Who will be Modi's successor in 2024?
Though it is quite difficult to predict political fortunes of any leader
in a democratic set up like India, the pace with which Yogi Adityanath
and Amit Shah have been able to make waves in the country's politics
suggests that who else can be Narendra Modi's successor in 2024.

Law returns to Ulta-Pulta Pradesh
Lo jee Kejri is back to doing what he loves to do!!
And that is Boo!!!
After the surgery his booing has got louder!!!
And lagtha hai mooh pe he's started using powder!!
After all TV Anchors do this all the time!!
Maybe he feels Booing Time is his Prime Time!!
Seems his EVM chants are to delay MCD Polls!!
And he has other goals!!
To save face after embarrassing losses in Punjab and Goa!!
That is why iss ne santulan hai khoya!
And then he wants to show BJP victories as fixed!!
So you can say his objectives are mixed!!
One MP VVPM malfunctioned and this hulla gulla!!
Lagtha hai ek fact Kejri bhoola!
Prior to EVM usage in Polls there are tests done!
Then were there any such glitches ...none!
And his Partymen were present when tests were done!
And signed 'OK' after the trial run!!
Then did you hear any boos from him!!!
Now he's saying issue is grim!!
He's even pointed fingers on EC' s role!!!
But then in his condition kuch bhi saktha hai yeh bol!!
Why should Delhites foot his Legal Bill!!
Why not find out the Public's Will!!
In the MCD Polls this too can be Voted on!!
Also on 97 crores Ad spend what should be done!
And who have him 'MP EVM was from Kanpur' info!!
Towards Lootens needle of suspicion does go!!
Though info turned out to be wrong!!
And without checking Kejri jumped on headlong!
What if he loses Case and 10 crores has to paid!!!
Will Delhites again be waylaid!!
In fact total outgo could be 13 crores plus!!
Delhiwaalo aap gaye ho phuss (trapped)!!
Maybe Kejri Government would levy a Outsider Entry Cess!
And so Non Delhites will get Delhites out of the mess!
Yogi knows he's got strongest backing!!
As long he's on the path backing from Modi will not be lacking!
Honesty..Law and Order..Development ..mandate is clear!!
In erstwhile Ulta- Pulta Pradesh Lawlessness was UPites biggest fear!
Confucius says.... Unless rule of Law is not there nothing will
work!!!
And we know till now in every corner of UP lawlessness did lurk!!!

'RTI Act needs more stringency than dilution'
Draft RTI rules 2017 superseding 2012 Rules have been circulated by
GOI to invite comments from civil society. Views of public-at-large
in rural India have not been sought. Why restrict it to internet-friendly
users? Why, no press notice for wider reach and invite views of all
stake holders? An exercise in futility and Self- deception. A stratagem
to distract people' attention from its growing demand for bringing Political
parties, Judiciary and political Executive within the purview of the
proposed RTI Act 2017. A highly regressive step, a ploy to discourage
RTI applicants and make them vulnerable to Mafia, adversely impacted
by RTI applications. Any RTI applicant could be forced by the mafia
either by pecuniary allurements or physical threats, to withdraw or
amend the original application under the proposed amendment. Attempt
at total dilution of present rules to benefit big business houses, the
bribe-givers, bribe-takers, blackmailers, black marketeers, mafias,
builders etc. RTI Act 2005 is toothless. Its new avtaar will be gumless.
Hypocrisy par excellence. The present political dispensation and its
elite bureaucratic doormats are expected to be more honest in their
endeavour for transparency?
If, it is not possible to enhance the scope of present RTI Act 2005
and Rules 2012, why not give the Act, a quiet burial ?India, perhaps,
does not deserve it. Ethical Governance is irrelevant. Let corruption
continue with vengeance.

Grievance redressal is beyond the purview of RTI Act
The Complainant submitted that vide his RTI application, he had
sought details of the action taken on his earlier representations
regarding granting him temporary status, etc. It was also submitted
that he had sought the attendance details of other daily wage
earners which was not provided to him. In reply, the Respondent
(Delhi) submitted that information regarding attendance of Casual
Labours was related to Field Department, Meerut and hence the
application was transferred to Meerut vide letter of April, 2013.
The Respondent (Meerut) submitted that all available information
was provided to the Appellant. The Complainant submitted that
in essence his RTI application related to the grievance of granting
him a temporary status as opposed to other junior employees. The
Commission observed that under the provisions of the RTI Act,
2005, only such information as is available and existing and held
by the public authority or is under control of the public authority
can be provided. The PIO is not supposed to create information
that is not a part of the record. He is also not required to interpret
information or furnish replies to hypothetical questions. Similarly,
redressal of grievance, reasons for non-compliance of rules/contesting
the actions of the respondent public authority are outside the
purview of the Act.

It is often seen that the CIC is approached for redressal of his
grievance. Everyone must realise that RTI is the forum for obtaining
information and that armed with the necessary Page information,
an individual may approach the appropriate authority for further
necessary action.
