Reservation is a concession and not a ladder
Some write ups suggest that only with the reservation facility the poor
and dalits will be able to excel in the careers and that but for the
reservation they are doomed. Reservation is a concession and not a ladder
per se for career improvement. The basic perception itself having changed
over a period of time. Let us openly call the concessions as a vested
right of permanent feature and be done with all the useless debates
in future in this regard.
