Aaj Ki Aawaz
Is this the start of TMC and Congress ki aar paar ki war????
Though they say TMC started it but inside story is Congress did the
first waar!!
Mamtha responded and showed Congress it's in no position to be the
Boss!!
And by replacing Indhira's name 'Laxman sorry Gandhi rekha' Mamtha
purposely did cross!!
Though some say in the end Mamtha and Sonia will meet!!!
And both Parties 'will beat the retreat'!!
The distrust will stay and at TMC Congress's Dirty Tricks Department
has been ordered 'shoo' (attack)!
And we know when ordered 'shoo' what this Department will do???
In BJP is Ghadkari Congress's Trojan Horse????
He's made BJP literally in UP go off course!
Advani's anti corruption Yatra now looks like a joke and BJP Leaders
have omelettes on their faces!
Tied BJP ka left shoe ka and right shoe ka laces!!
BJP's plank in UP was .....in UP Maya's corruption and in Delhi
Congress's ghoos fest!!
Now on Advani's anti corruption Yatra many do jest!!!
But in UP fight is between SP and BSP!!!
Though now it's said Congress has a understanding with SP!!
They say Maya and Congress have had a 'friendly pact' for long!!!
Friendly 'smash , spin and log' like in a friendly game of ping-pong!!
If Congress ends up as King Maker Rahul will be hailed as the new
King!!!
Psalms in his praise Congressis will sing!!
Then ulti ginthi of Manmohan Singh exiting 7 Race Course would start!!!
In fact the day this takes place his baggage Manmohan ji should start
to cart!!
BJP shifted Khanduri midway and brought him back at the fag end!!
What message did this send???
BJP uses the honest to win an election and then ejects them and
hands
over reigns to the dishonest!
And prior to elections they hand over reigns to the honest!!
So in Uttrakhand BJP's facing a uphill task!!
'Midway why did you eject Khanduri' Uttrakhandis BJP ko karr rahe hai
ask!!
In Punjab Congress is ahead!!
And as is the case always this will go to Congress's head!!!
So where it looked like a landslide in the beginning Congress's
victory margin will be thin!!
But then win is a win!!
In Goa despite BJP's 'narrow' base!!
They say to form Government BJP is in the race!!
Of course Church in Goa issues a diktat... duty as a Christian to
vote
for Congress!!
Will Congress's misdeeds come in the mind of Christians when EVM
button they press???
So in Goa BJP has to show Goans Congress has let down the Nation!!!
Link corruption and inflation and present Goans the equation!!
Sorry my info on Manipur is next to zero.... sorry!!!
Maybe shows the East disconnect and is a cause for worry!!
Congress will do better in these polls!!
But this means for 2014 there will be reversal of roles!!
By 2014 in these States anti incumbency would set in!!!
And Party that loses out in State Elections in General Election in
these States will win!!
Like take Punjab always the Party that wins in State Poll loses
in the
General Election!!!
Anti incumbency sets in and that is the reason for the rejection!!
In States like Delhi and Rajasthan and to some extent in AP people
want Congress to go!!
But to BJP Governments in Gujarat, MP and Chattisgarh going people
reply with a emphatic 'no'!
Team Anna wants advice 'what to do now'!!!
Seems Congress karr diya inn ko cow (scared)!!
They should by now be fanning out in Poll bound States with Anna's
sandesh!!
In fact by now they should be hard at work in Punjab and Uttar Pradesh!!
Anna's message should be recorded from his bed!!
And he should say 'my mission is in India corruption should be dead'!!
Team Anna in States should elaborate on Lokpal they want and Sakraari
Jokepal Bill!!!
And how UPA ne apni pockets ki hai fill!!
Link inflation and economic woes to corruption!!!!
Don't forget to bring out that in UPA rule there has literally been
in
corruption eruption!!
Be it Team Anna of us our slogan should be..... Nation and Nation's
interests are what matter'!!
And whatever the inducements may be never be like PC 180 IQ waale or
Laloo the Mad Hatter!!

Despite corruption charges Mayawati got the mandate from Dalits, taking

Besides what is being propagated is that Kushwaha does not have a chargesheet

Unholy nexus between babu and neta
Recently there was a disturbing self-promotional item planted in this
column that a section of the Congress Party wants a certain IAS officer
to be posted as chief secretary of Kerala, though he was far junior
and stood no chance of being posted. Disturbing because official appointments
are to be decided not by political parties but by the government. This
shows the abject servility shown by some babus to the netas in and out
of power, for their private gains at the cost of public interest and
in return for their boot-licking and law-breaking get plum assignments,
multiple posts and foreign jaunts. It would be revealing that the officer
in question holds three FA posts plus a DG post and boasts about his
Harvard training and was holding half a dozen posts all at the same
time while serving in his home state also. This new trend points to
a severe deterioration in the values and culture of the steel frame
which had served this
country well.

No harm in increasing retirement age
There is no harm in increasing the retirement age. But at the same
time appointment should be made open without rerstriction on age on
the basis of merit. As open economy, open govt. job opportunities must
be there. Employee can get retirement benefit on the basis of years
of service rendered.

Nothing wrong in exemption to Judges
I am in full agreement with the comments passed on the subject why
such provision in the IT Act? There is nothing wrong in giving exemption
to the High Court and Supreme Court Judges. What I feel is that the
country is run by a few, viz. politicians & bureaucrats. Why I am
saying so a few years back the Government of India issued circulars
on Air Travel in which it was clearly stated that frequent fliers points
which was being earned by the officers will no more be earned by the
officer who is flighing at the cost of Government, but it will be earned
by the Government itself. But after a few days that
circular was reversed saying that the frequent fliers point will be
earned by the officer concerned who travelled by Air though at government
expense. So, it is quite clear that in this country everything is possible
since it is run by a few.

RTI
Certified copies of the photocopies
Background
The appellant sought certain attested documents and information regarding
the rule of the RTI Act, under which the attested copies of documents
should be given. The PIO denied the attested copies of documents claiming
that the Public Authority does not possess original documents. The Commission
directed the PIO to provide the relevant provision of law to the appellant
regarding attestation and to supply attested copies of the photocopies
of documents available in the records to the Appellant along with a
note on each page clarifying that the same are only copies of photocopies
and not copies of the original documents.
Comments
The RTI Act empowers the citizens of India to obtain certified copies
of the documents from the Government Organisations and the PIO should
not refuse to certify the documents even if the Public Authority does
not possess the original documents. In such cases, a note should be
given that they are only copies of photocopies and not copies of the
original documents. It should be remembered that certified copies of
the original may be used as an evidence in a court of law.
