Give all children to Army
My suggestion : Give all children at the age of 4 compulsorily to Army.
Let Army give them name in numbers. Army may give them training in Humanities,
Arts, Commerce, Science, Technical, fighting skill and all other knowledge
to serve our Mother India. Let Army permit to go out at the age of 30
and do whatever they have learnt best. This will save Government resources
on all these government welfare scheme and let all this money diverted
to Army for making finest human beings.

Honeymoon with Raghuram Rajan over !
Looks like honeymoon with Raghuram Rajan is over and rupee is once
again on a downward sliding path. Economic mess all around reminds one
of Warren Buffet. He said that economists are like weather forecasters.
Not to be taken seriously.

Promotion, parity in CSSS
Every time CSSS cadre claims they are being ignored for promotion, parity,
etc. Take the case of Secretary office in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways. There is a PPS, PS, and PA. Whenever a file with a D.O.
from Secretary to other dignitaries are sent, instead of getting the
D.O. or other communication typed in their office, such files are simply
marked down to DG, ADG/CE, etc. and down below. Now, it become the responsibility
of CE/SE concerned to get the D.O. or official communication fair typed
and signed by the Secretary. If such senior officers are required to
get Secretary office work done, it is not known a Secretary should be
provided with a class I officer as Sr. PPS, PS and a PA (class II),
diarist, etc.

Sixth Pay Commission not responsible for miseries
Sixth Pay Commission is not responsible for current miseries. It is
the private sector which is the cause of miseries. They were trying
to create money out of air like share market and property dealings.
They were paying huge salaries to their employees. One the day the iniquitous
equation had to fail. They are the ones who bribe for getting their
work done fast and against rules. Earning is done by working/sweating
and not by speculating.

Children Have First Claim On CSR Funds
The government has notified the areas for deployment of the proposed
corpus of 2% net profits by the Corporates under the new Companies Act.
But the most deserving one has escaped priority funding. The Corporates
can put to the best use such funds by utilizing them for laying a solid
foundation of a nation comprising healthy, educated and productive generation
Y if they take upon themselves some responsibility of looking after
the economic, education and health needs of children, who are forced
by circumstances to work as "child labour" or domestic servants.
It will put an effective check on child trafficking in the country.
It will create a pool of not only educated but well trained employable
youth in the country. Can there be another better deployment of the
CSR funds?

Totally unfair
The recent government order facilitating AIS officers to get treatment
abroad is totally unfair. It simply tantamount to the injustice with
other central government officers who are entitled for air travel on
government duty or even for LTC. It is totally a wrong concept that
only AIS officers are bitten by serious sickness. Those officers are
capable of managing their trip abroad and take consultancy atleast.
Now the government is paying their treatment also. The government should
also not forget that the treatment abroad would empty its pocket. One
packet of Lenalidomide containing 30 capsules for one months treatment
costs 13000 US dollars where as Indian pharmacy, NATCO sells it for
Rs 9000/ . Any dental treatment would cost not less than US dollars.18000.Taking
permission from the central committee would be as easy for them as preparing
khichhadi. We would request the government to extended such facility
to rather all pensioners who are entitled for air travel as they are
really in trouble. How difficult it is for them to get the medicines
issued from a CGHS dispensary would be realised by them only after retirement.
The political party should also not that no senior officer goes to the
polling booths. It is against their respect and position to rub shoulders
with other citizens in the queu. The pensioners are quite visible at
polling booths.

Details about NPA accounts of the bank
Information in a given format about the accounts declared NPA
with balance of Rs. 10 crores and above during 20.08.09 to 20.10.11.
like the current status of the various firms, and the terms of
one time settlement were denied. The respondent claimed that the
information pertained to the personal particulars of the account
holders whose accounts had become NPA and were exempt under section
8(1)(d), 8(1)(e) and 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act. The appellant claimed
that this information because of was required in view of the misuse
of public money by the bank and he has been provided only the
consolidated
figures about the NPA accounts. The CIC ruled that the NPA is
a big issue, but from the bank's point of view, they have to maintain
confidentiality norms.
Comments
Despite the NPA, the account holders continue to be the bank
customers and to that extent, the confidentiality and fiduciary
relationship between the bank and the customers has to be maintained.
