When will Government appoint a real Auditor as CAG ?
Will the Government appoint a real Auditor to this post instead of officer
chosen from IAS. There are many central services such as IAAS, IDAS,
IRAS, ICAS , IRS who are technically competent and do justice to the
post. The country requires a realistic appraisal rather than high pitched
revelations which has affected the general image of the Government within
the country as well as outside world.

Zero sum
The Examiners have awarded the Finance Minister marks from 11 out of
10 to 0 out of 10, depending whether they were favourably aspecting
the FM or casting a Vakradrishti. But as an aam aadmi, I have been left
looking at the growth mangoes only postponing tasting it. Well! No complaints.
After all complain to whom? I have a feeling that the ruling Establishment
has two schools, known as the Garam Dal & the Naram Dal to borrow
an expression from the history of the Freedom Movement. The Garam Dal
has succeeded this time in "reining" the highly clapped Naram
Dal for its "intellectual arrogance", which has endeared them
to the elite of the media. In less than 24 hours the shrill voices and
adulatory remarks have concentrated on Arun Jaitley' phone tapping or
whatever it is officially termed, deserting the budget discussion altogether!
Isn't it zero sum?
