Problem with entire IAS fraternity
The name of RS is Hanmukh but it does not go with his basic character.
It is the problem with the entire IAS fraternity, they feel that they
are of a very high breed and there are the no alls. In one area they
have not been percolated i.e. Railways. The officials in that Department
sometime bring them to the mat.

Modi in the grip of Arun Jaitley
I agree that Modi's leadership is great. But unfortunately he is in
the grip of Arun Jaitley who has connections across the party lines
like Brijesh Misra. Jaitley who ran away from Delhi and got defeated
from Amritsar, is responsible for losing Delhi, the first shock for
BJP by hoisting a discredited Police Officer like Kiran Bedi as CM candidate.
If Harsha Vardhan had been put BJP would have won hands down. He has
side lined most of the people who were considered to be pillars of and
vociferous prior to elections for BJP like Arun Shourie, Minakshi Lekhi,
Ram Jethmalani, Sushil Modi and Subrahmanam Swamy (for two years). No
wonder nothing has happened in getting the money back or even exposing
those who has stacked black money abroad. Now a member of the super
cabinet of Sonia is nominated as Rajya Sabha member. All these are the
handiwork of Jaitley. He has turned the middle class who once were the
pillars of BJP, against BJP by his economic policies. A large number
of middle class like non-pension employees, small time savers, NRI returnees
etc who depend on bank FD interests are in dire straits since FD rates
kave come down from 10.75% to 7%.He could have given solace to persons
whose income is less than 5 lakhs per annum. Middle class know that
inflation index is a joke since prices of every thing is going up. He
refuses to reduce petroleum prices especially of diesel, on which depends
the price of many consumer products, though international prices is
the lowest now. Instead he has increased the excise duties. Soon Modi
gets himself out of his clutches and removes him from the finance ministry
better it will be for the nation and BJP.

Banks performance ?
Most of public sector banks are facing the problem of bad loans or NPAs.
This problem has not been created by any outsider but it is their own
problem. Banks performance is under question mark? banks are using tax
payers money and it becomes more important for banks to show the excellent
results to justify their salaries and perks. Bank employees are one
of the highest paid and draw regular DAs and other benefits. There should
be transparency in their working. Banks should put up the list on monthly
basis about the loan sanctioned with party credentials to whom loan
has been sanctioned. Also the list of defaulters whether willful or
un-willful should be in public domain. This list should also be in bank
web-sites. It is not understood why RBI is opposing such list to be
made available even to the Finance Ministry. It means Govt. is also
not aware of the list of defaulters using their own tax collected money.
Something strange! Please make the system transparent and let public
know who are all taken loans and not returning the money. Let the good
sense prevails.
