POLITICS
This is History (200)

power in the hands of the feudal aristocrats.
Will Haryana see a change in leadership ?
Jat's agitation for OBC reservation in Haryana has created ripples in
Delhi durbar. If observers are to be believed right now BJP may not
change the leadership but the party likely to choose a Jat leader to
diffuse the crisis.
In Haryana change in top bureaucracy likely
Source at the center are of the view that Haryana administration has
failed to control the violence in the state resulting large scale loss.
A major administrative change in the state machinery is not ruled out.

Friendship culture among batchmates on the wane
Be it any service, friendship culture among batchmates is gradually
on the wane with each passing year.
Experience shows ....
I'm in Shimla seated on the Bench opposite Baljis... enjoying the sun
...Coffee and Gulab Jamuns.. I'm joined by my respected friend ..a retired
Senior Bureaucrat , who has made Shimla his home ....
Me: Nice day Sir .... how's your health. .
Sir: Physically fine ...mentally also fine though troubled ...to be
at peace there has to be equilibrium between health... mental positivity
and conscience ...my positivity running low...
M: Why Sir ...I've always known you to be very positive ..
S: Imagine in a Country there can be a debate on flying the flag in
Universities ...
M: Yes astounded me too...now they are asking why 207 feet... anything
to be the argumentative Indian..
S: Argumentative ... but if you object to Indian flag then you are no
Indian... so you are stuck here ... you cannot drive back to Delhi ...
Haryana is a tinderbox ..
M: Yes Sir ... the joke doing the rounds ...Q: Who are you ... A: Jat
from Haryana ....Q: What do you have ..A: 50 Acres... Palatial Houses
in Village and Chandigarh..and Pajero ... Q: What do you drink. ...
A: Scotch... Q: What do you want.... A: Reservation...
S: Ha ...ha ... so true ... the North Pole pointed moustache has become
a Handlebar one .... these guys keep Mooch or Moustache above everything
otherwise...in actuality demanding reservation should be a come down
for them...their slogan is..no if ..no but ..only Jatt..
M: Sir what's the solution. ..
S: Too late now ... after initial decade of Reservation we should have
shifted to Economic Based reservation and jobs should have been taken
out of the ambit of reservation. . Merit has to be the criteria ultimately
...
M: Because of Reservation all our talent is going overseas ..
S: Connections. .. Capitation and Castes driving merit out .... tell
me why do they allow politics on campuses ..ultimately it's the students
who go to study who suffer...JNU was made for Education and not for
dissent ... what's this crap that JNU has been known for its dissent
..for it discussions ... no problem if classes go empty .... they charge
Tution or discussion fee...
M: And Sir now a section of Media trying to make the perpetrators look
like Heroes ....in fact if you view these Channels you would start feeling
these guys are Heroes and it's the Government and Cops who are the villains.
.but I trust Modi to slowly but surely tackle these louts ...
S: They loose credibility everyday...
M: Sir Modi's proving to be the best PM India's had..
S: Be sure not to discuss your hero's state of mind ...make it clear
from his actions... and when it comes to Modi actions galore ...
M: True Sir ....
S: I have one grouse ... wish I was in service now ... working under
a PM like Modi ..and not a PM who knew nothing ...behaved he was Mr
Know All but depended on 3 Friends to run the show...or a PM who knew
and understood everything but did not have a say...

Observe NDA govt.'s work of last two years
If you today, observe this NDA Govt.'s work of last two years in tandem
with Opposition parties in same time frame, it is clearly evident from
facts that there are forces behind their intention of action & reaction
to remain in power and de-establish/de-throne incumbent govt. respectively.
In between, there is a person in name of Prime Minister trying hard
to reach-out people with innovative & decisive policies for betterment
in every sphere of activities.
There is a conclusive pattern of this govt. to exercise & implement
policies for people and in parallel to this a conclusive pattern evident
from actions of opposition parties, you can easily make-out, see &
observe NDA Govt.'s actions but if you have to make-out, see & observe
the opposition, it is difficult to understand the level of reactions
to create unrest & confusion in people's mind because of following
reasons:
There is now no issues to allege this NDA Govt. on the part of corruption.
Opposition raised Land Acquisition/Farmers Issues- NDA Govt. dealt in
consonants.
Opposition raised many manufactured corruption charges against some
NDA Ministers, CM etc. without radical evidences.
Opposition has not found any issue related to Economy etc. to raise
successfully.
Opposition has used Constitutional Bodies like Parliament excessively
which has resulted in bad test & wrong message went to the people.
Opposition as disruptive/negative nature in light of Legislation &
governance.
Reasons can be many more, but not radical one, only manufactured issues,
so one can easily observe that opposition has no substantial issues
to minnow this NDA Govt. There is a paradigm shift in their protest
& raise issues which are disintegrating in nature with help of biggest
dis-satisfied section operating with Black money and Interest groups
who were & still want to exploit Indian resources. It is very serious
play where manufactured issues & circumstances are being created
to unrest the mass to become aggressive towards establishments. Every
action of opposition systematically indicate that they want to take
advantage of our plural society as this was exploited in past by the
Rulers to disintegrate & raise the dis-satisfaction level in people
so that they lose out their thought process & state of confused
mind, one can easily utilize them as a vote bank in elections which
is the ultimate goal to come in power.
It is going to be a big challenge for Prime Minister of NDA Govt. to
counter them without losing ground of power.
There is good shine of defeat with little achievement of opposition
when a "MAHAGADBANDHAN" election fight resulted them to come
in power in Bihar but, unfortunately incumbent govt. in Bihar lost its
face in every sphere within no time and message reached to the mass
that "How rustic, corrupt & criminal govt. it is. It is blessing
in disguise for NDA Govt. So is the situation in upcoming Election States
like U.P., Assam, and Bengal. Therefore, if NDA tactfully attempt in
upcoming election, a win is possible.
But the biggest fear is that as a citizen of this vast great nation,
if Black money hoarder & Anti-national will pump more & more
money to destabilize this NDA Govt. than action & reaction of Govt.
& Opposition will led more suffering for the people. So, we must
pray to almighty to brave out this situation and create welfare society
& Nation from every respect. Jai Hind.
A Sach.
Subletting of government accommodation.
In this regard I had recently written that these government colonies
have become den of criminal activities. Nothing is being done in this
regard. Earlier Government was hand-in-glove. Present government also
seems to be working like that only. Pity the honest Government servants

Seeking copy of Caste Certificate of an officer
Appellant sought a copy of Schedule Tribe (ST) certificate of
a particular officer under the RTI Act, on the basis of an assumption
that it might be fake. The PIO replied that SC certificate was
not enclosed to the service book of the officer. The Central Information
Commission (CIC) asked the appellant whether the appellant is
having any basis to his suspicion about the ST certificate and
about his interest in seeking these details, but the appellant
could not convince the CIC. The CIC observed that the appellant
had been heard earlier by it in several appeals. The CIC commented
that the appellant is a cantankerous misuser of RTI and does not
deserve any sympathy or information, as there is no public interest.
The appellant is wrecking vengeance against the authority and
officers for taking stern action against his misconduct. The CIC
admonished him for misuse of RTI. The CIC ruled that the Public
Authority can reject his RTI applications about inquiry and inquiry
officers as that would impede the entire process of inquiry.
Comments
There is no specific provision in the RTI Act regarding rejection
of an application for alleged misuse of the RTI Act. However,
the CIC has repeatedly come to the aid of the PIOs in cases of
harassment by repeated filing of applications.
