Why exit polls went wrong in Delhi Assembly Election 2015 ?
Bureaucracy has understood how to become politician in Indian democracy.
Bureaucracy knows how to raise funds e.g. Kejariwal left government
service, joined Anna Hazare movement where funds were pouring, realized
it's very interesting and easy to have more and more funds without any
extra efforts. Fund contributors can be any one but mostly anti-nationals
gets attracted towards such politicians.
Why Kejriwal chosen Central Delhi constituency on both occasions ?
Because all government servants live here and have become corrupt in
last 65 years of Congress rule. They have corrupt practices and don't
like to be disciplined in their working. They prefer politician and
system, who just increase their DA, pension etc. continually without
interruption.
All workers, political agents, candidates of Kejriwal are mostly family
members of government servants including retired.
BJP has understood this politics and brought Kiran Bedi. Unfortunately,
she is honest task master and very strict which didn't attracted corrupt
government servants.
You see, Congress already knew and did this sort of politics and that
is why they brought Ajay Maken instead of Arvind Lovely to have lesser
and reduce fight and enjoy the defeat of BJP from behind which is also
evident from last times support to AAP.
That's why exit poll gone wrong and they have won 97 per cent of Delhi
Assembly seats.
This sort of victory never happened in history of Indian democracy,
not even in people's mind, not even in the era of booth capturing or
unprecedented political circumstances like-1984 etc.
And more surprising is that polling has 67 per cent and victory in 97
per cent seats. Very strange results.
This is very bad precedence and dangerous trend for Indian democracy.
Hope fellow citizen may understand. It's an observation & experience.

Finance Minister to learn lesson
FM has to learn lesson from Delhi election. Taking anti-people measures
like removing LPG subsidy through an arbitrary economy line will not
work. If it is to be removed, please remove from all or leave the people
belonging to BPL. Do not create another line for this purpose rich and
poor. FM has to make some efforts and innovations to increase the number
of tax payers whose taxable income is more than a crore. Do not stick
to old numbers. It means no tangible is done in this direction. Efforts
by IT industry is to collect tax from small tax payers where all energy
and time is wasted due to large numbers. Create a data base for the
people having cars more than 25 lakhs, house more than 2 crores, properties
more than 5 crores, foreign tours more than three in a FY, staying in
5 star super deluxe hotels, spending in advertisements, criket, entertainment
industry, media etc. It will stop generation of black money.

Why post of Secretary Official language vacant ?
Can the present BJP government explain the justification of giving the
charge of Secretary official languages to some other officer additionally
when many 1981 batch IAS are waiting for secretary posting. Only two
possible reason...to adjust some one at lucrative post or Hindi is not
important for BJP. Ye public hai Sab janti hai.

Ministry or DoPT approves postings
This is with reference to the comments of Khosla regarding ICFRE.I am
not aware of any rule where postings in any dept are 'approved' by finance
or expenditure department. Postings are approved by the concerned Ministry
or DoPT.

Attention PMO
Aprops to the comments of Khosla regarding cause for BJP defeat. I think
these are long pending issues and require kind attention of PMO, if
really Govt wants to encourage the R & D.

Modi still continuing with top officials of UPA regime
PM Modi is relying on same factors which were reason for defeat of UPA
government like slow development in infra projects. In place of accelerating,
he is going on opening new company by sidelining already existing NHAI,
not keen to address the problem. He is still in planning stage. Still
continuing with top officials of UPA regime.
