Chandi.... Sher ....Pangewaal. ..

3 groups that fight each other to manage the Club I'm a member of... Elections every year and one group, the Chandhi Group were managing Club for years. .second Group, Sher Group has taken over recently and a third group, Pangawaal Group are new entrants. At the Bar I overhear 3 Members ...each affiliated to a Group...discuss Club politics ..

Member A: Since Chandi Group exited Club Committee, Club is going to dogs..

Member B: This Committee is doggedly trying to change the past blunders ...like the Catering Contractor ...staffing ...all done to please a minority group that votes 100% for the Chandhi Group...they ran the Club by divide and rule ...now marked improvement in the Club..

Member C: See I am sure the Pangawaal Group will bring about revolutionary changes ...like..if you feel your Bill is high ..don't pay...contest it..

B: Which means linger payment ..then toh Club chall padha!!

A: Chandhi Group did such a good job for years but now Sher Group which is in power is undertaking a witchhunt. ...chalo ..subcommittees still under Chandi Group control (have a term of 2 years)... we will block all proposals ...

B: We will call a General House meeting and push our agenda of cleaning the Club and putting an end to the favoritism .....

C: We will ensure none of the supporters of Chandhi and Pangewaal Groups attend these Meetings ..so Quorum will never be complete ...

B: Then why don't these two Groups amalgamate ...why this drama of two Groups ....seems trouble making has been outsourced by Chandhi Group to Pangawaal Group. ..

C: Now the Finance Committee Honorary Secretary of this Committee ... do you know he was heading a Social Organization ....huge gupplas in this Organization..

B: Baloney ...this guy has a impeccable reputation ... and the Social Organization issue was investigated because one guy who used to be involved in this work one Kaidi came up with ludicrous allegations ... the average Admin cost of such Organizations is 25 lacs ... this guy did it in 15 lacs ..were is the guppla ..yaar Kaidi wanted to get into the Social Organization's Committee but was overlooked and so the heartburn..

C: But Kaidi is pro the Sher Group. ....

B: Yes he wanted to be involved in running the Club too this time ... but seems the Committee President found him too dicey ...and so Kaidi is now a rebel...

A: Tumhaari Corruption siyaasat

...humaari corruption corruption ... you know our Chandhi Group has a family at the helm who have served the Club for decades ...and were on the Founding Committee..

B: Ha ...they take the Club to be their personal Property ...

A: Very mean ...this Committee got the family members to appear in Court for a case that's got nothing to do with the Club...

B: Sorry Sir ..that's got nothing to do with this Committee . ... yes a Club Member who is a Lawyer got details of huge wrongdoings in a Magazine managed by this family ..

A: But he's a supporter of Sher Group. ..

B: So what ... he's not on the Committee ...and don't forget he has filed 2 other cases on similar lines.....he's a known pro Accountability Fighter ..

A: But both those cases are against people who are close to The Family that heads Chandi Group...

B: So what ...I said he is a pro accountability Fighter ...if a Doctor is a Committee Member and has done some professional malpractice and if a Club Member loyal to opposing Group files a case ...this cannot be construed as Club politics ... Mr C ... the Pangawaal Group makes promises that will finish off the Club..like ..Free unlimted WiFi in the Club..no Membership Fees ...Subsidised Catering....Bill Contesting ......

C: We'll look into the viability after we are elected ...

C: Let us take over ... our aim is take over all the Clubs in the City. ..

B: God save this Club and other Clubs ....

Advantages of projecting Varun Gandhi as UP CM

If BJP decides to name F. Varun Gandhi as a Chief Ministerial candidate for next U.P. Assembly election, what are the advantages? Read Below:

A learned man with impeccable integrity to serve the people of U.P.
Fantastic personality with aura to attract youth & people.
Very good orator with vision, plan & can formulate even at the ground level.
With full of energy, enthusiastic & can rejuvenate BJP Workers and galvanize to their higher potential.
He is humble to the core and can be fierce for opposition.
He has learn tricks of the trade in his small active political life & has ability to contribute at every level.
He is serviceable by nature & evolves people at great length.
He is active at the same time devote time "how to bring-out best in him to work hard for the benefit the people at large.
He has clear understanding of U.P. State & vision for progress with potential.
He has attitude of go & get it as well as Task master.
He has presence in U.P. & can felt more by the people the moment becomes C.M. Candidate of B.J.P.
Now, Advantages on Political front:
Varun as Chief Minister Candidate will erupt the Youth of U.P. State which will be befitting reply for each Opposition Parties.
Vote bank politics will benefit B.J.P. at large.
Being young & dynamic persona, he has reachability to the mass irrespective of Caste & greed.
He has sophistication to accommodate with BJP Leaders in U.P. with great respect.
He has the ability to integrate & work with every level of U.P. State demography and has special plan to uplift the people of Bundelghand & other neglected area for years.
People of U.P. State can see a leader with impeccable integrity & hard working if ample time given to him for campaigning before schedule Assembly election.
Being young candidate, the mode of campaign will be based on Development plunk supported with good administration, Law & Order, people of U.P. State can bless him in long-run also. It will be a matter of delivery to the people only.

