Khaas vs Aam
I'm in the lawn and Napoleon ..my intelligent talking Boxer... comes
near me and let's out a loud groan..
Me: What happened Mutt .... tummy hurting ..or did my Wife scold
you..
Napoleon: Boss the Park I go to is becoming a weird place ...
M: What happened are humans behaving like dogs there ...
N: Now take these two puny Dimwitted dogs ... Bonny Gandhi and Tony
Gandhi ....their minders applaud them even when they take a pee or poo..
the other day one of them peed on a Minder's leg and got applauded...
M: Their Boss too gets applauded for no rhyme or reason ...nothing
odd...
N: And now they've got a new pal... a mongrel called Azaadi... his Master
they say has just become pally with their owner ... not this Mutt just
keeps barking Azaadi...I scolded him the other day ... Idiot you are
not chained ..just scoot to your Azaadi .... he has no minders ... so
what's his problem..
M: Interesting ...maybe his Azaadi has actually jailed him..
N: And what to say of the 'inseparable twins' Motu Kejriwal and Chikna
(hairless) Sisodia ....they seem to be stuck to each other with Fevicol..
M: Even their Bosses are..
N: But Bozo ...you know the dog who lives down the lane... told me...
they are stuck to each other because they keep a watch on each other
..inseparable for a reason ... if one eats something the other has to
eat ditto...
M: That's a revelation... such competition amongst dogs .....
N: Oddly Motu and Taklu used to be followed all the time by a Dachshund
called Hazarjawaab Vishwaas... there seems to be a falling out ... because
this guy now follows a Lhasa Apso Chaat Jaitley...
M: Odd ... very odd ...
N: How's Chaat Jaitley ...apt name ..because his Boss loves Chaat..
M: He didn't come to the Park for a month ...this guy is so cricket
crazy ..when kids play cricket in the park he can sit and watch for
hours..he's got aches and pains now ..
N: Vitamin D deficiency ... must have stayed indoors for a month ..Budget
time ... so does his Boss... first this guy and Yulduz Chiddy ... what
a dog... Uzbek Shephard dog... were very pally but now they avoid each
other ...Yulduz is now a loner... even the Gandhi dogs shoo Yulduz away
..
M: No secret.. their Bosses admire each other ...and no secret why
Gandhi dogs shoo him away...
N: Boss ...again can't you become a VVIP.... because at the Park all
these VVIP Dogs call me and Bozo ... Aam Napoleon and Aam Bozo... and
if you go by our breeds we are the exclusive ones ...the majestic or
superior ones... kuch karro Boss...
M: Don't you worry ... next year and then right upto 2019 these
guys will be sucking up to you. .. yes now I see the weirdness you talk
about... dogs are behaving like humans ..

In the UPA Government, the PM was not consulted by anybody. Everybody
did what they pleased. Rahulji used to put the PM in his place. Now,
Rahulji is not able to do that. Naturally, he does not like it.

Kanhaiya is being praised by all leaders,be it Arvind Kejriwal,Nitish
Kumar or the leaders to whose ideology he swears for giving a 'terrific'
speech after his return to JNU from Tihar Jail.Is it that the speech
impressed all because he jeered the Prime minister of the country and
made fun of Rule of law. What have we come to? Making hero of a man
who was party to a function t glorifying a terrorist whose complicity
on Parliament attack killed 9 innocent lives and left their families
distraught. We have made a hero of a man who endorsed by his presence
,if not shouted slogans himself, the anti-national ,provocative slogans
shouted by some of his friends and outsiders on the campus. He says the
taxpayers' money is being properly spent on JNU as it is promoting freedom
of speech.Certainly not.It is being spent only to help persons like
Kanaihya to promote their political ambition by becoming a neta by opposing
everything the duly elected Government at the centre is doing. It appears
JNU has become a Maoists' adda and it is frustrating to see so much
support for it from so-called intellectuals .

CINCAN itself means Commander-in-Chief, A & N Command. Chief of
CINCAN is not correct usage. It is a joint command of Army, Navy and
Air Force and Infantry is a division in Army. This is for information

What is the criteria for selecting an IRTS(Non Technical service) officer
as MD of a technical organization. The experience of officer should
be disclosed. Only connections and influence is the criteria for selection.
Indian Telecom Service officers are surplus and sitting idle. Just to
get posting in home town influential and incompetent non technical officers
are grabbing posts suitable for technical officers. This is the main
cause of brain drain.
