Get a Soul -----
How can Rahul be pitted against Modi!
So what if he's sitting in Sonia's goddi (lap)!!
It's time Jaitley ..Sushma took him on!
High time this is done!
He is happy Modi responds to him!
For him it's like his reputation goes to the gym!
His taunts are meant to get PM to reply!
I think on this it's mind BJP should apply!
Why give him credibility when it's not due!
Hope BJP takes this cue!
If you ask me Khaniya came out!
And flouted bail conditions without a doubt!
Court had ordered him to stay away from sloganeering!
And after release he was again jeering!
Seems he feels his Legal Team will bail him out !
He needs to be sorted out!
He's a student by profession!
Ask him privately and he'll make this confession!
He embarked on his profession at a young age!
JNU is now his political stage!
King of Good Times has a guardian angel!
Could even be Archangel!
Otherwise how do you explain his case!
Anyone else the law he'd have to face!
If Subrata Roy can be kept in jail!
In Mallya's case why does the law fail!
From Diego he's got a $ 70 million pay out!
First and foremost India mein karro isse grout!
Then only is there a chance in hell to recover!
Only then their losses to some extent Banks will cover!
As I pen this another farmer takes his life!
Could not continue living on the debt knife!
And all he owed was a Lac or so!
To help him out Banks said NO!
Only if you owe big time Banks stand by you!
And this is nothing new!
When will the system get a soul????
At present where soul should be there's a big hole !!

"Modi has no parallel"
-Prime Minister Narendra Modi who till a little less than two years
ago was beloved of the majority might be losing charm in the opinion
of some people but the question is that does any one else including
his opponents - Rahul, Mulayam or Lalu - have any charm ?
This question came up in the wake of response of the surfers of whispersinthecorridors.com
who were asked - "Is PM Narendra Modi losing his charm ? Is he
a changed man ?" While some replied in the affirmative, majority
did not agree and some of them even asked who else among Indian politicians
can stand parallel to him and suggested 'to see the things in the right
perspective'.

Speech of one Kanhaiya attached to your Union
One kanhaiya, general secretary of JNUSU made the following comment
during his speech.
Referring to the Prime Minister of india he said:
I wanted to get into the TV and catch Modi by the collar and ask him..."
As a common man, would like to know whether the national council and
individual members of the council, in particular Raja, are approving
or condemning such comment made relating to the Prime Minister of the

How acquisition of farm lands can be reduced ?
Department of Disinvestment has been converted into Department of Investment
and Public Asset Management (DIPAM). A number of central sector PSUs
were set up on lands provided by States/UTs on a token money of Rs.1/-
from the States. These units have closed down. For their proper sale
the States will have to transfer the title deed of the land to the Centre
after taking some fee. After that it will be easier for the DIPAM to
sell these closed central PSUs to prospective buyer who is ready to
run the company in a new form. The problem of acquisition of farm lands
will reduce to a great extent. There are a number of such closed industries
in Mumbai, Kanpur, Kolkatta, Chennai, Nagpur, Allahabad and other places.
For god sake it should not be handed over to the builders.

Fraudulent withdrawal from bank accounts by cloning of ATM
Appellant sought information pertaining to fraudulent withdrawal
from bank accounts of various customers including his own by cloning
of ATM. He stated that in most of the cases, the money was refunded
by the bank and in some cases including the appellant's, the money
was not refunded. The appellant sought the names of account holders
in whose case the money was refunded and the reasons for not refunding
the money in the rest of the cases including his own. The PIO
informed the appellant that the amount had been paid to all those
customers whose amount had been withdrawn through ATM fraudulently
who had account in their branch. The payment could not be made
to the appellant, because he had account at the JP Nagar Branch,
Bangalore and his case had to be settled by that branch. He further
informed that the matter was taken up with the Bangalore Branch
for payment to the appellant. The CIC directed the PIO to provide
the copy of their letter through which the matter was taken up
with the Bangalore branch, advised to resolve the issue and intimate
the action taken to the appellant.
Comments
The case provides an example of how an ordinary citizen can make
use of the RTI Act for the resolution of his problems.
