Why Arvind Kejriwal is crying ?
There was case of a Constable who used to take a bribe and note it down
in his small diary. Once he was given the job of ferrying a thief in
a Bus from the Jail to the Court. On the way the Thief picpocketted
his diary. Subsequently, a case of corruption developed against the
Constable and the diary of the Constable, in which he used to note down
the bribes he used to take was used as evidence. In the Supreme Court
the Advocate of Constable stated that there could not be a case as the
Thief had done an illegal act of pickpocketing. Supreme Court said,
so what even if an evidence has been collected illegally or immorally,
it is an evidence and if valid the case stands proved. Why Arvind Kejriwal
is crying ?

Inclusion of IRMS service officers in Jt Secretary empanelment
It is noticed that apart from IAS and IPS, officers of many other Group
A Service officers belonging to Organised services like IRTS, IRPS,
IRSE, IRSS. IRS, IOFS etc are being empanelled for certain higher posts
as Joint Secretary. A glaring omission are certain services like IRMS,
CGHS, IOFMS etc. There are any number of competent and very efficient
officers in these Services and due representation of these Medical services
which also are classified as Group A Organised Services ( and who are
selected directly through UPSC) in the empanelment process must be considered
by the Government. It maybe pointed out that many Doctors are already
serving in IAS, IPS, IFS etc. with distinction. The time is now opportune
for the empanelment of officers of all Central Government Medical Services.

Information about the selection process
An applicant sought
information regarding allotment of an LPG agency in Noida, allotment
of land concerning the same and related issues. The information
was denied by the PIO but the FAA informed the applicant that
he could inspect the relevant documents at the office of the Respondents.
However, it was not done. The CIC observed that the selection
processes should be completely transparent, so that there is no
doubt whatsoever regarding the selections that are made. The CIC
directed to facilitate inspection of all the relevant documents
by the applicant excluding the information of a personal nature
concerning the selected candidate.
Comments
A comment of some personal dispute between
the families of the applicant and the selected candidate was brushed
aside by the CIC with the remark that it would have no impact
on the issue of disclosure. Further, such selection processes
should be completely transparent and any citizen should have access
to the documents concerning the same.
