Has Sonia missed point completely?
At the Chitan Shivir, Sonia Gandhi did not address disconnect within
the party - the growing gap between the party's leaders and the workers
at the bottom and the middle of the structure. Though aware of the problem
through several elections, the top leadership has shown no inclination
to change the situation. Not long ago, desperate party workers in Uttar
Pradesh and Bihar complained to Rahul Gandhi about the indifference
of state level leaders. However, the ground situation has hardly changed.
Is Mamta's investor meeting a farce ?
Asking an industrialist to sing a Tagore song is what the Bengal investor
summit got reduced to. It is a pretension that Mamta Banerjee wants
investors there is no serious sops or industry friendly idea coming
from the state says an investor.

Time has come to wind up CGEWHO
I fully agree. Just ask any of the allotees of Chennai Phase II, where
the project started in 2006 and still dragging, they will tell episodes
on that. Construction quality is far below the expectation and management
and supervisory abilities of CGEWHO are so poor and cannot be accepted
by any reasonable person.

Only God can save this great democracy !
Government Servants who have furnished false information about their
education, experience and skills and produced fake certificates should
also be punished, besides termination. This is also a criminal activity.
Such cases are rampant in all Govt. offices, particularly sub-ordinate
and autonomous organisation. I request some non-government servant to
file a PIL so that at least the number of suicides being committed by
youth on unemployed grounds would be drastically reduced. Even some
govt. servants furnish false home down declaration and claim Home Town
LTC without travelling. For example, a person born and brought up in
Tamil Nadu cannot declare his home town as New Delhi. The Administrative
Authorities should call for such declarations and initiate appropriate
action. Another issue is suppressing the monthly income of dependents
and includes them for CGHS benefits. Does the government know that crores
of Tax Payers' money is drained this way. God only can save this great
democracy.
