Staff car rules !

There are some rules for etiquette in Govt of India Staff Car Rules. A lady never sits in front: Secondly when alone will sit on left, diagonally behind the driver. If there is a male, however senior, he has to sit behind the driver on the right and lady on the left. Same rule applies at home too. Wife is on so called "safe side." In the vehicle carrying FM and his MoS to Parliament, FM got into the vehicle first, his private SUV, and the Lady MoS after him into the right. Both strictly NO NO'S, per accepted norms.

How BJP is responsible for current economic situation ?

1. BJP the only chance they had from 1999-2004 with complex coalition politics took the economy from 3% growth to 7.5% growth and nearly 10%+ inflation to 4% inflation when they left office in 2004. Atalji took more than 5 years to pull India out of the mess.
All it happened despite kargil mulla jihadi & 2001 Terrorist attack by porkis, 1000 of economic sanctions against India after nuclear test!!

2. Thanks to intellectual morons propaganda, Gujarat riots propaganda driven by seesta & other khangress agents with support of Christian evangelist in republicans USA & everything was credited to Congress in 2005 when our growth rate hit 9% which in fact was mere improvement from BJP's 7.5% to 9%.

3. When Congis follow their policies this is what you get scams and more scams, 10% inflation, 3% growth.

4.Before you jump on me you fools ask yourself how the hell BJP is responsible for current economic situation right now? Can they transform the country overnight which has been left to rubbles for last 60 years ? In a perfect world I would have all these people whipped until they bleed for blaming BJP for the mess right now.

When based upon a circular issued by Cabinet Sectt to all Ministries, lakhs and lakhs of rupees were spent on installation of biometric machines to mark attendance of employees and officers. In some Ministries, Secretaries refused to get their finger print recorded. following the Secy, some ASs have also refused and some Jt Secys also. So, in effect, these sr. officers who are supposed to set an example to their juniors , are "showing"the way. What a waste of public money. IN effect, these officers come and go as they wish. In the changed circumstances, these officers are having their way. And they preach punctuality !

Minister for H&FW insensitive towards plight of CGHS beneficiaries

Many CGHS beneficiaries specially pensioner category have mentioned their grief and miseries but Minister seems to be insensitive to the issue. In this column it was requested CGHS beneficiaries above 65 years of age can visit private empanelled hospitals without any reference or permission from dispensaries but so far no action is taken. You have to make system workable so that old beneficiaries can take the necessary treatment. In any case you have empanelled private hospitals now you making the system to work. These old people can not visit Govt. hospitals due to heavy rush and ill treatment by the doctors as they have to see more than hundred patients. See the pathetic condition of Eye, Dental, Orthopedics OPD in RML hospitals and take decision on this issue. Please pay a surprise visit to the hospital and think !

Mess up in MoSPI

The mess up in MoSPI is because of the fact that generalists have pilfered into it. Earlier the Joint Secretaries in the MoSPI were from the Indian Statistical Services, who use to analyse data and present picture. The generalist stopped it. There is a need for the professionals to run the Ministries/Departments as in Western countries.

BBS

The present BJP Government should critically examine the usefulness of MoS&PI, as it is of no use in the present day, coz the data can be available through private agencies which is more reliable than the data collected by NSSO. The present Government should scrap the posts of Jt. Secretary level officers of MoS&PI which is sheer wastage of Govt. money. Is Modi Government hearing ?
