Is it possible without High Command ?

Is this kind of indiscipline possible in any BJP ruled state ? Infact, one prominent BJP MLA Ghanshyam Tiwari has openly raised the banner of revolt against Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje Scinia saying "The CM is running the state like Ektantra (monocracy), not Loktantra (democracy)". He has come in the media accusing Raje of betraying the founding principles of the Jan Sangh and BJP. Now people ask "Is BJP High Command behind Tiwari" ?

Micro and Macro..

I'm at a Murthal Dhaba on the Delhi-Chandigarh highway. Seated on the table with me are two other diners .

Waiter to Guest 1: Sir shall I get your usual ...Saucy (pronounced like Sassi) Paneer Tomato ...
Guest 1: Naheeeeeeee....Naam matt leh...Saucy and Paneer ....pakk (got sick of) gaya hoo.... on TV News it's just Sassi and Paneer...change the Channel .......no more News.....would not mind even if you switch to Naagin....
W: But Sir last week when you were here you fought with me to change Channel from Naagin to News...
Guest 2: Yes ...but now sick of Sassi and Paneer news.......Waiter change the TV Channel ....put on some Entertainment Channel....jaldi...
Me: Down South they've made a joke of Democracy ....the MLAs should be in their constituencies talking to their electorates to find out who should they support ...after all its the electorate that's elected them..not Sassi....whose allegedly locked them up in a Resort...
G1: And they are doing a drama that they are there on their own free will...their Families dare not ask about their whereabouts ...this is South India...you could even get thrashed for making a political comment to a Taxi Driver ...why...is not as per his political ideology ...it's so polarised ...
G2: Really damming Democracy ...UP mein bhi the same is taking place ...first the Family Spat drama ...and now via money power it's been shown as if SP and Congress are winning ... I think BSP is better placed than them....BJP looks to be way ahead....
Me: Public ko bewakoof samajhthe hai ....they say Modi's done nothing ... in the Car I just compiled a list of Micro level jobs done .... results will show up soon on Macro level... 1. Jan Dhan Account - 26 crore ...2. MUDRA - 5.53 crore Indians(Aadhaar Based) got loan sanctioned ..3. Village Electrified - 11,327 out of 18,452....4. Bharat NET - Optical Fibre connected 65,475 Gram Panchayat with 1,44,000 KM Network which was 358 KM in 2014...5. Ujala Scheme - LED distributed 18.52 crore . 23000 MW Electricity saved per yr. Consumer gained by 9600 cr less electric bills...6. Ujjwala Yojana - 1.40 crore Free LPG Connection Distributed among BPL family...7. Jan Suraksha - Insurance Cover distributed to 12.85 crore Indians .....8. Soil Health Card - Distributed to 4.05 crore farmers......arre yaad aaya.... Waiter please give me the Bill for my Driver's meal...there he's sitting ...
G1: You are right Micro deliveries that will show up on the Macro level..
G2: Sir I'm a Farmer ...done my Doctorate from PAU...Micro Macro remind me of Economics....when I hear or think about Economists ...mainoo ta gussa aa jaanda hai ( I get angry)... that Economist PM ruined India ...
G1: Haha ...I understand your sentiments ...some say ..Qualification and Experience teh Madam di Chamchagiri y'all Congress Party da pyaar haawi ho gaya...
M: Big Private Hospitals have a SOP....when a Specialist is employed ..in the first few weeks he or she is summoned by HR and handed Keys of a Merc/BMW/Audi...after about a Month he is again summoned by HR and they inform him about his revenue targets ...entrap him in trappings and perks...in MMS case...he got to stay in 7 RCR ......his Golden Cage!! So maybe that's why he allegedly throttled his Honesty (proverbial) and did not resign...kuch toh baat hai...
G1: Yes ....they add .... how could a honest person like him allow such loot on his watch and under his very nose ....he should have resigned ......7 RCR was his Golden Cage and the trappings of PM's post got to him!! Now quite a few even say ...muffat mein koun apna naam dooba detha....who knows !!! I feel bad for him...I feel personally he did not make money...
G2: You spoke about Private Hospitals ...Government should reign in the malpractices ...it's got really bad...appoint State Regulators for Hospitals and Private Practice ...you get admitted for Hernia surgery and when you leave they've done Hernia and later Bypass surgery too...and you are down by 8 lacs..you go for a Sinus and they make you undergo an MRI....Echo for your heart and even Endoscopy ...Bone Density Test and even a Rectum Examination....
G1: (Reading from his mobile) ..You got to hear this..got it on WhatsApp...Kejri is sticking on inBangalore....Gateway to the South......proximity to TN.. in the hope that somehow he will get chance to form Government in TN......

DEBATE

How do you see the two most powerful leaders of the World - Donald Trump and Narendra Modi ?

Some people see Donald Trump as Narendra Modi of the USA. Like Modi in 2014, they say, Trump touched the raw nerve of the US citizens in 2016 to win a decisive victory.

If Modi, with his magnetic electoral campaign, won an absolute majority for his party for the first time in 2014, Trump also staged a spectacular campaign to win the top job for himself.

How do you (surfers of whispersinthecorridors.com) see the two most powerful leaders of the World ?

They are willing and able to take bold and tough decisions in the interest of their own country, and are extremely passionate about making their country as the greatest. Hats off to both of them!

Quality Circle has brought a sea change in Japan

Quality Circle - it had brought a sea change in Japan. QC is one of the methods in which employees participate in the development of the organisation. I remember, after reading Dr. Edwards Deming book, I had at my own level started this in my office where we had consulted our own colleagues for solving our problems. If one was good in drafting, he was consulted about it; if other was good in purchases or legal matters, they were consulted to solve our problems. Thus, we utilized the talent we ourselves had. I would recommend this mechanism should be used to improve quality of the organisation in which we work. Congratulations to DVC for thinking in this direction.

Grace and decorum eroded

The former Prime Minister is a universally respected personality despite some notable scams having happened in his regime. Generally, action used to be taken against the guilty, whenever any illegality and scam was brought to govt's notice. He was not the maker or the beneficiary of such scams, so his image remains clean and unsullied so far. He has never hit anyone below the belt personally and has always shown grace ,decorum and restraint. He did not castigate Modi for the ill effects of the demonetisation across the nation and the classes but was forthright in his candid comments and opinion against the ill-conceived and badly executed mammoth govt initiative. Vyapam has happened, Modi of cricket world and Mallaya have hoodwinked laws and are in safe place abroad. The regime has not gone beyond the usual oratory and rhetoric to cover up the role of the regime in these. Scams may happen again but only the guilty and the persons who have abdicated their authority in order to cover them up, must be hauled up. Remarks against the former Prime Minister do not auger well for the decorum and grace at the highest level. One cannot be right by saying that the other was also wrong.
