post us that How do they rate performance of the economist Prime Minister
as a head of the government?
(Please be short, to the point and objective in your assessment
which should not be more than 200 words or so since too long statements

Government of Failures
The present government is failing in most of the fronts due to its own
people and constituents. The present PM did not have the time to review
the performance of each Ministry on yearly basis and give guidance to
improve. This would have created check and balances in the system and
we would have been in better position in the world. In absence of this
mechanism every Minister became boss of its own. This has put country
into financial difficulty & may lead to crisis. Reservation and
subsidies are worst enemy of any economic growth. These are given only
to hide failures of the government. Let us see the failures:
PM failed to control corruption, price rise, scams :
FM failed to contain fiscal deficit, CAD, financial discipline, unemployment,
GDP growth :
RBI failed to control inflation, interest rate, rupee depreciation :
MHA failed to control crimes specially against women :
MoD failed to control border killing :
MoEA failed to get a permanent seat in UN Security Council :
MoAgri. failed to boost agriculture economy :
MoC&I failed to boost exports and reduce imports, review the impact
of FTA, falling industrial production :
MoC&IT failed to increase internet penetration, falling of MTNL
& BSNL, imports of telecom equipment, increase telecom manufacturing
:
MoH & FW failed to provide good medical facilities at rural areas
:
MoP&NG failed to reduce imports of petroleum products and increase
production in India :
MoPow failed to increase power production in India :
MoHRD failed to provide basic education in rural areas :
MoCA failed to save Air India from survival :
MoTex failed to protect the mills from closure, bring new policy to
generate employment
...to be continued

Avoid political news
It is good and improving but don't spoil it by giving politician's news
like you did by saying who is close to BJP chief. Stick to postings
/ transfers of officials, preferably in the public sector where information
is choked.

Details of vigilance file in one's own case
The appellant was suspended for accepting illegal gratification
and on the recommendation of the CBI and in consultation with
the CVC, prosecution was sanctioned. A penalty of "Dismissal
from service" was imposed on the appellant after following
the prescribed procedure including advice of the UPSC. Copies
of entire file of CBI, Ahmedabad along with note-sheets and all
papers and various papers of the same file pertaining to his own
case was sought by the appellant. PIO informed that the Appellant's
request in respect of a file confidentially held by the public
authority and thereby falls with the scope of Section 11(1) read
with section 2(n) of the RTI Act, being third party information.
The Commission ruled that since the case has been finally disposed
of by the CBI Court and consequent upon conviction of the appellant,
he was imposed a penalty of dismissal from service by the competent
authority, the file notings pertaining to his case can be disclosed
now.
Comments
In respect of vigilance cases, the view of the CIC has varied.
In many cases, severability under section 10 has been ordered
to prevent disclosure of the identity of the officers who have
dealt with the case.
