Modi's letter to Nitish
Modi's Imaginary reply to Nitish's letter questioning him on his DNA
comment ....
Got your Letter,
Firstly your English could be better!
You should have got IFS Verma to pen it,
On every English TV Debate he does sit.
Do you only have right to criticise me?
Why can't I do the same to you Nitish ji?
You I see as epitome of Double Speak!
With Laloo in this you have started to peak!
My DNA comment is limited to your politics!
And I know on you this analogy of mine sticks!
You call yourself Apostle of honesty!
And you have allied with alleged King of Dishonesty!
He does not know what probity means!
Its not in his Party's genes!
You pride yourself on law and order !!
And your new Ally used disorder!!
Disorder for his Party was music to their ears!
Why do you think Biharis shiver as election nears!
You pride yourself on your Governance!
And your Ally is known for Misgovernance!
You say under you Biharis are safe !!
In Ally's Raj every house was made like a safe!!
Goondaism..kidnappings .. were everyday affair!!
And you say for law and order your Government takes all the care!
Any relief in Ally's time was allegedly minting time!
And you say you pass over every relief dime!
Your secular stance is a mazaak!!
For you only Majority Minority is paak (pure)!!
You wear a Fez Cap in Masjids..rallies and Iftar!!
Toh firr Gurudwara mein sirr pe rumaal kyon nahi liya tha dhar!
They pleaded with you .. Sir cover your head!!
But pompously you went in bare headed instead!
This is why I said your DNA is faulty.. weird!
And it's gonna get worser is what is being feared.
Hope you are taking care of your health!
It's the real wealth !!
Your ally is a Kheni addict so be careful!!
Into this vice you he will try to pull !
And thank you for not sharing stage with me !!
Fate favored me ..this now I see!!
Gist of my letter... your DNA is not what you show you are!!
And the day Biharis will agree with what I say is not far!!
Disclaimer... alleged and is Satire ..do not draw any conclusions..its
meant go be read and forgotten

Pro-criminal sentiments a bane
Comments about police reflect the present bias of a society which is
more bothered about the rights of a criminal rather than the victim.
This pro-criminal sentiment is the bane of our society and therefore
police reforms are awaited since 1902 when the first commission submitted
its report. No one wants the police to be effective as the ability to
break law is treated as a status symbol even by the educated in our
society. We will continue to be like this most shamelessly.

No rule of law
There is no rule of Law in MOS&PI

Misuse of power
Certainly it has been long overdue. The mighty had usurped the power
depriving the vulnerable their due. Certainly any IRS should be the
revenue secretary, an IA&AS should be the CAG, capable Dy. Governor
should also be tried to head the RBI so on and so forth. Let's hope
for the best.

There is no rule of Law in MOS&PI
I fully agree with the views of S Das, published on August 3, 2015
under the heading of "There is no rule of Law in MOS&PI,www.whispersinthecorridors.com.
If it is correct that transfer of ISS & SSS are frequently made
without any existing transfer policy, as per DOP&T instructions,
then the responsibility of concerned officials may fixed and all concerned
officials may be punished.

Not all cops are to blame
Nothing can be far from truth. As always in typical IPS (I Play Safe?!?!)
style he has sought to pass on the burden to everyone else for everything
afflicting the police except to its inefficient and pliant leadership
of IPS. The law is set in motion at a police station. They do not do
so promptly. The SP waits for every political clearance before taking
any action! Whereas law empowers the police adequately, its leadership
makes it rudderless. It is said even IPC is enough to set right the
system if police, rather its IPS leadership, worked efficiently and
impartially. And that's where the problem lies.

Sigh of relief
It is good that the government will heave a sigh of relief as it is
overburdened and majority of the budgetary allocations are spent in
paying them salary and perks without any contribution. At least one
of them is destructive and it is good to salvage whatever is possible.

Filing of RTI Application to know the fate of earlier application
An application was under the RTI Act seeking information regarding
action taken on an earlier RTI application and first appeal filed
by the Complainant. A reply was sent to him on but the Complainant
stated that he did not receive this reply. The Respondents volunteered
to send another copy to him. While noting that no further action
is due on this RTI application, the CIC observed that the right
course of action for an RTI applicant, in the event of the PIO
not responding to his RTI application, is to file an appeal to
the First Appellate Authority and thereafter, if necessary, an
appeal / complaint to the Commission. Instead, the Complainant
took upon himself to enquire into the delay on the part of the
Respondents in responding to his earlier RTI application by filing
yet another RTI application. Filing of such applications is avoidable
because the RTI Act provides for appeals / complaint process in
the event of unsatisfactory action by Respondents on an RTI application.
Such applications needlessly clog the system.
Comments
RTI act is a self contained act which provides
for the mechanism to deal with cases where replies have not been
received. An applicant should use the modalities provided under
the Act which can provide him the best results.
