Will it happen ?

With reference to letter by V Raj calling for whistle-blowers to expose scams and corruption, I doubt this will happen. Looking at the present scenario, it looks like most bureaucrats are engaged in some form of corrupt practices and they will not have moral courage to become whistle blowers. It is a tragedy that true nationalists are hard to find. If you see, most of the letters to the editor are concerned with issues related to their own promotion, retirement age etc.

Unfair for Himachal Cadre IPS officers

This is unfair to the Himachal Cadre IPS officers. This action of the HP Government would give the unsavory impression that the government has either no faith in its own officers or they are not competent to lead the state's police force. It will also be bad precedent.
