Chat with Kejriwal
By the wonder of imagination had a chat with Kejriwal ... both of us
in a Park in Delhi....
Kejriwal: Before we start chatting ...please keep an arms length from
me and keep your hands behind.. its SOP and you have to do it....
Me: Itna paranoid ....
K: My jaw still hurts ... and my ego will never heal ..
Me: Wow what a salary hike .... you guys are better paid than India's
PM...
K: Let me explain .... often I've noticed AAP MLAs very shabbily dressed
... some of them did not even wear socks ... couple of times I heard
some of them preferring to have Chat for lunch ...poor guys could not
even afford a proper meal....
M: Very observant .... but you too are very casually dressed and it's
not because you can't afford Office attire .... and now seems Rahul's
suit boot diatribe has firmed your casual mindset ...arre Delhites love
Chaat .... I've seen some of your MLAs enjoying Chaat in South Ex ....the
Chat costs a packet ...but just for attire and food such a rise is not
justified !!
K: It's a corruption beater ....
M: When the ghoos runs in crores a good salary is no incentive ...greed
control cannot be incentivized....haven't you heard of the proverb ..love
is blind and greed is insatiable ??
K: Then I got the feeling MLAs were suffering from an inferiority complex
because of very low salaries ...
M: Ha ....your MLAs and inferiority complex ...no way.... persecution
complex ..yes... by you because you are the Sonia Gandhi of AAP...by
the way why has the Lokpal Bill been watered down??
K: Ha ..ha ... if I'm Sonia then Manish is Mani Shankar Aiyer.... shhhh...
only between us ... last time I said something and he came to know ....
I had to swear on his head to say I did not ....lie for his good if
you ask me ...Lokpal Bill.... the previous one was when we were not
in power ....it was a idealistic one ...after coming to power we have
come up with a workable Lokpal ...
M: Man you are hilarious .... Bhushan will blow a fuse if her hears
this.... what you actually mean is a Pliable Lokpal.... and how can
anybody..Office which is not a part of Delhi Government be covered by
Delhi Lokpal.... this Lokpal is Delhi Government centric and not Delhi
centric because of dual status of Delhi !!
Or maybe you have done this to needle Centre so that even a Pliable
Lokpal is shot down...you need Centre's approval.
K: This Delhi smog is killing ....
M: You should start providing protective masks ...and make Controlled
Air areas all over Delhi???
K: It's the previous Governments who are responsible ... why should
we bear the burden???
M: Arre ... you are in power today ...responsibility of the Government
cannot be isolated based on which Party was in power!!! Think of Delhites...
K: Isn't this the same stand India has taken in Paris. ..
M: No in Paris India's stand is Developed Nations have developed irresponsibly
towards environment. ..why should Developing Nations curb development
for the damage done by Developed Nations ...
K: Okay .... we will go in for a Ad campaign and explain our position
...we don't have the money ....
M: You have money for huge ad Budgets ..to raise salaries of MLAs...but
you don't have money to give Delhiites protective masks????
K: Cess in my opinion is the only way....
M: Why tax Delhites more ...aren't they already bearing the actual and
notional costs of voting you guys in. ..
K: We will advertise our stand ..
M: Achcha now I understand the abnormally high ad budget .....
like they say via ads you can tell a person to go to hell and or or
she looks forward to to trip....
Disclaimer ... all alleged ...not casting any aspersions ... please
do not draw any conclusions ... its Satire

" 7th Central Pay Commission "
The Varna system exists in the hierarchy of Indian Civil Services is
a legacy from the past. The artificial discrimination has been allowed
to perpetuate for obvious reasons. The 7th CPC has also failed to address
the concerns of other Services in the hierarchy.PM Modi is considered
just, fair-mined in service matters. One hopes, he takes a dispassionate
view in the matter.

Qualification is very important
There is no column of qualification in the application. It should be
very important. Poorly qualified for this subject having been rejected
for CSS empanelment are going to manipulate. Quality will suffer.

Disclosure of the name of the whistle blower under PIDPI
The appellant filed a complaint related to malpractices in purchase
of medical material like Fumy floor solution, Multipurpose cleaning
solution etc. to the CVC. He stated that after the receipt of
the complaint, the CVC had sent a letter to him seeking the identity.
The envelope containing that letter was superscribed as "Public
Interest Disclosure & Protection of Informer Resolution (PIDPI)".
In spite of this, the envelope was opened by the then Medical
Superintendent because of which his identity and name was unnecessarily
revealed. He sought to know whether the confidential letters in
favour of any doctor/employee can be opened by the medical superintendent
of the hospital and related information. The CIC issued a show
cause to the PIO to show-cause why penalty should not be imposed
on him for not furnishing the information within the prescribed
period and why compensation should not be awarded to the appellant.
Comments
The PIDPI requires the Competent Authority to conceal the identity
of the complainant and the documents or information furnished
by him, for the purposes of enquiry under this Act. Hence, the
officers and staff should be careful about which envelopes to
be opened and by whom.
