NSS Results and unseemly controversies

In the light of various comments that have appeared in WIC and elsewhere following the NSS findings on LPG consumption recently and poverty, unemployment etc. earlier, there appears a need to commission an exceedingly large survey of mega proportion with a view to arriving at a robust correction factor, which would resolve once and for all the dichotomy of illiterate, apathetic, uncooperative and unresponsive citizenry and all knowing, committed, overzealous and dedicated bureaucracy.
