The
Empire of Spain faded away. In the days of Charles V, it was said that
the Sun never set on his empire, a saying which is often repeated about
another proud and overbearing empire today.
Bihar ministers to face the music ?
Bihar
ministers in the Union Council of Ministers are going to face music
following BJP debacle in the state. At least three ministers are sure
to lose their chair. Instead MPs from Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal
are going to be inducted in the Union Cabinet.
Amit Shah to continue!
Political
observers believe that as long as blessings of Narendra Modi are there,
Amit Shah cannot be touched. He will be on the roads only if Modiji
decides.
Mooh ke bal girte hai tede log....
Modi
ji yeh mat bhoolna!
Out of power Congress se padhe ga jhoojna!
Congress over 65 years has acquired the infrastructure and technology
to grab power. ... And has the deepest possible pockets ....though nowadays
Congress says we are out of funds...even if you tell this to a 'layman'
he or she would burst out laughing. Mission ...block ....create strife
.... damn is on. This Award Wapsi is a clear example ...after the Bihar
elections got over..The Wapsi stopped ....it felt like someone ne bandh
kar diya nalka ....and now Congress has a partner ... AAP! And crassness
has been outsourced to Laloo.
Respected oldies who Modi helped to win polls!
Are hitting self goals!!
They are part of BJP and when they resort to discussing Party matters
in Public it's perceived a self goal by BJP! They could have picked
up the phone and spoken to Modi ...but no...They resorted to penning
a letter.releasing it and then sending it to the Party! Do they have
the guts to pen a letter to Bhagwat and point out his blunder ...just
see the attendance at Modi's rallies ...there were no charges by Laloo
and gang that the crowds were rented...so then how come did not convert
to votes ...because in a State where reservation is akin to oxygen,
making such a comment like Bhagwat made was like committing hara-kiri!
Less said the better about Shotgun... he is not CM material and very
good he was refused...once he loses 'embarrass BJP value' Nitish will
stop taking his calls!
Karr bhala hona chahiye bhala!
Jo kehta hai yeh hai 1 number la jhalla (idiot)!
Modi out of sheer emotion committed himself to OROP.... came to power
and started work on giving it! Despite this some Faujis started protesting
... often they were advised ...you do not fight with a surgeon while
you are on the Operating Table...but they wanted to fight..remember....
first in its Quackery Congress reduced basic dosage of 'Salary' and
stopped dosage of 'OROP'....successive Congi Quacks refused to change
medicine despite patient getting worse ....disease got bad...UPA Quackery
...rather than prescribing much needed surgery prescribed Homeopathy
cure (500 cr)....no appreciation for 'Dr' Modi who has carried out effective
surgery ... and you have Faujis 'ordering Government' ... 'Unacceptable....
Reject'!! Modi Government could have just demarcated 2500 cr for OROP
and boasted ... we have allotted 5 times what Congress allotted for
OROP and sat tight ...but the sentimental type of guy Modi is ...did
his best to deliver. And most Faujis are happy ..excepting the political
ones. From 10 years equalization down to 5 years... past PMR included
(though technically do not deserve).....this is not an Industrial Dispute
that Faujis can have their reps on the Committee or negotiate!! Base
year 2013 ...they can take it up with Judicial Commission in case they
want it to be 2014..in the present conditions Modi has undertaken apt
surgery!
Joke doing rounds ...this Diwali in Bihar tables turned on Good and
Evil won!

Only Modi can check IAS
The injustice done by IAS to other services can only be corrected by
PM Modi. He has the guts to take such steps. If the centre is working
very well, it is because other services are doing well and without any
fear or influence. Majority of IAS do not like strong men like Modi,
but they encourage corrupt political parties like RJD, Cong etc. God
give strength to Mr. Modi to face IAS and address the issues raised
by other Group A services. Let there be only one Group A service by
providing at lease pay parity.

Caution to Finance Minister
Finance Minister is trying to implement arbitrary price policy for LPG
cylinders as subsidized and non subsidized for people having income
more than certain limits. Please first give up the subsidies being given
to Parliament canteen, subsidized license fee for Govt. bungalows in
Lutyens Zones, free electricity/water/telephone etc. before implementing.
The poll results in Delhi and Bihar are lessons to learn. Do not try
to implement which is illogical. Give subsidy to people who belong to
BPL and do not create another artificial category to implement something
new. Be cautious.

