has routed money into Indian stocks!!!

It is said for Pawar's moolah Mauritius was one of the favourite 'docks'!!!

From Mauritius in MV Participatory Notes the moolah set sail for 'Dalal Street'!!!

And with folded hands 'these vessels' RBI does greet!!

Confucius says.... Gates and Buffet are the richest men in the World officially!!!

And we all know which Indians will be in the first ten for the wealth held unofficially!!

Adds... 3 Indian Netas in the first ten in this category!!
Unofficial also means the category where money has been made via 'chori'!!!

From National Security Advisors to Leader of Oppositions to Chief Minister to MEA ,IFS to IAS to businessmen to Military to IB, CBI and RAW to journalists to political fixers are all meticulously reporting to US embassy and providing them their ?true? analysis to their bosses in US embassy while they are meticulously deceiving the Common Man. Will whispers seek opinion of our Intelligencia how to cleanse the system before its too late and Common Man acts!

Why Indians are disliked world over ?
Has ever wondered as to why Indians are generally disliked world over. The very fact that our society is based on mistrust ,where else in the world you are asked to provide witness for filling up any financial document . Why for any revenue related work you are required to file an affidavit. The so called oath commissioners - an institution built on untruth . Why have them ? Now with scam about false /fake pilots we have made mockery . Who would like to get in to an aircraft piloted by unqualified pilot related to a politician or bureaucrat.

Alternate to observing Civil Services Day
Instead of observing Civil Services Day this year on 21st April in a routine manner , it will be appropriate if focussed discussions are held on following suggested topics

1. How to empower bureaucrats in preventing ( and not facilitating) scams(like 2G, CWG etc)

2. Effect of employing retired bureacrats / giving extensions on state of governance.

3. Employing persons of integrity and experience from outside the government (like Shri Shailesh Gandhi CIC or Shri Nandan Nilekani )on posts like CVC ,Members of Tribunals & Regulatory Authorities etc.

4. Identification and weeding out of corrupt public servants .

Readers can suggest more topics .

Will Pakistan's Interior Secretary do something to protec this Archaeological Treasure?
Just a few kilometres from Chakwal in Pakistan's Punjab is the ancient village Bhaun which according to the Mahabharat tradition was the capital of the 'Ddroopad kingdom'. Even Pakistani historians don't deny the village's historical significance although they consider it named after one of the sons of king Dahir some 700 years ago.

The village has numerous havelis, temples and sacred ponds locally called Bans. While the havelis are well maintained as they are occupied by muslim migrants from undivided India during the partition the temples are in a state of utter neglect and the Bans are all dried and dilapidated. A shiva temple has been leased out for residential purpose to one Mohammad Abbas and another temple situated in Mohalla kochar allowed to be used as a cattle pan for Rs 150/- per month which the owner of the pan Mohammad Basheer claims to be paying to the government. A few yards from this is another temple that has been completely destroyed by some hoodlums. Yet another temple in Mohalla Pind is being used for storage of cow dung cakes. As far as the sacred ponds are concerned the local authorities instead of preserving these have in some cases ordered these to be filled with soil wiping out any trace of their existence. The famous Gurdas ban is a case in point which a few years ago was ordered to be filled up by the head of the local union council.

The heritage sites of Bhoun can still be preserved if the federal government and the provincial government of Punjab take some initiative. After all it is not just an ancient Hindu village but also a part of the historical past of what is today Pakistan.

Regionalism V/s nationalism

People tend to wade in to regional comparisons, even when they had never experienced personally the social life or other attributes of the people from other regions. That limits their perceptions to the region they are familiar with. But India is such a big country that it can never be understood without being traversed and experienced personally. For a national perspective it is obligatory to do so. Comparing regions without this love's labour, nationalism is lost. But that should not be mistaken as a valid reason to wade into the speaker. Understanding different regional characteristics will only be enriching and if someone paints one particular region poorly in comparison to the other, it should be taken in the spirit of the knowledgeable. If there is one subject on which nobody has succeeded in establishing total monopoly, it is knowledge. May be the criticism is justified. May be the communication is faulty at either the transmission side or the receiving side. May be both are equally ignorant largely of each other.May be the speaker has been given the cause for rebuttal of any earlier opinion equally harsh. But one thing is certain: polite language has greater and longer lasting influence than harsh. Some politicians have earned so much public disdain for their poisonous tongue that they resort to channel flicking even before that ugly face opens his mouth! Same thing uttered by a polite tongue registers with the viewers. It is required for real growth, development and prosperity in a climate of ghastly incidents of corruption on a daily basis on large measure that the aam aadmi is suffering unwillingly. Unless you lend an ear to all, you will not expand your horizons.

Pitiable condition of Upper Division Clerk

I would like to draw kind attention of Dop&T and Ministry of Finance regarding pitiable condition of Upper Division Clerk of Central Secretariat/Railway Board, MEA and AFHQ. The 6cpc has widened the gape more. In these days the difference between Basic Pay of UDC and Asstt is approx 10000/-. If we add other allowances in it, the gap between salary will widened more and it reached to Rs. 15000/- . while the work of UDC and Assistant is almost similar in central secretariat but on the front of salary they may not get equal treatment. Besides routine noting and submission of cases, is required to locate and collect other files or papers, information, data and material, if any, referred to in the receipt, or having a bearing on the issues raised therein, identify and examine the issues involved in the case and record a note. The section consisting of LDC/UDC/Assistant and Section Officer. While putting up a case, are required to see whether all the statements, so far as they are open to check, are correct; point out mistakes, incorrect statements, missing data or information(if any), draw attention to the statutory or customary procedure and point out the relevant law and rules; furnish other relevant data or information available in the Department; state the questions for consideration and bring out clearly the points requiring decision; draw attention to precedents; evaluate relevant data and information; and suggest, where possible, alternative courses of action for consideration. This all work has been done by UDC/Asstt and Section Officer but the credit has been always taken by Asstt.. The govt. of India should must think and amend the needful.

Positive Step by CBDT

CBDT has taken good step about redressal of Income Tax grievances through Income Tax Ombudsman in NCR. Can CBDT assess the pending cases circle wise and reasons for pendancy. It will be really good approach if IT office finishes the cases with refund by 31.3.2011 for AY 2010-11. In case there is mismatch in 26AS and TDS deducted, the whole responsibility should lie to the tax deductor not filing return properly. It is not in individual hands to deposit TDS to IT account once it is deducted by Bank or employer etc. Hoping the refunds will be finalised soon by efficient officials working in IT department otherwise outsource the finalisation of ITRs through third agency like PAN allotment.
