DEBATE(2) Retirement Age
Retirement age at 58 from the existing 60 years when it was in force
for last 16 years is a knee jerk stuff. Instead, they should weed out
dead wood. Can they bring in objective reviews from 55 years on and
only the effective ones survive. Rest should get back to home. As it
was mentioned if it is for babus
it is high time we change from
"Indian Administrative Services" to "India Development
Services" or "India Management Services"

DEBATE(4) Retirement Age
This is the call of the day. Mounting admn expenses, stubborn hypocrisy,
reversed pyramid of man power setup only adding to non productive avoidable
drainage of national resources and sharp edged hurdles in fast processing
in govt offices. Ofcourse government should partly replace heavyweight
manpower through this bold decision with MODI charged energetic youngsters.
This will bring fresh ideas in the system.
