DEBATE(2) Retirement Age

Retirement age at 58 from the existing 60 years when it was in force for last 16 years is a knee jerk stuff. Instead, they should weed out dead wood. Can they bring in objective reviews from 55 years on and only the effective ones survive. Rest should get back to home. As it was mentioned if it is for babus…it is high time we change from "Indian Administrative Services" to "India Development Services" or "India Management Services"

Ofcourse government should partly replace heavyweight manpower through this bold decision with MODI charged energetic youngsters. This will bring fresh ideas in the system.
