Aaj Ki Aawaz
Old adage... those who live by the sword perish by it!!!!
In Rahul getting shoed ek dumm karta hai yeh adage fit!!
Team Anna was browbeaten with the shoe!!
We know who told the shoe thrower 'shoo' (throw)!!
Though some say this was a drama to get sympathy!!!
Rahul's saying 'please let him (shoe thrower) go' would evoke empathy!!
Congress is blaming Ramdev for this shoe attack!!!
Like Digvijay is giving Ramdev flack!!!
Congress got him inked sometime back!!!
And outside Congress's Delhi Office Sonia's pic some people did
similarly attack!!
In Punjab Congis followed Amrinder's 'qatal-e-aam' call!!!
On a TV Show site Congress and a Congress 'baghi' got into a vicious
brawl!!
Surprisingly EC has not taken note of Amrinder's 'qatal-e-aam' call!!!
On him EC's 'axe' did not fall!!
He's also using abusive bhaasha!!!
Ex Raja in nashaa!!!
Rajwade challe gaye but old habits do not go!!!!!
It's this Amrinder's stupid behaviour that will get him from Sonia
on his becoming CM a 'no'!
In Punjab Centres anti incumbency is causing Congress to trip!!!
And Akalis on electorate have tightened grip!!
Turncoat Manpreet Badal's sob story electorate nahi karr rahi hai
buy!!
His Kite (PPP's symbol) simply refuses to fly!!
In Uttrakahnd BJP's clawing its way back!!!
Now all that Public want is assurance that after winning BJP will
not give Khanduri the sack!
Here too Centre's anti incumbency is catching up with Congress!!!
Maybe Sonia will undertake spate of rallies in Uttrakhand and like
locals she'll dress!!
Be her Mom in Law's daughter in law!!!!
Indhra followed ' be like Roman's in Rome' law!!!
In UP BJP seems to be trying to shoot itself in the foot!!!
And as per Maya's logic 'Dalit ki Beti's ghoos fest is sacred and
cannot be construed as loot'!!!
His own speeches are now getting Rahul bored!!!!
Now another gaffe he simply cannot afford!!!
For safety sake stage for rallies is being set beyond shoe throwing
distance!!!!
Between crowds and Rahul furthering the distance!!!
Please someone should tell Akhilesh to wear the SP topi correctly!!!
Looks like a 'qawal' when he wears it incorrectly!!!
And Congress says it's open to ally to BSP or SP in case of a Hung
House!
CBI will do the negotiation, enforce alliance and both SP and BSP
will report to it for any grouse!
This is up to 2014..... jiss ki laathi ussi ki CBI!!!!
And if NDA comes to power .... 'Congress Be Investigated' wil be
new meaning of CBI!!

in the 'memogate' failed to appear before the supreme court

he is provided security by 'an organization not under the interior minister

of Ijaaz he has flatly refused to travel to Pakistan as apart from his

CORPORATE
Securities market going through a change globally,
says Ashish Chauhan Dy CEO BSE
Securities market are going through a change in India as well as internationally.
Traditional regulatory roles are being reinforced, enhanced and rapidly
changing to meet with newer emerging realities.
At the same time, service roles of exchanges, hitherto hidden in the
background are coming to the fore. BSE has been also changing. Some
of you might have observed those changes. Some of you have also appreciated
those changes. In any process of change, iteration and feed back is
very important. We need your feedback. We need to iterate our tactics
and operations to meet the standards you expect
from us now and in future.
BSE is consistently trying to put in place best in class processes,
technologies and products along with training of its own people to
provide you the best in class services.
When sentiments are down, one is always looking for the silver lining
in the cloud. In the past few months, the positive development has
been the growth in volumes in the BSE Derivatives segment. It has reached
a daily volume of more than Rs. 3,000 crores per day in last
week.
In the past two years, during every meeting with the market community,
there has been a consistent message to BSE management to build the market
in Sensex derivatives.
A key driver for this has been the liquidity enhancement incentive
programme scheme, or LEIPS, launched by the exchange. SEBI allowed
schemes for enhancing liquidity and providing incentives to liquidity
providers in the middle of 2011.
LEIPS 1 was the beta version, and was enthusiastically supported by
our members. LEIPS 2 is in effect now and has attracted support and
participation from a wider group of members from around the country,
and even internationally.
Many of you might be aware that similar programmes are deployed in
large global exchanges to help attract core levels of liquidity. Our
challenge has been to design a programme which helps attracts participation
from both liquidity providers and order flow providers,
is transparent in the laying out the benefits or incentives to market
participants, and their obligations, and most important, will help
sustain liquidity for the long term.
Accordingly, LEIPS 2 has well-defined incentives and obligations for
market makers or liquidity providers. This has helped light up the
screens all through the trading day. We now have both tight spreads
and growing depth for SENSEX derivatives. Recently, LEIPS 3 has also
been announced which will become operational from February, 2012.
Overall, in the LEIPS programmes, BSE has announced a budget in excess
of Rs. 100 crores which is significant. We believe that more is better
when it comes to educating our members, their staff, and investors -
not just retail, but institutions too. We have launched a series of
initiatives to help increase the awareness among market participants
of various recent developments.
The calendar year 2011 was a trying year for the industry, investors,
trading members and stock exchanges. Given India's youthful demographics,
its vibrancy, vitality and the energy of its entrepreneurs, one is tempted
to be tremendously hopeful of its future.
BSE and its members have contributed in this noble work of nation building
for more than 136 years. I am sure, BSE will continue to work
with even more zeal and enthusiasm in times to come.
Has RBI finally started listening to industry
demands?
The move to cut rates is a clear signal that the RBI has recognized
the challenges to growth owing to a weakening demand condition and has
begun to address that after successive increases in the headline interest
rate. The move by the RBI will help ease the liquidity
situation in the banking system which has remained tight since November
2011.

FORUM
Good job by WIC
A new breed of bureaucrats is now very much in evidence;arrogant, conceited,
unscrupulous,covetous,manipulative,and
dishonest. They threaten their subordinates into submission by spoiling
their ACRs and blackmail those ministers who stand against them by planting
defamatory allegations in the media. This breed cultivates the corrupt
politicians in the states to elicit maximum benefits and then goes to
the centre to grab plum posts and multiple posts so as to expand the
avenues for amassing. The politicians have been encouraging and appeasing
this species of babus for mutual gain. These babus also extend their
tentacles to the print media through their henchmen reporters so as
to plant favourable news and to defame those who are honest and upright.
This column also witnesses some pseudonymous and anonymous entries by
these unscrupulous elements at self-aggrandisement and attempts to muzzle
criticism by saying that only inputs from office emails should be accepted. But
WIC has been doing a great job in keeping an open forum in the highest
traditions of a free press.

It is surprising that a candidate selected for NDA is not aware of
his correct date of birth. An issue which is personal to COAS is made
to look as if it is of national importance.Officers of Indian Army talks
of dignity , intregity , moral of Army just to get personal benefits.
The issue is all about mismanagement within Army. It needs to be seen
as to where AGs Branch managed to record 1951 as the years of birth
. What are the original documents which were been looked into. Army
jawans may not get motivated with the change in the date of birth of
COAS.
