Honest Income Tax payee being harassed

The honest income tax payee is being harassed for no fault of his. The employer including Government Departments do not send return of income tax deducted to the IT Department with the result the credit is not shown on form 26AS and the IT Department want the IT payee to either pay up again or ensure that the deductor furnishes the return to the IT Department. Any solution to this?

A new art - Using this column for propounding his own theory !

Someone had used this column for propounding his own theory of writing anonymous letters with both the hands. Though it may sound impossible, it is seen that he himself is the most active practitioner of this art in this column with regard to the aviation sector.
