Aaj Ki Aawaz
Like Kejriwal says.... can Mayawathi make the Lokpal Bill a reality......or
can Ghadkari or Advani or Suhsma or Jaitley or any BJP Chief Minister
make the Lokpal Bill a reality.......can Jaya make the Lokpal Bill a
reality..... no..... no.....and no!!! But Sonia can!!! She was the one
who put her foot down and made the RTI Act a reality.... though today
she's behind attempts to water it down...... so she can make the Lokpal
Bill a reality... she just has to crack her whip and all Congressmen
who are completely or partially against the Bill will start singing
the Lokpal Bill's praises!!! My feeling is Sonia wants Rahul to get
the credit for the Lokpal Bill... I think she's resigned to the fact
that demands for a Lokpal 'cannot be wished away'.... so now it is the
best of the worst scenario..... Lokpal is bad news for our Netas!!
Sonia is hard at work .... how should Rahul get the credit for Lokpal
Bill!!!!!
Whereas fact of the matter is Lokpal is a result of Team Anna's
fight and People's Will!!!
I'm sure now when Rahul gives anyone an appointment he or she will
ask for a letter confirming the appointment date, time and venue!!!
Simply fail to understand the drama Rahul played with the reps of Ralegoan
Sindhi!!! I'm told Rahul had invited them to Delhi and on the day of
the appointment he got cold feet!!!! Some say Prithiviraj Chauhan advised
him not to meet the Ralegoan reps!! Some say he got news of resignations
of two Team Anna members and he changed his strategy.... Rahul basically
has no interest in Ralegaon per say...... it is Anna who he's either
trying to meet or target!!! And Kalawati who was Rahul's mascot is Vidharba
has lost her daughter... she committed suicide!!! Mascots are usually
on 'use and discard' basis and Rahul has proved this amply!!! Rahul
also lacks consistency!!
Rahul's got a another negative mark against his name!!!!!
And despite so many negative marks he refuses to correct... what
a shame???
As expected/predicted another Team Anna member was targeted... Kejrwial
was 'shoed'!! JP who lost Hissar had already warned Kejriwal that if
he came to Hissar he would be slapped!!! Congress I feel wants to get
Team Anna scared.... message..... canvass against in UP at your own
risk!!! To say that Team Anna are only against Congress is wrong....
they want the Lokpal Bill passed and only Congress can get this Bill
passed and Congress has been playing games to delay passing of this
Bill.... even jailed Team Anna!! So Team Anna is targeting Congress!!!
The benefit going to Opposition Parties is like ' collateral damage'...
like in Hissar 'not so clean' Kuldeep Bishnoi won!! And Sonia does not
need to order 'targeting of Team Anna Members' .... she has to just
express her displeasure and Congressmen would fall over each other to
please her.... and in their attempts to please her they can 'go beyond
decency and legal limits'!!
Another problem now in Congress is designated rabble-rousers have
started to counsel!!
A Political Party to the electorate how can rabble-rousers sell???
Yeddy must stop his drama and face the 'sentence'!!!! And I'm sure
even in jail he's going to get preferential treatment!!! And today BJP
is paying for its not 'sacking Yeddy' and ffor having allowing him to
continue as CM despite the evidence against him!!! Of course in his
continuing Reddy 'moneybags' Bros., played a huge role!!!! Without a
doubt they must have got their Godmother Sushma to liaise with Advani
and Ghadkari...... one must not forget that they were raking in Rs.
2-4 crores everyday and Yeddy allegedly was getting his share!!! In
fact for months BJP could not take on Congress on UPA's corruption because
of Yeddy... the minute BJP mentioned CWG or 2 G, Congress Spokesman
would beat BJP with 'the Yeddy stick'!!!
It's too late for Advani to distance himself from Yeddy!!
Now Yeddy is like in Advani's lap a mucky teddy!!!
PS....... the shoe he got pelted with should be a bigger award for
Kejriwal than the NDTV award!!! 3 CMs to be changed (WIC 19.10)....HM
will be forced to quit soon..... musical chairs in the festive season!!!
After a 'behind closed doors settlement' with Omar now Mehbooba is 'sham'
protesting NC's corruption!!!
Response to Forum: I plugged for NDA to come back to power as I
was against Sonia becoming the PM and I felt Congress with its divide
and rule policies and creating fires for political games would harm
the Nation! When UPA fought election for a comeback I plugged for UPA
..RTI
, NREGA and Congress 'behaving' itself were the reasons I chose to do
so!! UPA 2 has let the Nation down badly and hence my writings reflect
my disappointment! Basically Aawaz is not pro or anti establishment
and neither is Aawaz pro left or right... Aawaz tries to be pro the
Public!!!

