DEBATE (1)
Naveen Pattnaik can not be termed dictator. There is no need for him to dictate because there is no opposition in Odisha.

Are some bureaucrats psychiatric patients ?

Some of the Bureaucrats of the country are psychiatric patients and never share knowledge about it with the Government. They misbehave with their subordinates for no reason or the other. This creates a lot heart burn and tensions, which acts as an hindrance in the smooth functioning offices. The people who do not share good rapport with their spouses and also the people who are unmarried also behave in a similar manner. For the smooth governance in the country either these officials should be counselled or be told to part way by taking VR and government should enforce 56 (J) against them.

Most powerful and graceful lady of the universe ?

Barrack Obama has been considered as the best friend of India and a lover of humanity. It is natural that anyone belonging to his party, and if that person is Hillary Clinton, most of the Indians would wish her to be the next US president and succeed her illustrious predecessor. Hillary Clinton's winning of the Democratic party's presumptive candidature for US presidentship, has sent waves of happiness across the globe, simply for the reasons that her administrative experience, her respect for the human values , the wish to provide best education to the children ,her tolerance and deep knowledge of world affairs, may help in reducing the growing conflicts in the world over trifles and uplift the humanity as such. The way she had conducted herself during the moral turpitude episode of her husband ,speaks volumes about her moral courage and to be steadfast in any crisis. However Donald Trump ,though , has no earlier experience, but as a businessman, he has been very successful. Earlier, during George Bush's time it was felt across the world that he may destroy the world for interest in oil. The world had seen the worst crises during his regime. Bad business instincts are like misguided missiles having the potential to destroy own assets. The speeches of the Republican Party's candidate, Trump do not shy away from appealing to the institutions, groups, and persons, who believe in antagonism, national prejudices, and also ignite feelings of fear for being brazenly aggressive. The world, however wishes that for the first time in the history of mankind, America should have Hillary, being younger too, as President to make this place a better place to live.

The CIC observed that the PIO had sent a point-wise response to the appellant within the stipulated period and directed the PIO to provide proof of dispatch to the appellant.

Comments

A PIO should not only provide the information to an applicant, but should also keep a record of the same lest a charge of not following the time limit is made against him. In case of failure to provide the proof of timely dispatch of information, penalty might be imposed on the PIO.
