work.
Gopinath Jagirdar
Aaj Ki Aawaz
Anna says he'll back a 'non BJP non Congress Government'.... so
that means he'll back a Third Front Government....is Kejriwal behind
this.... because Kejriwal is all for a Commie Government!!! Jaya, SP,
Maya are all corrupt!!! I think Anna should behave like a Father figure
and say 'let anyone come ... I'm going to keep a watch on corruption
and ensure corrupt are brought to book'!!!!! And why does the Media
try to 'fix' Anna by saying he's soft on Modi!!! Anna is anti corruption
and Modi is known to be clean!!! He's also not anti Bihar's Nitish Kumar!!!
Anna should never let himself be drawn into siyaasat!!
99.95% Netas are in politics to make money and this is abs satt!!
Communal Violence Bill has PC written all over it!!!! It's a Bill
that will divide India..... seems now this is Congress's aim.... it
wants to fan hatred and create communal tensions for electoral benefits!!
And who better to this than PC!!!! The Bill basically takes for granted
that all communal violence is the work of the majority community and
the minority is always at the receiving end!!!! Mohna has patted PC
for this Bill..... Mohna is proven beyond doubt that he in indeed the
worst pm India has had up to now.....to stay on in 7 RCR Mohna kuch
bhi karrega!!!
This Bill has just one aim!!!!
And that is electoral benefit ...what a shame???
Diggy says 'Modi should express remorse for Gujarat Genocide'!!!!!
First and foremost it was not a Genocide but a riot.... Genocide is
when people of a community are killed..... riot is when people from
both sides are killed.... in Gujarat both Muslims and Hindus were killed!!
Mr. Diggy why don't you ask Sonia to express remorse on behalf her hubby
for the 1984 genocide!!! 1984 Genocide cases have not got the same SC
attention that Gujarat riots cases have got....... just see the conviction
rate ..... it is pathetic in 1984 Genocide cases!!! Congress is trying
its level best that Modi pays for the riots.... but in the case of 1984
genocide Congress has done whatever is possible to derail justice....
and sadly when BJP was in power it did precious little to get the genocide
victims justice!!
More than 3000 Sikhs slaughtered and how many of the 'jalaads' have
been convicted????
Sonia toh made Tytler a Mantri and only after the hue and cry, from
the Cabinet he was evicted!
Elmer the Swiss Banker who the Swiss call 'rogue Banker' has said
that Indian cricketers and actors hold Swiss Accounts!! Cricketers.....
would be those who are involved in 'fixing and betting'!! And we have
our own 'Elmer'... though he's not a Banker.... Subramaniam Swami in
a tweet says ' Rahul (I'm not using the adjective he's used for Rahul)
had told the FBI from which account he had withdrawn $165,000 and that
he had $ 185 million left in this account'.... as per Swamy this took
place during NDA days...... and Vajpayee and Mishra saved Rahul.....people
do ask out why is Congress soft on both Ranjan Bhataacharya and Mishra????
And in another tweet he says Sonia has $ 20 billion!!!!If this is untrue
I think Sonia and Rahul should sue Swamy!!! But my guess is at most
a Congress Spokesman will say ' we do not respond to wild and senseless
allegations'!!!!
Rahul may send Swamy a warning ' Mummy's back..... now I'll hit
back'!!!
Those in the know say this tweeting/verbal war will go on as 'guts
to take on Swamy on this matter Congress does lack'!!
PS....after he got news that SC had in a way given a clean chit
to Modi Mohna exclaimed 'how can SC do this .... this is either my job
or CBI's job'!!!! And where there is no will there are many ways.....
fits Congress like a glove!! Subrata Roy tried to help out 'one time
pal Amar'!!! He got his Sahara TV to film Amar in AIIMS to show he's
serious!!! The film clip shows him lying in bed with a mask on his face
surrounded by medicines and an IV drip!!! Actually for the camera Amar
moaned and groaned and acted very ill but the Director felt his acting
was not up to the mark and looked abs artificial... so this was edited!!!

Bad omen of Madhuban haunts Home Minister!
Since the day Indian Minister for Home Affairs P. Chidambaram took the
salutation of passing out parade in Madhuban police line, Haryana, tragedies
have started accumulating. Firstly there was a naxalties incident in Dantewada,
followed by blasts in Mumbai, Delhi, Anna's fast and a lot more to weaken
his position. He is going through a rough phase. Haryana inhabitants consider
this ground as unlucky. For this, in the history of last 30 years none
of the Chief Ministers was ever sworn in there or took any salutation
there in Madhuban. Now talks are going on regarding Chidambaram's resignation

Gandhi. When the question was thrown open that as to who scripted that
speech then Indian Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister Kapil Sibbal's
name came to the fore front.

