Leave specialised fields to specialists

It will be better that specialised fields are left to the specialists only. the list of specialised fields are increasing day by day. Today Finance is not a general subject but we can see that Most of the FAs (Financial Advisors) are IAS in ministries and that is where not able to analyse the policy matters with its intricate financial implications and thus most of the govt. policies are becoming financially in- viable and adding fiscal deficits.

Appointing a single agency for entire Delhi is wrong

As a pensioner-beneficiary of CGHS,I agree that the decision to centralise the procurement of medicines by CGHS through single vendor is per se, wrong. Besides promoting monopolistic practices, the new dispensation forces the senior citizens to visit the CGHS dispensaries several times in succession for claiming re-imbursement in respect of critical medicines. The status-quo-ante must be resored.
