Corruption and currency of 1000 and
500 notes
So the solution lies not in raiding 5-10 officers but in removing currency
of notes of thousand and five hundred Rupee from the circulation. There
should be smaller notes of 5,10,20,50 and maximum 100 rupees in India.
If the above is implemented then corruption will be eradicated conveniently.
There will not be any need for raiding the premises of powerful bureaucrats
and politicians. Because if one officer wants to take a bribe of 1 crore
- he will have to build a big godown to store 1 crore Rupees of denomination
of 50-100 notes. And the one who will give 1 crore bribe will have to
hire 5 trucks to transport it to the officer! With this fake currency
will also be eliminated - since nobody would risk printing 50 rupee
note and get caught. Therefore, through this esteemed website, may I
request the readers as well as the authorities concerned to take immediate
steps to stop printing one thousand and five hundred rupee notes and
take back the notes of these denominations from the public by exchanging
with smaller notes within a short span of time. India is a rich country
with poor people - let its people be rich as well.
I request Whisper corridors to start a discussion on the above so that
people can exchange their views on stopping the notes of 1000 and 500
Rupees, in the interest of common man of India.

POLITICS
This is History (435)
A Government to be loved must first be feared.
Demonetisation scheme could have been more
successful if
The scheme to demonetize notes of Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 denomination
could have been more successful had the entire BJP supported it whole
heartedly.
Huge amount transferred to Dubai, Mauritius
and Singapore
Huge amount is said to have been transferred to Dubai, Mauritius and
Singapore following demonetization of Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 notes.
Strike on Benami property to hit bureaucrats and politicians most
Action against those having benami property is all set to hit the bureaucrats
and the politicians the most. All big shots are bound to suffer.
Lion rides the Tiger..
In India's case Demonetization without shock would have failed!!
Their currency the nefarious lot and Black Moneybags would have 'bailed'!!!
Don't also forget our Jugaad expertise!!
Even post shock to the occasion it did rise!!
Of course to a lesser extent!!!
No shock and the Demonetization would have done only a minor dent!!
Labor in Cities has a new 'dihaadi'
daily wage!!
To help in exchanging Notes kiya inn ko Moneybags ne engage!!!
Builders paid long unsettled debts in Cash!
Liquidate kiya jo kiya tha stash!!
Some entered into Forward Deals for supplies!!
I hear very soon IT will be asking for replies!
I'm perplexed at Didi's demand!!!
She says on 500 Notes there should be no 'remand'!!!
Does she realize what she's saying!!!!
Some say in Congress's hands she's playing!
The Bhenji from UP has her own take!!!
A ludicrous statement she did make!!
She blamed the Kanpur Train Accident on demonetization!!!!
Seems the Train of Reality does not reach her Station!!!
Modi is riding a Tiger is Nitish's analogy!!!
A little addition is needed so Nitish please accept my apology!!
Modi is riding a Tiger and Hyenas have surrounded both!!!!
And the Hyenas to attack Modi are under a Hippocratic Oath!!!
It's their future that's at stake!!!!
When Modi announced their holdings and fear of survival made them quake!!!
The Demonetization has a lot of benefits 'downstream'!!!
And without a doubt the Detractors it'll literally cream (wipe out)!!!
In 21 days the (from demonetization) the situation will change!!!
The Opposition knows this so their behavior is not strange!!
So they'd better use their arsenal before 21 days!!!!
Use their known ways!!
Like making their supporters join queues to create hulla-gulla or bedlam!!
21 days later the one Riding the Tiger will dunk them after a slam (slam-dunk)!!!
Confucius says
.. Right is right and wrong is wrong!!!
And nowadays always hum Jaisi karni waisi bharni song!!!
Adds... Galli galli mein shor hai!!
Modi ke saath Public ka jorr hai!!

What a travesty !
This baby was born in Delhi, nay new Delhi, at the Janta( r) Man(tar)
only 3 years ago and it was killed in Delhion 16th November, 2016. It
was born to a man by the name Anna Hazare, who dresses in immaculate
white khadi kurta and dhoti complete with the Gandhi topi. The man resembles
the father of the nation. He is respected as a crusader for transparency
in public life. He has fought against corruption and brought to justice
many a culprits. He infused the people with a sense of public duty to
fight against corruption when he spearheaded a campaign called India
Against Corruption. Unfortunately he chose the wrong face for carrying
his crusade forward. The fellow he promoted and certified as his successor
to carry forward the crusade has proved that such slogans are as hollow
as others like "Porivartan" and meant nothing more than a
lever to capture political power for misuse to fabricate ingenious ways
of minting money by corrupt means, only to subvert the constitution.
Shouting anti-corruption slogans and indulging in corrupt practices
at the same time, hitting the highest constitutional authorities in
street language on fabricated corruption allegations without a shred
of evidence and vociferously standing for the cause of the black money-holders
at the same time, demanding a fragile law called the LokPal and roll
back of the effective by several notches demonetization simultaneously,
exposes the true identity of these India Against Corruption groupings
popping up from time to time in the country to exploit the public anger
against corruption. These elements have stoutly stood in support of
the corrupt, criminal and terrorists, who have impacted integrity and
democratic rule of law in the country as a solid nexus of the politician-bureaucrat-black
money bags. They are up in arms against the government for a single
surgical strike on black money!

Is it a conspiracy of bureaucracy ?
GoI is amending orders almost many a times a day for dealing with the
issue of withdrawal of Rs. 1000 and 500 notes. Is it a conspiracy of
bureaucracy ? Why was adequate homework not done at RBI and Finmin levels
?
ARC Kumar
Surgical strike required elsewhere also
Surgical strike required in falsified age affidavit holders, fake certificate
holders in Maharatna PSU's and central govt, bureaucracy. Such holders
are looting the public money and depositing in foreign banks, by way
of foreign tours. After retirement they join the contractors firms by
converting black money to white.

Grievance of a railway pass holder
A retired Master Craftsman claimed that despite being eligible
for first class pass, the Railways had not been honouring several
clauses related to the journey performed by a pass holder. He
sought Information regarding rules relating to privilege passes
issued to railway employees. The Commission observed that under
the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005, only such information as
is available and existing and held by the public authority or
is under control of the public authority can be provided. The
PIO is not supposed to create information that is not a part of
the record. He is also not required to interpret information or
furnish replies to hypothetical questions. Similarly, redressal
of grievance, reasons for non-compliance of rules /contesting
the actions of the respondent public authority are outside the
purview of the Act. Further, the CIC observed that the appeal
relates to the grievance of the retired employee regarding utilization
of railway passes and lack of awareness and sensitization of the
work force dealing with such matters. This aspect needs to be
re-examined by the competent authority to provide relief and succour
to the affected retired employees in an objective and transparent
manner.
Comments
Even though the redressal of grievance is outside the purview
of the RTI Act, it has been frequently used to obtain some relief.
The Information Commission has been sympathetic to injustice metered
through a system which is not objective or opaque.