Why waste time over Mayawati ?
Is she not a public figure? why she should not be commented upon? Why
can't she become like Mamta Bannerji. Why can't she rule like Narender
Modi, Nitish Kumar, and Khanduria. Even if, all upper caste marry dalit
girls, shall that change Mayawati's style of ruling. It should not be
forgotten that even Mayawati became CM with support of upper castes.
Therefore, no need to blame them, but instead Dalit should test Mayawati
on welfare schemes launched for Dalits and other castes. |It is quite
funny to laud Mayawati for amassing wealth, wearing jewellery and for
building parks. Mayawati should appoint Lokayukta and implement citizen
charter like things-then upper castes too will worship her. and let
Dalits also contribute to society and India by raising this demand in
U.P., to begin with. They will do a great service to mankind and dalit
in special by doing so, instead of shutting their mouths.

Why bring caste in everything?
Why do we keep getting caste into everything including corruption?
Is it because of vested interests belonging to various castes? Should
corruption cases be decided on the basis of caste? Let Anna decide!
Or maybe whispers can run a debate on it! Isnt corruption a secular
issue?

How the US is doing business today -
Quite an analogy
.!!!!!
It is raining, and the little town looks totally deserted. It is tough
times, everybody is in debt, and everybody lives on credit. Suddenly,
a rich tourist comes to town. He enters the only hotel, lays a 100 Euro
note on the reception counter, and goes to inspect the rooms upstairs
in order to choose one. The hotel proprietor takes the 100 Euro note
and runs to pay his debt to the butcher. The butcher takes the 100 Euro
note, and runs to pay his debt to the pig grower. The pig grower takes
the 100 Euro note, and runs to pay his debt to the supplier of his feed
and fuel. The supplier of feed and fuel takes the 100 Euro note and
runs to pay his debt to the town's underworld that in these hard times,
provided "protection & drugs" on credit. The underworld
runs to the hotel, and pays off their debt with the 100 Euro note to
the hotel proprietor to pay for the rooms that they rented when they
brought their clients for drug sale. The hotel proprietor then lays
the 100 Euro note back on the counter so that the rich tourist will
not suspect anything. At that moment, the tourist comes down after inspecting
the rooms, and takes his 100 Euro note, after saying that he did not
like any of the rooms, and leaves town. No one earned anything. However,
the whole town is now without debt, and looks to the future with a lot
of optimism. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how the United States
is doing business today.

Government, MHA must take care of Senior Citizens:
I am fully convinced and agreed with the today's views of Mr. M.L.
Gupta about the caring attitude of all Senior Citizens, especially those
who have retired from the Government Departments/Ministries and MHA
must consider issue of routine coloured photo I/cards for having their
thorough entry in public places and even in government buildings. This
will, certainly, be a great help to the Govt. when Sr. Retired citizens
of Government will to put their vigil and sincere eyes on the movements
of others in public places. I shall support that government must assign
secret assignments to such government officers (Rtd Sr. Citizens) so
as to enable them to take remedial action in favour of government and
carry out their assignments as watch dog of the Government so far as
the Security of mass from any threat from unscrupulous and terrorist
outfits. Such government retired officers must be extending their whole
hearted support even without any vested interests of monetary gains
etc because these days the pension of senior citizens retired from government
is sufficient to their bread and butter but they want to keep themselves
busy and without tension from the domestic front. I think, 80% of such
senior citizens will be ready to help the government.
It will be appreciated, if government consider this point of view and
reply thru whisper channel to all such senior retired citizens that
interested persons will be issued proper Identity cards with security
chips and in return such citizens will vouch for the security of the
government and its all interest saving activities from the terrorist
outfits and unscrupulous persons who have their motives to harm the
country.
H. S. Bhalla
Be it be an eye opener
Kudos to M. L. Gupta for his write up on senior citizens. This should
be an eye opener for all public dealing institutions in the country.
Respecting seniors has been the ethos of our national culture for centuries
and needs to be embedded in our working patterns.

RTI
Orders of specific type by the Supreme Court
The Appellant sought information regarding all the cases of section
17 B of the Industrial Disputes Act passed by the Supreme Court of India.
The CPIO informed him that it was beyond the scope of his duties to

The Respondents submitted before the CIC that such information was not
maintained in the form in which it was being sought and that the CPIO
would have to undertake research through hundreds of orders. In view
of the availability of the Supreme Court orders in computerized form
since 1998, the CIC directed to make an effort to generate this data
from the computer database. In case no such data can be generated, the
appellant may be informed accordingly.

In some cases, the CIC has directed the PIO to provide information after