Denying them backseat driving, be ready to be driven away!
So, kudos Bhagwat for your Bhagwat Saptah. You have successfully chained
resurgent Narendra Modi and all the Indians who were hoping for change.
Indians resist change too much. What can be a better example than the
Bihar verdict. Modi didn't allow RSS the privilege of backseat driving/remote
facility. So Monseur Bhagwat, you can appoint your population Commission
in Ranchi or are you planning to shift it to Kolkata/ Guwahati/Lucknow?
Bhagwat, Adityanath, Sakshi, Shiv Sena, Bihari Babu and Amit Shah can
have a gala celebration for achieving a feat that the Congress was wanting
but hopeless to achieve. And second backseat/remote is emerging in Bihar,
where the loser or the winners don't as yet know whether they have lost
or won. In the meantime, the foreign hands (no Pak) are giggling with
immense mirth at this unexpected turn of events.
M L Gupta
Nitish Kumar's taking over of Bihar once again is a welcome step. His
previous innings as CM and as builder of Naya Bihar proved him as a
unique genius responsible for revolutionizing and transforming a state
with invisible law and order and on a fast track to backwardness, to
a state with best law and order maintenance, sound finances, effective
Governance, and enviable development. I have had the opportunity to
stay in Bihar for more than a month and be a witness to the great achievements
of this simple man. Undoubtedly, some compromises had to be made, but
all these were made for the welfare of his people. After seeing his
achievements, it is not difficult to travel to the times of Chandra
Gupt Maurya and Kautilya and of what metal they were made of. He has
put Bihar on the path to glory singlehandedly. He is the one and only
CM in India, who has changed the destiny of his state in record time.
He has the potential to change the history and destiny of the Indian
nation. Let us hope, the traditional politics does not destroy this
genius of modern India. In late 1950s and early 1960s, Pt Jawaharlal
Nehru used to tell the other CMs that they should go to Punjab to learn
the art of Governance from S. Partap Singh Kairon, the then CM Punjab.
Now we have another trainer in Nitish Kumar to inspire others to emulate
him in the art of governance. Many people have apprehensions that the
new dispensation in Bihar, with RJD as number one party, may not be
able to carry forward the agenda of welfare of people of Bihar and its
development and maintenance of law and order. RJD supremo Lalu Prasad
Yadav, has been the most towering, steadfast, and staunch crusader against
communalism for more than a quarter century. It was he, who had stopped
his Rath arrested Advani. He has not even once wavered from the path
of secularism to gain access to power. As Railway minister of India,
his achievements were internationally known and even Harvard Business
school recognized it. In Bihar rural areas he is worshipped as messiah
for deliverance of the poor people from bonded labour. He understands
the current situation as prevailing in the country and may not succumb
to the allurements of personal and dynastic gains. Bihar may, once again,
lead India to glory as in the times of Ashoka. It may continue to provide
revolutionaries like Jay Prakash Narayan and statesmen like Dr. Rajinder
Prasad.
Surinderjit Singh Sandhu, Amritsar
Well done
Very good VJS. Bihar voters who voted for Lalu have not thought of their
and families' future under that regime.

Govt. should publish its version on OROP
Our respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji, I as a common man and
an well wisher of BJP, would like to write and inform that regarding
OROP, government should publish its version with logic and understanding
of the facts of the same in the newspapers so that general public is
made aware of true facts that why all the reasonable or unreasonable
demands of the retired army officers cannot be met or whatever their
demands has been accepted are the true and reasonable. The government
should also explain to the general public and a team of Army officers
that the demands met are not the only one but looking into the revenue
out go and expenditure to be made are from the pockets of the tax payer
of the country. I hope government will come out with a white paper on
the same to make awareness in the general public. As on date we are
only reading only retired army officers version regarding OROP. Regarding
Bihar loss that is not only due to Mr. Modi Ji but due to his coterie
of people for their unreasonable and none required remarks on caste
and other things which irritated the voters of Bihar that they started
feeling that BJP is party which wants that the fight is between different
castes and BJP should get benefited from the same. BJP and its leaders
should immediately visit the voters from door to door and tell them
that if whatever has been said in the election days should not be taken
for negative. The Bihar election should have the focus of corruption
which JDU and RJD have committed when in power at Center or in state.
Everyone who might be from Bihar or wherever know all this. In today
time, remarks on caste, beef or others are matter of the past and today
people wants first their livelihood to be safe and second they get jobs
for the same. Again request BJP should tell all its leaders in India
to visit the public and make them aware d that how new policies being
adopted or being made will benefit them in the coming time. Most of
the BJP MPs are not taking their constituents to know the BJP policies
which would benefit the public and should understand their difficulties
and take them along for general public awareness.

Returning of medals
There is hue and cry about returning of medals, awards etc by so-called
intelligentsia and film-makers etc. Are they also returning the money
received with the Award/medal? If not, they should do return the money
along with interest, otherwise they are shedding crocodile tears just
to gain favours from the present ruling party!

Duplicate degree
The appellant sought for the enrollment number & roll number
of a student who was enrolled for the BA course in the year 1993
& passed 3rd year in 1995. The information was denied claiming
that it is very difficult to manually search for the old record
as computerization has been done from 2006 onwards. The appellant
submitted that the degree certificates of the student were snatched
and destroyed by her stepmother. The CIC directed to search the
relevant record and provide the information along with the duplicate
certificates.
Comments
Many cases have been brought to the public notice where students
are running from pillar to post for getting copies of the old
records. It is the duty of the public authority to ensure proper
upkeep of the documents in its control.
