DEBATE (1)

Raghuram Rajan has to be the new RBI Governor. A brilliant economist of international repute; an intrepid, independent central banker; Governor Rajan has proved himself many times over in his illustrious career. His brilliance is self evident, his good intentions and desire to serve the country are palpably clear. As RBI Governor, he has acquitted himself exceptionally well, he is clearly in the league of Sh Chintaman Deshmukh, ICS, ex-RBI Governor and ex-Finance Minister of India. He is destined for even bigger roles. For now, a second term as Governor RBI would suffice.

Vijay Kumar

DEBATE (2)

It is surprising that no insider - a regular RBI officer - has ever been made the Governor of RBI, despite having the best qualifications & experience for the job. It is high time that an officer, with competence & integrity, from amongst the RBI officers, is selected for the top post.

Kejriwal sees only Modi around him !

Arvind Kejriwal appears to only see Modi all around him. He has made many comments on Modi's psyche. Modi's degrees seem to fascinate him. Is Modi as educated as he claims ? Is Modi lying about his educational qualifications ? Modi, Modi, Modi....Why ? Kejriwal's ambition was to be the PM in 2014 and the one person who has denied him his heart's desire is Modi. The other reason is that Kejriwal still desires to be PM and he realizes that Modi is the strongest contender for PM even in 2019.

Mahendra Prasad Vishwakarma

Modi is a visionary

PM Modi is a visionary. He has refused to countenance the inefficient and corrupt. They are being weeded out. Home Secretary, Foreign Secretary, Drinking water and sanitation Secretary, IAS officers, IRS officers, officials of Revenue departments, no one is being spared, how so ever high and mighty he or she may be. It augurs well for the country.
