Mama matt banao....

Take the 5.32 Fast local from Churchgate to Andheri ..my train Buddies are there with me... and over mouthfuls of Dry Bhel and extra sweet Tea we start discussing ..

Amar: Arre Congress waali Media ne Kanhaiya ko hero banaa diya..
Akbar: 28 year old student ... bah...
Antony: Whatever you say now he is being positioned as an alternate to Modi..
Me: Ha ha... just by shouting Azaadi how does he rise to be a competition to Modi... this is a Congi Media creation... which is also suffering a TRP famine and is using this issue to stay relevant ..

Amar: Sau takka (100%) for interviews he's been tutored by the Congi Media ..
Me: And just see how devoid of credible Leadership Commies are ... this overgrown student will lead Commie campaign in WB and Kerala. .. hilarious!
Akbar: And Congress with is afflicted with Babas...overgrown kids ..is also siding with Kanhiya. ..and AAP ..and any thing to hit out at Modi..
Antony: I see a star...

Amar: Soon your Star will see stars... case is still on... and though the Congi Media or who are now called Afzal Gang have not highlighted the Interim Bail Judgement ...its scathing on what went on in JNU..and in no way even gives benefit of doubt to any of the protagonists ..
Me: Mazaa aa gaya..the way Modi silenced Opposition in Lok Sabha..
Antony: Rahul's speech was so full of emotion...

Amar: More like a drama for a selected audience ... Congi MPs...who perforce had to clap...
Me: Yaar some people keep on harping ....that RSS which today talks about hoisting Indian Flag did not hoist flag right upto 2002..

Amar: Fact is right up to 2002 Indian Flag was only allowed to be hoisted on Government Buildings ...
Me: Yes RSS wanted it's Bhagwa Flag to be India's flag... but once it was hoisted they respected the decision ...may have had some heartburn ..but did not show it..
Antony: I just saw a pic on the Net of Hindu Mahasabha burning Indian flag..

Amar: Cannot believe it... chalo I'm Googling it and if it was done info would be there on Google Mama .... <googles> chall Jhoota there's nothing ...yeah they burnt Dawood's car...you saw a photoshopped pic. .....check your info...
Akbar: What's this EPF Pangaa..
Me: You work for 35 years ...and you and your Employer contribute to your EPF account ... after 35 years in the twilight of your life why does Jaitley want them to save ... arre it's their hard earned money ...even if they make a pile of it and burn it what's Jaitley's problem...at 65 no one thinks of reinvesting ...

Referring to the Prime Minister of india he said:

I wanted to get into the TV and catch Modi by the collar and ask him..."

As a common man, would like to know whether the national council and individual members of the council, in particular Raja, are approving or condemning such comment made relating to the Prime Minister of the Country.

How acquisition of farm lands can be reduced ?

Department of Disinvestment has been converted into Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM). A number of central sector PSUs were set up on lands provided by States/UTs on a token money of Rs.1/- from the States. These units have closed down. For their proper sale the States will have to transfer the title deed of the land to the Centre after taking some fee. After that it will be easier for the DIPAM to sell these closed central PSUs to prospective buyer who is ready to run the company in a new form. The problem of acquisition of farm lands will reduce to a great extent. There are a number of such closed industries in Mumbai, Kanpur, Kolkatta, Chennai, Nagpur, Allahabad and other places. For god sake it should not be handed over to the builders.

Bill pending with the President for assent

Information regarding the status of the Kerala Plaachimada Victims Relied Fund and Compensation Claims Special Tribunal Bill, 2011, pending for the assent of the President of India was sought. The information was denied under Section 8 (1) (i) of the RTI Act. The CIC held that the Information is not exempt u/s 8(1) of the RTI Act because a MLA is entitled to obtain the information. The CIC further observed that a citizen of the country is also entitled to know this information. There is huge public interest involved as thousands of the affected people are deprived of the relief because of the pendency of the bill. The Commission directed the Public Authority to provide the information sought by the appellant within 30 days.
