Aaj Ki Aawaz

Kyon Mohna Ji abh bhi do you still want India to try to make Pakistan change its ways????
Don't you believe what the 'crooked dog's tail adage' says?????

Pakistan is a lost case and a Nation that needs to be kept at an arm's length!!
To Pakistan we should not extend a friendship hand but should show our strength!!

It is impossible that ISI did not know that Osama was living in Abbotabad!!!
In a City that Pakistan army retirees karte hai aabaad!!!

The House Osama was a ISI fortress safe home!!!!
Where outside undercover ISI guards use dot roam!!

Sometime back a filmmaker tried to film in the vicinity of this fortress!!!!
'You are not allowed to film here' to him two guards who came out of the fortress did stress!!

President Zardari and PM Gilani lied they did not know Osama was living in Pakistan!!
They'll say that this was because they control on Bakistan!!

Baki or remaining means the remaining part of Pakistan not under Taaliban control!!
Say only a part of Islamabad comes in Bakistan ….though some say entire Pakistan Taaliban does remote control!!

Or was this Paki Military (included ISI) Venture and political establishment was kept out??
It's well known that each other Army and Political Establishment do doubt!

Isn't it funny when Paki Sarkaar says 'we did not know about Osama's presence here'!!!
And on the other hand it says Obama's killing was a US-Paki Joint Venture .....hear hear!!!!

But then Uncle Sam started it all!!!!
Armed the Taaliban to cause in Afghanistan Russia's fall!!

Fact is when Americans cry about their kids dying in Afghanistan ,
They need to come down to the border towns of Pakistan !!

They'll realize that in the killing of their kids their Nation has an indirect hand!!
The arms being used to kill their kids at one time in Pakistan to arm Taaliban US did land!

What really I find intriguing is the calm on Osama's face and his gentle eyes!!
Cannot fathom that within him such a 'mass murdering demon lies'!!

Osama is a classical example of 'do not judge a book by its cover'!!!
Because over a calm and peaceful Obama a killing demon used to hover!!

Like I said Diggy will come up with something to buddy up with the majority minority lot!!
Now on Osama being given a sea burial very cross Diggy's got!!

For his info Islam allows sea burial in extraordinary circumstances!!!
And the circumstances where indeed dire if at the circumstances one glances!!

Osama's deeds were such that he needed to be buried where his grave was untraceable!!
And if he were to be buried on land the grave would technically be traceable!!

I told you Diggy would do a Batla House…… he's obeying Sonia's mandate!!
Mandate is he has to show that he's majority minority's mate!!!

He is on Her Majesty's 'pleasing majority minority service'!!
It is immaterial to him if this pleasing to National interests is a disservice!!

The hope is that as he's a Congressman they'll think Congress is with them!!!
That's why anything that involves majority minority Diggy has to step in with a verbal gem!

When will majority minority realize that Congress is basically totally selfish!!!
Diggy's 'verbal gems' are the bait and their votes Congress does fish!!

If Badal and Amrinder have entered into a 'no personal attack pact' they would have also agreed,
That from politics Manpreet needs to be freed!!!

Manpreet as of now is a spoiler at most!!!!
He's looking on at making each rebel from Congress and Akali Dal his dost!!

He hopes to make quite a few rebel pals when ticket distribution is done!!!
He'll make the rebels stand on his Party's ticket thinking ' ¾ of the battle has been won'!!

Confucius say……. For Punjab 's sake I hope Manpreet does not become a King Maker!!
Because there can be nothing more dangerous than a honesty pseudo or 'honesty faker'!!!!

Adds...... and pact between Badals and Amrinder will break..... very high stake!
And it is well known that neither Badal nor Amrinder keep promises that they make!!!!

Flash...... By the way when will Indians be able to say 'Justice has been done'?????
As long as Congress is in power war against terror cannot be won!!

Can we outsource bringing the 26/11 culprits to Justice to Uncle Sam.... we should???
Argue with Uncle Sam ' yesterday it was us and tomorrow it'll be you so neutralizing them is for your own good'!!!

It is not that we lack the guts or do not have the means to achieve what US has done!!!
I repeat.... as long as Congress is in power battle against terror cannot be won!!!

Basically India's caught between the rock and the sea!!
Congress is in appeasing mode and BJP 'every Indian Muslim as a terrorist it does see'!!

