DEBATE (1)
Modi is not dictator, Nitish Kumar is a real dictator because he doesn't react. Such people are dangerous. Modi always reacts and such a person can not become dictator.

"Income" & Proceeds

On income, the earner either pays income tax or defaults on making it. Those who do not pay IT make white money into black money only. In elections and other subversion activities by ultras- under the veneer of NGO or otherwise-black money is hardly used. It is mostly the "proceeds of drugs, crime, and terrorism". It constitutes the Parallel Economy. The parallel used to decide the outcome of the general elections in India, but the last Lok Sabha election has changed it drastically. So, no amount of tax reforms is going to bring the parallel economy under the tax net. One Ram Brikhsha Yadav has ridiculed all.

Appointment really taking much time

Appointment of P K Prasad is really taking much time with the Ministry of DoNER for reasons unknown and in the behest of it DoNER keeps on extending the appoinent of additional MD for last two years. NERAMAC is a core organisation for the farmers of NE and as the central Govt is giving priority for NE the appointment of the same shall be done immediately. The position of Additional MD for Neramac is actually hampering the proper functioning of Neramac as their is no activities in proper sense is seen at the ground level for the farmers taken up by Neramac Ltd. This is really heartening to know and shall thus MDoNER expedite the appointment process of Mr. P.K Prasad.

Bihar Education Board Topper

This is in reference to the views expressed. I retired from Maharatna Steel PSU. Executives from Bihar do not have Date of Birth Certificate and have falsified age affidavits reducing age four to six years. But Janam Kundli is correct for marriage purpose. They do service 39 years to 45 years and they see that their children and grand children do service in CPSE and Central Govt. Many are related to Bureaucrats & Politicians. Vigilance and even CBI cannot do anything because these people occupied in these agencies to cover up. Even PM cannot do anything. Only GOD has to do.

Spoiling image of PM

The arrogant BJP sympathisers at lowest level are spoiling image of PM. A receptionist at Krishika Bhavan, for Ministry of Consumer Affairs is so rude as if he is owner of the building and visiting public is slave ,who can have Darshan of Master upstairs only at the mercy of reception officer. If someone reads and sends it to authorities. It is a fit case for FR56 or at least for counselling .PM is not media dependent for image. These small steps are important.

Transparency in Employees appraisal system in Maharatna Steel PSU
It is like Bihar Education Board, where honest , sincere and qualified persons are getting average grade, frauds , corrupted, kith and kin of Bureaucrats and politicians are getting outstanding/high performers/excellent. when some body appeals, standard reply is there is no merit. The TA's are getting faster promotions. The Frauds and corrupted are getting faster promotions. Result is the Maharatna PSU is the loss making category to the of 7000 crores. will PM look into it the interpretation of transparency in this Mahartana PSU? Will he ask CBI to investigate ? Will sufferer get justice? Does this PSU belong to certain region/community?

DATE WITH RTI

Proof of Dispatch

The Appellant had asked for certain information about a bank account. Before the CIC, he claimed that the PIO had not responded to the appellant within the time frame prescribed under the RTI Act. The CIC observed that the PIO had sent a point-wise response to the appellant within the stipulated period and directed the PIO to provide proof of dispatch to the appellant.

Comments

A PIO should not only provide the information to an applicant, but should also keep a record of the same lest a charge of not following the time limit is made against him. In case of failure to provide the proof of timely dispatch of information, penalty might be imposed on the PIO.
