Solution to India's woes (Imaginary)

Me: Khem cho Motta Bhai...ek problem hai
Modi: Sardar ji abh kya hooa...
Me: Yeh suit kya pehan liya aap ne
Modi: Arre ....when I was in US some ardent Gujarati fans presented me with this suit length ....I think it costs about $ 3000. I did not want to take it but the hurt look on their face made me take it.
I made my tailor Vinod Bhai stitch it for Barrack Bhai ' s visit....I wanted to honor my fans.
Me: Your detractors are trying to make it look like a cardinal sin ... saying you are fixated with your name
Modi: Arre Bhai if I was so much in love with my name ...I was CM for 15 years ...is there any installation or road on my name? No. And rest assured I will not award myself a Bharat Ratna
Me: Chalo Mota Bhai chodo. ... arre the Pagh was looking very good

Contest in Delhi is between Kejriwal vs Bedi

Aptly stated that contest in Delhi is between Kejriwal vs Bedi. All politicians are bowled out by Kejri & Bedi. Smartly, anti corruption brigade has fully occupied political space. Even Modi has left the stage from Delhi. Facts remain that anti corruption movement has shown great change and politics is changing. Interestingly Maken, only politician is nowhere in scene. Our agency has surveyed and found following result may be in Delhi elections:

Kejriwal---45 to 50 seats
Bedi------ 20 to 25 seats
Maken----0 to 0
Murari Chaturvedi

The Indian Government servants, whenever they see something lucrative and get free bee, their tail goes up. When they get power, they exercise negative power. It is the question of mentality, which is to be looked into and not the independence of Ministries/Departments. What we need is e-governance & transparent common platform wherein all government procurement and disposal should be made. This means that the Businessmen of this country will not be required to distribute sweets & dry fruits at various places during Diwali. Secondly, there will savings in form of sweets/dry fruits, health of citizens, energy conservation, pollution due to extra vehicles plying in streets and governments subsidy on petrol.

Vinod Rai had exposed corruption

There has been a sudden rush of comments in Whispers relating to the appointment of Vinod Rai as advisor.

All the comments are more or less critical of the appointment and it is only hoped that there is not a concerted effort to discredit him for the immense good done by him by exposing corruption in 2G and other scams.

DATE WITH RTI

Property details in relation to a court case

The Applicant sought information regarding the details of the properties of her estranged husband as per records of the bank. The PIO denied the information under Section 8 (1) (d) of the RTI Act on the ground that it pertained to a third party. The applicant submitted that she needs the details of the properties of her estranged husband to get a share in the same for herself and her child. The CIC referred to the Supreme Court judgment in Girish Ramchandra Deshpande vs. Central Information Commissioner and Ors. [Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 27734 of 2012] and held that the information sought by the Applicant is exempted from disclosure under Section 8 (1) (j) of the RTI Act.

Comments

Just because a public servant is in litigation with someone in the course of a private dispute, the personal information cannot be provided to establish the truth of allegations. Such disclosure cannot be said to be in "public interest" as the litigation is a private one.