The suspense deepened further after the Army Chief Keyani's speech to mark the 'yom e shohda' (martyr's day) last Saturday. Explaining Pakistan's ideological foundations General Keyani said, "we cannot sacrifice Pakistan's dignity for prosperity's sake" leaving analysts wondering whether 'we' in the General's speech meant the corps commanders and the top brass at the GHQ. Analysts have also noted with concern absence of any assurance about the army having no intention of taking over the country in the General's speech.

DEBATE
Does ACC system have its relevance for all posts?
Does the ACC system has its relevance as far as appointment of incumbents for all posts was concerned? It is time consuming. Under the system it is examined at each level and in every Ministry there are at least six levels. Broadly speaking it goes from concerning Ministry to DoPT Ministry, then to cabinet secretariat and then to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).Finally it goes to the PMO. It is extremely time consuming .In the wake of this please give your valuable views to us.

ACC system has no relevance

The ACC system certainly has no relevance for the Central Public Sector Enterprises, where appointments of professionals are done as per the recommendations of Public Enterprises Section Board.

U C Sharma

ACC system is unpractical

The present system of approval of all post of J.S and above to be approved by ACC is very unpractical, lengthy, feudalistic, in the scenario when number of posts in J.S & above cadre are very large in nos. this system was started when number of post were not so large in numbers. Now the powers may be delegated to concerned ministry up to J.S. level and Additional Secretary & above may be with ACC.

R Srivastava

Only Secretary level postings be made by ACC

Only Secretary level postings should have the present system. Posting of Joint Secretary/Additional Secretary can be done without PMO and Home Minister. Home Minister may be consulted in case of all strategic posts.

Murthy

ACC system-No

Definitely no. If PMO involves in all such trivial matters then rightly important issues will get overlooked as is happening such as 2G, CWG etc.

I wonder !

I am forced to wonder today, if P J Thomas had not grabbed the carrot of CVC he would have been a serious contender for Cabinet Secretary.

Only CBEC allows juniors to overtake

CBEC is the only cadre controlling authority which allows juniors to overtake their seniors on the ground that the junior has more outstanding. No other service follows this practice. If a vacancy arises, it should go to the senior most if he is fit for promotion. But in CBEC it goes to the officer with more number of outstanding [hence bone less, 'chamchas' rise to the top]

Transfer & postings in IT deptt root of corruption

The transfer and posting policy in the Income tax department will not change because it the root of corruption and gives a stick to authorities for posting their favored officers at prime postings.

AM

Osama the perpetrator or a victim?

If he were a perpetrator, then what would the likes of Gen Musharaf be called? Truly speaking, it is the Pakistan army that is responsible for inflicting terror on the world and Kurbani of faithful like Osama. The world has been fooled so successfully by the Pak army in the past 63 years that the major world powers, including the Muslim countries, have been milked by the Pakistan Army in furtherance of its goals. What are these goals? 1) Pakistan was born as a conspiracy of dividing a nation called India, in order to ensure that no mighty nation emerges in the region, which can pose any kind of a challenge to the super powers. The attitude of the developed world of the decade of the 1940s was archaic towards third world countries, as compared to the change perceptible in this current century. Hence Pakistan had no legitimate goal or policy to pursue, excepting bleeding India continuously. The basic nature of the ruling establishment was and continues to be feudal/Zamindari. Democracy was never the dream of Pakistani rulers. Hence, theocracy was the easiest option to promote the cult of Zamindari. Pakistan chose to remain feudal. Osama's mansion is only a small sample of the opulence displayed by the feudal sections of the Pakistani establishment. 2) Zamindari thrives on military and police might. The military in Pakistan has been ruling on this basis. The Army becomes Zamindars and Zamindars support Army rule. This is mutual benefit club. 3) India made lot of high decibel noise while launching the non-aligned movement. Coupled with her socialist propensities, the capitalist world saw India leaning towards communist countries. This was a red rag, a challenge, a cause for suspicion and a threat to capitalist interests. The Pakistani diplomacy sensed an opportunity here, as it needed something to counter India. It made friends with America and other capitalist countries. Zamindari system is capitalism of Asean kind. They gel well. Pakistan instantly became their darling. As Indian policy pronouncements and criticism of the leading nations of the capitalist world grew louder by the day, Pakistan came to be a reliable friend in the pursuit of the policy of containment of communism in the region. Pakistan's success lied in hiding its true intentions in the global arena uptil now. This spell has been broken by the revelations about Osama living a luxurious life under the care of the Pakistan military for more than 5 years. Why would Pakistan take such a risk, unless it had higher stakes? The higher stakes are its delusions of becoming the leader of the Muslim World - a delusion rather than a dream. 4)Pakistan has been trying to pose as a champion of Islam. Devout muslims only know how faithful are its rulers in matters religious. Were they genuinely devout, they would never have played the Devil?s soldiers by becoming the factory for terrorists and killing innocents worldwide in the name of jehad. It is here that Pakistan achieved great success in sucking even the muslim countries in the name of Islam. Osama and thousands like him, trusted Pakistan as a true champion of Islam. They shall now rue having been tricked. For Pakistan, Islam like many other instruments, is just a tool to accumulate wealth for pleasure & pelf, becoming the status of big Zamindars of the pre-democratic world, when chunks of land for miles within their sight were theirs. The support that Pakistan received from the Muslim countries in the name of Islam, Jehad , Kashmir and Muslims in India specially was astonishing. It was India's failure not to have exposed the true colours of Pakistan successfully before the Muslim world. 5) In its pursuit of anti NAM, anti-India, Islamist policies, Pakistan succeeded in getting huge financial aid from all sources: the capitalist countries, the Islamic countries, the rich & devout Muslims like Osama and other charities and philanthropies from around the world. It would have continued to play this drama for many more years, but for clash of interest within the Pakistan Army. Musharaf's statements arouse the suspicion that his followers were planning some kind of a coup against Kayani in collusion with the political establishment. It was, therefore, considered as the most appropriate time to expose the real mentors, patrons and benefactors of Osama Bin Laden, who was being hotly pursued for full 10 years by the American forces. Pakistan, which professed to be an American partner in the war on terror, was keeping Osama as a state guest, looking after his health care also. Gen Musharaf should be complimented for such a grand job of showing the Americans their right place by hunting for Osama with them while hiding him at the same time! Should he not be arrested and brought to justice for being really responsible for the deaths of thousands of innocent people around the world at the hands of terrorists nurtured, trained and armed by Musharaf and his forces? Presidents of other countries had been arrested and sued in the International Court of Justice. How about the same treatment to Musharaf and his complicit for all the terrorist crimes of the past more than 10 years? It is necessary to destroy the mentors & creators of Osama before destroying them!.

