Expose MoD officers
Recent scam on choppers although exposed by Times Now one year ago,
MoD did not take any action. Why not expose the MoD officers who hide
such scams. Expose their names so that the Country would know the chamchas
of Ministers who are traitors of the Indian Nation.

Gross injustice
This is gross injustice meted out to Rakesh Behari Sir, I fully endorse
the views. I had worked with him and seen him to be an outright, honest,
hardworking and diligent officer who knows more than his subordinates
be it administration, finance and policy issues and takes stand as and
when required, instead of signing on the dotted line. He would not accept
corruption at any level. There is no place for honest officers in this
country and they have suffered, most of them.

Emotions don't have place in judicial system It is true that a culprit
must be adequately punished. It is also reasonable to expect that a
punishment awarded after two appeals must be right. The issue is whether
the courts arrived at a decision which failed to identify the actual
guilty. In a TV interview, I saw that only a few witnesses were cross
examined out of 70 odd. And once the lower court presumes it sufficient,
no higher court could examine any of the remaining. Meaning it is just
the lower courts order that holds. Higher courts see only the adequacy
on the basis of information recorded by the lower court. The ground
of SC order that the people of India want is also the point. I hope
the apex court will find ways to get additional evidence recorded in
future in case the lower court has failed to get the full picture. Emotions
do not have place in a robust judicial system like India's.
