All kudos to Modi !

PM Modi must be congratulated for effectively keeping a check on his Ministers and Bureaucrats. There are no allegations of big ticket corruption in his Government.PM Modi has given charge of Ministries to totally incorruptible, honest Ministers. Compare this with the UPA when corruption was rampant. Rather than brook corruption and incompetence, PM Modi has removed even senior IAS officers like Home Secretary and senior IFS officers like Foreign Secretary. The incompetent, the inefficient and corrupt IAS officers have started taking VRS. The corrupt, inefficient and incompetent IAS officers who had a field day during the UPA regime have even stopped coming on deputation to the Central Government because they know they will not be spared. No other PM could even have dreamt of doing it. He is the second Sardar Patel of India. He breathes only for the nation. He lives only for the nation. He works only for the nation. The entire world is cognizant of his efforts to develop India. God grant him a long and healthy life so that he can change the face of India for good.

Vijay Kumar

Recent developments in Bihar show that the people of Bihar must be regretting the day when they installed the jungle raj in their state instead of preferring the honest, hard working, Narendrabhai Modi. So must the people of Delhi be ruing the day when they installed the government which hardly works instead of preferring the honest, hard working, Narendrabhai Modi.

Why do the Courts need to intervene ?

It is imperative to consider as to why do the Courts need to intervene. Isn't it amply clear that the courts are not intervening at all with legislature, they are enforcing on executive the laws made by legislature, and that is exactly how it should be. If Right to food or education has been made a law should the courts not ask the executive to see that adequate facilities are made available to implement this , if the executive fails. Some of our Legislatures play a dual role as executives too, these are our Ministers and the very people who make a loud noise of independence of judiciry when their executive functions are under the scanner. The police seem to be non existent in our country, when the conviction rate at an average hovers below 30% what should the Judiciary do. 70% innocent being tried for crimes. Should the Judiciary not step in for police reforms. Water reached Latur only when Judiciary intervened or else Hundreds would have dies. One must realise that today we have some semblance of Law and Order only because of Judiciary.

Inter department rivalry bodes well

Inter department rivalry does bode well for smooth functioning of the Government. NIA vs ATS(Maharashtra) debate on Malegaon and actions taken and reactions of Govt functionaries clearly spell divide among 2 important investigating agencies. Will we ever have any agency who shall bear allegiance to constitution and conduct fair investigation in eyes of public without fear and favour from the Govt of the day..........
