POLITICS

This is History (35)
There was a powerful family in Japan -the Fujiwara family- seizing all the power and treating the emperors as puppets.

Modi would have been hero !

What people say "Prime Minister Narendra Modi would have been a hero had he removed all the allegedly tainted party leaders viz. External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and Chief Ministers Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Vasundhara Raje Scindia."

Sanjay Gandhi in the making ?

During an informal discussion someone remarked "Rahul Gandhi is Sanjay Gandhi in the making. While late Sanjay Gandhi was Sanjay Gandhi when Indira Gandhi was all powerful, Rahul Gandhi is now Sanjay Gandhi when Sonia Gandhi is out of power."

AAJ KI SACCHAI
Madam Ji dimag pe zor do ji!!
Nahi toh yaad ke liye Baba Ramdev ki medicine lo ji!!

Chalo aap ko yaad karwaate hain !
Sachhai se aap ko ladwaate hain !

You remember there was one Mr. Q,
At whose doorstep all used to queue!

He was a power centre,
Iss ko Madam Ji kiss ne kiya tha mentor??

And when Bofors poo hit the fan!!
He was given the chance to run away and he ran!!

Extradition was sabotaged and he got away!!
And out of the hands of Indian law he did stay!!

The cherry on the cake!!
Stolen money back to Italy he was able to take!!

Without help from here all this was not possible! !
Is this why they say politics is art of the impossible !!

What about UK Anderson...who let him go!!
In fact they say someone prodded him ...go..go.. go!

And today Congress protests target Sushma!!
Madam Ji zara pehno sachhai ka chashma!

Sushma just helped Lalit's wife in a dire time!
How is this a crime???

You know in illness family lends support!!
When in NY you were ill your entire khaandaan was with you as per a report!!

And if you were MEA what would you do!!
You would do the same too!!

You son ... says no way!!!
Would like to point out following. ..if I may!!

During UPA rule there was allegedly khula loot!!
So when you Bambino says no way..many say our left foot!!

Congress talking on ghoos
Is like a Butcher on meat eating letting out boos !?

On the Naga Accord isn't it a huge move!
But funnily you say..I do not approve !!

Modi's North East outreach you ignored!!
With this outreach the NE was floored!

Your Think Tank did not realize what Modi was doing!!
Really funny that this Accord you are booing!

When Modi invited your CMs for a meet on North East !!
They said.. we are busy with Iftar Feast!!

I think Indians know why you are in disruptive mode!!
Indians have broken your code!!

You know ... Congress is outfit good..if Modi delivers!!
That is why when his name is taken Congress shivers!!

The plan is block and berate!!
As you know Congress cannot think straight !!

Hold up Modi's game changing moves!!
Stop in RS whatever LS approves!!

Then show he is not delivering on his promises! !
Ensure no opportunity to run him down Congress misses!!

Keep working on majority minority!!
Appeasement has been India's biggest deformity!!

Try to run down his overseas forays!!
Say too often out of India Modi stays!!

Lampoon Achche Dinn!!
Make it look like a sin!!

But Madam India sees through your games!!
People have started calling Congress names!!!

Do not forget 10 years of UPA they have borne!!
Giving Congress power again... question is not born!!

And then after Modi's one year!!
They have realized he has put India in top gear!!

Retirement age

It has been widely reported that Government of India was contemplating uniformly enhancing retirement age for ex-babus in Tribunals to 70 years. It is ironical that when the feeling of futility of most of the existing Tribunals has dawned on the majority of the people, the regime is contemplating giving increase of 5 years to the already aged people. In addition to this, hypocrisy of creating, 'National commission '' to oversee the selection process, eligibility and criteria of appointment of such Tribunals, is also being contemplated. Who will ensure the fairness of selection of members of this Commission in an era of complete discard of excellence and preference for obliging mediocrity? Time has come when, at least, half of the existing Tribunals/Commissions/Boards etc deserved to be wound up.

Deputation mystery

Why these police officers are sent on deputation to CPMFs is mystery. The IPS officers should concentrate on the important aspect of policing in states rather than do something which they don't have a clue about.

No rule of law in MOS&PI

If it correct that transfer orders of Indian Statistical Officers (ISS) and Subordinate Statistical Service (SSS) is being issued without formation of transfer policy, then these transfer orders must have cancelled immediately. As these order are against instructions of DOP&T OM No. 11013 / 10 / 2013 - Estt. A dated 13th June 2014, OM No. 11013 / 10 / 2013 - Estt. A dated July 31, 2015 and OM No. 11013 / 10 / 2013 - Estt. A dated July 2, 2013. Otherwise member of both services may approach before Court, where all these orders perhaps set aside. Simultaneously, disciplinary measures can be initiated against all concerned officials of MOS&PI.

"Is Parliamentary democracy a waste of time ? "

Both houses of Indian Parliament wasted the monsoon session without legislation. Proceedings are being washed out, day after day, amidst sloganeering and placards waving by Opposition MPs, smiling and chuckling at Treasury benches. Is this Parliamentary democracy, we are proud of.

Use of park for marriage function

The appellant sought information regarding proposal of Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) to convert the residential park, Rampura into marriage/function site, the copy of approval from the Resident’s Welfare Association (RWA) for the same, copy of MCD clearance, copies of No Objection Certificate (NOC) taken from Delhi Fire Services, etc. The PIO did not provide the information but after the order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA), a reply was provided. The respondent stated that there is no such record and that an undertaking is obtained from the party applying for holding a marriage/function in a park and it is the responsibility of the party to take action on the fire safety measures, etc. The CIC directed the PIO to provide a copy of the undertaking (last booking of park for marriage/function), after redacting the personal information of the third party, whose form is provided to the appellant.

Comments

It is often seen that public parks are given for marriage functions etc. in an arbitrary manner which spoils the garden and also disturbs the residents living in the near vicinity. A clear policy should be drawn in consultation with the residents instead of acting in a random basis.