Opposition has many ways to attack him, but, the moment people interest will come, he might have edge over every one because it will be an opportunity for people also to factor him as an able leader who can serve with best of his ability and knowledge which he can integrate with hard work since, nobody in past had done adequate enough to bring-out best for the people of U.P. on equal front like Agriculture, Education etc.

He will be a great answer for Congress & can bring -out best political fight when they are face to face.
Ms. Mayawati & Mr. M.S. Yadav are now old horse and Mr. Akhilesh Yadav will instantly loose youth attraction in front of him or there will be clash based on incumbency factor. It will be a transformation on the part U.P. Politics which will a generation change in true sense when Mr. Akhilesh Yadav will face him. It's matter of initiative which BJP has to take & factor Mr. F. Varun Gandhi as C.M. Candidate for next U.P. Assembly Election.

There will be only one disadvantage for BJP that one Section of Society may not vote for them which is in any case inevitable, however, it may be a possibility for Mr. F. Varun Gandhi to reach-out them with his leadership quality & great humility which he must have imbibe as a character.

You can write so many things about him as against understanding of Media as an underrated leader of BJP. But, this is not true if you try to observe the political scenario of U.P. considering coming 15/20 years, there is vacuum on political ground of U.P. having Charismatic Political leaders in several decades which has immense importance at National Political front. Thus, BJP should choose Mr. F. Varun Gandhi, who has profound eagerness to serve the People of U.P. State with firm belief in Constitution of India. Now it is need of hour to bring a person of ability & honesty who can deliver the goods.

This can be a Master stroke or Game Changer for BJP if it believes in the abilities of their young generation leader which transpire a great leader who can serve the party & Nation on equal front.

This has been written in the light of betterment of Nation nothing personal. I never met him ever, but can visualize & observe which can be best for Nation as a whole.

Odd even transport system - a welcome step

The Delhi Govt's proposal of odd even transport system is a welcome step to reduce pollution levels. While considering exemption of vehicles, Kejriwal should also think of exempting GOI vehicles from the purview of Even and Odd system as the senior officers using govt transport have no other option

"Dismantle supremacy of IAS"

The suggestion to do away with IAS (WIC, Dec 21) seems irrational. In fact, according financial edge to the IAS smacks of bureaucratic racism. The IAS officers presently get a two-year edge over other services for getting empanelled to come on deputation at the Centre besides get two additional increments @ 3 percent over their basic pay at three promotion stages i.e.STS, JAG and NFSG levels. It thus becomes the primus interpares with other Services. The discrimination must be removed to bring all Services at par.

Disclosure of information in relation to unauthorised construction and encroachment

Photocopy of entire case file of unauthorised construction of building was denied by the PIO, East Delhi Municipal Corporation on ground of being third party information. In his initial reply, the PIO provided contradictory information about whether the property has been sealed. The appellant stated that due to unauthorised construction on the above mentioned property, extensive damage was caused to his house. The respondent claimed that the sealing and de-sealing of any property is personal in nature. The CIC observed that disclosure of information in relation to unauthorised construction and encroachment does not require clearance from any third party. Looking into the circumstances of the case, the CIC granted a compensation of Rs. 25,000/- to be paid to the appellant u/s 19(8) (b) of the RTI Act. Further, a show cause notice was issued to the PIO as to why penalty should not be imposed on him u/s 20 RTI Act, 2005 for outright deliberate denial of information.

Comments

Sealing and de-sealing of any property is a part of official work. In a number of cases, the CIC has ruled that disclosure of information in relation to unauthorised construction of building and encroachment cannot be said to be personal information of the third party and as such, disclosure in such cases do not require clearance from any third party.