At last Osama is caught and killed.

Just imagine it happens in India.
Some brave outfit of our security forces locate the most wanted man in his hide out near Connought Place.
Director of the force contacts national security adviser who in turn located cabinet secretary. PM as usual directs a junior minister in PMO to handle and commissions Kapil Sibal and Chidambaram to defend the slow response.
Meanwhile the striking force without waiting for the permission makes the final attempt and kill the dreaded man.
PM apologises to the Muslim community and order an enquiry. Teesta Setalwad files a petition in the supreme court alleging an encounter killing calling for institution of an SIT. She also alleges Modi's hand in the killing. Justices Markendeya Katju and Sathasivam issues notice to the Director of the securuty force. The court appoints an SIT and directly supervises the investigation. The brave soldiers involved are suspended by the government. Sonia and Chidambaram expresses their deep regrets to the Muslim community. Compensation of one crore each is announced to the next of lin of those killed. Increased Reservation to Muslims announced in all India recruitments to 'soothen' the feelings of minorities.

Really surprising

I am appalled to see from one of the national channels our PM saying in a public meeting that he gets regular orders from Soniaji and Rahulji. Though many knew about it earlier, this is the first time the PM is admitting it.I do not think at any time in the past a PM's post has been downgraded as we see now.

This post can well be abolished

Since BHEL seems to have done quite well without this functionary, this post can as well be abolished.

RTI

Constitution of bench by the SC

The CIC observed that the information whether the Registry of the Supreme Court (SC) has placed certain papers before the Chief Justice of India for constitution of a Bench as directed in the SC Order in the SLP No. 32855/2009 is plainly administrative in nature. It is difficult to imagine how the disclosure of such information could cause any abrogation of the independence of the judiciary. The CIC directed to provide information on action taken by the SC Registry and also provide copy of the order, if any, for constituting a Bench of appropriate strength for further hearing on the SLP. The CIC further directed to provide a copy of the document, if any, confirming the news about the Hon'ble Chief Justice of India advising Karnataka Chief Justice Hon'ble Mr. Justice PD Dinakaran to go on leave.

Comments

While the CIC deserves applause for the interpretation of the RTI Act, is it not surprising that the CPIO of the mighty Supreme Court of India cannot decipher one of the simplest Acts of the independent India? Even earlier, the CPIO of SC has received a rap on the knuckles for similar aberrations.
