Business climate in India unfriendly

Business climate in INDIA is unfriendly with multiple high tax laws loaded with huge penalties . Which makes Businessmen run out of country or are put behind the bars.

When Taxes and interest is being charged then why penalties.

Businessmen are like Green Field Project and special care are to be given for progress of the nation and not like criminals as Businessmen can not be created overnight.

Listen to what Businessmen wants.

Businessmen have not been created by the government. They have come up by their own ability.
If the Government have not been able to improve the condition of Nation in 70 years, you have no right to create unfriendly conditions.

If at all penalties are to be levied, it should be levied on the authorities. When Government is deducting taxes and paying salaries, facilities, pension, free passes, subsidised food, TA DA, bonus etc and much more then why not penalties on the authorities.

"Public servants or public masters"

The photo of Jagdish Sonkar ( IAS -2013, Chattisgarh ) while speaking to a patient in a government hospital and resting one foot on the bedrail, has gone viral. His expression of regret , published in a section of media, smacks of arrogance. The officer fell victim to the mai-baap syndrome.

Fault lies elsewhere. The LBSNAA training has grown mechanical, listless over the years. Class-room knowledge cannot be the substitute for experiential knowledge. It promotes inter-Services rivalry and instills a false sense of superiority among members of the elite Services over those belonging to down-trodden Services. The hierarchy-ridden environment at the academy blocks all reforms in civil services, introducing arrogance to boot. No wonder, the public servants brazenly behave like public masters. Humility becomes alien to their genre. DOP&T ,though aware of its divisive approach ,is unable to take remedial measures due to vested interests of decision makers in bureaucracy.