Another scam staring at us !
In this season of scam another one seems to be staring at us. This
is Nandan Nilakeni's UID. Thousands of crores have been spent without
following financial procedures. Many have joined this organisation by
virtue of their political contact and not necessarily merit. Nobody
knows how secrecy is being maintained about important information collected
from citigens including fingerprints. Govt should immediately order
administrative and financial audit of this organisation.

What will the CIC do ?
What will the CIC do if their orders to supply information is not implemented
even after a lapse of eight months, in spite of complaint given to the
CIC. Nothing has happened either from the PIO nor from the CIC. The
complaint I had given on this to CIC is just on diary in the O/o the
CIC, without any action on the PIO. What is the use of orders of the
CIC, it is only on records that CIC has given orders, but not in reality!!!!!

Railway ministry getting right treatment
Railway ministry is getting the right treatment. They infact deserve
to be kicked at the right places for what they have doing and getting
away with all these years. Manipulation and corruption will lead you
to nothing else. Meanwhile country is saving valuable money. Every GM
costs at least a crore to the exchequer every month, if you count all
the perks and gifts and railways will run with a few accidents now and
then. Who cares ?

would be appointment of CPIOs and appellate authority.

Informative letter on Kashmir
N N Ojja's letter on Kashmir is most informative. When cat sleeps,
rats will rule. The passive defensive disinterest shown by our Government
in our dealings with China and Pakistan will embolden certain swollen
headed publicity crazy citizens to talk against our own interests. Today
Bhushan has literally asked the Government to surrender Kashmir to Pakistan.
Forget about the streams of blood shed by our valiant soldiers to keep
it in India. Forget about the elections and democratic government functioning
there. Tomorrow Arundhati Roy may ask for surrender of Nefa to China.
Apart from what Ojha wrote, Pakistan has created a fear psychosis in
Kashmir with lakhs of original inhabitants driven out of the state just
because they were Hindus, those who do not want to go Pakistani way,
have been brutally killed and those who are left are threatened with
death. Even Mirwaiz whose father was killed, is scared to blame Pakistan.
In these circumstances only a swollen headed and ignorant person like
Bhusan can ask for a plebiscite. We have lost all the bargaining points
with both China and Pakistan. We surrendered our rights in Tibet and
handed over it in platter to china. We have no protests when Giljit,a
part of Kashmir was looted and raped by Pakistan, its Shia population
driven out. We have no protest when part of Kashmir was illegally ceded
to China. No wonder rats are raising their heads.

File notings regarding reinstatement
The appellant sought information about reinstatement of her service
including reasons for filing an appeal against the CAT decision before
High Court, the names of officials involved in decision regarding the
file an application before High Court along with the file notings, total
expenses incurred during filing of the appeal, copy of the minutes of
the Governing Body meeting etc. The desired file notings including the
names of the officers were refused u/s 8(1)(g) claiming that it is likely
to endanger the life or physical safety of such officers. The Commission
observed that it is a very sad comment on the employees of an organization
if an organization claims that a former employee who is a lady is capable
of physically harming its officers. The Commission directed the PIO
to severe the names of the officers as per Section 10 and give a typed
copy of notings to the Appellant. The Commission directed to provide
the total legal expenses incurred in
the matter and a copy of the minutes of the Governing Body meeting.
Comments
The PIO should not try to invoke section 8(1)(g) indiscriminately in
every legal or vigilance case without looking into whether the physical
safety of any official would be jeopardized.
