Retd IAS is a big challenge in UP elections
An Independent candidate Badal Chatterjee, a retired IAS officer is
giving sleepless nights to politicians who are fighting assembly elections
in Allahabad .Before retirement he was Commissioner of Allahabad division.
According to sources, he is exposing political parties in his campaign
and putting some hidden facts which are pinching to those who are in
the fray.
Lalu's offspring rise to national level ?
Grapevine has it that Lalu Prasad Yadav's offspring are simply Bihar
material and they will never be able to rise to the national level.
Will SP be able to save its fortress?
The third phase of UP assembly is very crucial for ruling Samajwadi
Party (SP). Presently the party has 55 sitting MLAs out of 69 seats
going for poll on Sunday Feb 19. Mulayam's brother, daughter in law
and one more relative are in the fray. This phase will decide the fate
of SP.
Lollipop ke Sinn bee the re Bhaiya
Ek baath samajh nahi aayi!!
Oath toh 31 TN MLAs ne khaayi!
But why did they return to the Resort!!
To this step why did they resort!!
They'll stay there till confidence vote!!
Democracy ho rahi hai 'lott pott'!!
Or may be crying in despair!!
And then Chinama's respect for Amma ho gayi bare!!
Amma must have turned in her grave!
When his respects at her grave Dinakaran gave!!
She had chucked him out!!
Seems after her death Chinama 'sorted things out'!
If Chinama had thumped the grave more!
Amma would have said ..Enter ..Opening the door!!
Does Paneer have something up his sleeve!
He does quite a few believe!!
But it may not come out just now!!
He's been advised ..harr constituency mein jao!!
Already Voter is up in arms on this Mannargudi hijack!!
Want 'Amma' to take the Party back!
And Paneer is Amma's handpicked one!!!
Voter takes Amma and Paneer as one!!
Army Chief's comment was bang-on!
This needed to be done!
If anyone waves an Pak or ISIS flag!
As Anti National uss ko karre gi Army flag!
Stand with terror lot or help them and be ready!
For an end that will be bloody!
In a charged atmosphere he said this!!
This seems the Biased Media chose to miss!
The response to Modi in UP is like it's been!!
Even in 2014 this euphoria was seen!!
Sending shivers down Congress-SP spine!!!
Though they show 'all is fine'!!
They say Aki now realising he's erred!!
With a clear loser he's paired!!
It's a misnomer that because they are young!!
So they have youth ka sangh!!
Youth want solutions not sops!
That's why Modi comes out tops!!
With no jobs what will they do with 4G!
That's why they say ..abh ki baar Modi ji!!
They have realised Modi does what he says!!
Devious games like others he never plays!
Trump needs to follow the Modi model!
His handling of Presstitutes he needs to remodel!
Modi gives them the royal ignore!!
That gets them even more sore!!
They go overboard to attack him night and day!!
Set traps for him and apne aap ko they waylay!!
Many have fallen from their exalted perches!!
And now found on lowly birches!!
Yup they have tonnes on money but no credibility!!
And credibility is a Journo's biggest ability!!
Confucius says..Money gone....something gaya!
Health gone a lot gaya!
Credibility gone apne bhi nahi karte daya !

Civil Aviation Minister Gajapathi Raju launches
AIBM (UPDATED)
Emphasizing the importance of information and applauding efforts to
put the focus on civil aviation industry, Minister of Civil Aviation,
P Ashok Gajapathi Raju launched the maiden issue of Airports India Business
Magazine (AIBM) in the presence of Dr. GuruprasadMohapatra, Chairman,
AAI, AnujAggarwal- Member (HR) and A K Dutta, Member (ANS) of AAI along
with Ranvir Nayar Managing Director, Media India Group and Dr
Christine Nayagam of Media India Group at an event here in New Delhi
on Thursday. While inaugurating the magazine, Minister conveyed that
he is happy that this magazine is concentrating on aviation. People
used to travel even before aircrafts were invented; they have been travelling
through ages. But, probably comfortable travel has made it happen in
numbers, which one couldnt think of earlier. If there is any country
that has space to grow, I think it is India. There is a lot of potential
for aviation as the sector has a multiplier effect in the economy. Let
us share, let us grow and let us be second to no country in the world.
AIBM, Indias first business magazine entirely dedicated to the
civil aviation industry, aims at enlightening readers about civil aviation
and infrastructure business and also about the latest developments in
the Indian aerospace and future plans, with in-depth reports, analyses
and interviews with key players in the various segments of the civil
aviation business. The magazine, which is one of its kind, aims at spreading
awareness in matters of civil aviation, concerning its new projects,
expansions, business opportunities, national and international collaborations
and other new avenues and will be published every quarter by Paris-based
Media India Group, in association with the Airports Authority of India.

1. Contesting for election is a Dream Project which will never come

2. Election wining is different and running is totally different. After
forming a Government it becomes difficult to work as Dreams are never

Mockery of Noise Pollution guidelines in India
Noise pollution in India is increasing exponentially due to growing
vehicular population. But, no one seems concerned despite its deleterious
effect on people' health. The States' and central pollution control
boards , committees, collect, compile and publish statistical reports
on noise pollution. These are utilised for replying to Parliamentary
Questions. But, the Law makers are not bothered about non-compliance
of laws framed by them. Persistent vehicular honking impact citizens'
health by triggering hypertension, high stress levels, cardiac complications,
deafness , sleep disorder etc. Are anti-noise measures included in the
National Health policy? Consider National capital.
The National Green Tribunal banned use of pressure horns in Delhi and
NCR in July 2016 . The authorities concerned have failed to regulate
use of loud speakers / public address system and other noise- producing
instruments during religious and marriage celebrations in conformity
with permissible norms. Provisions in Central Motor Vehicle Rules banning
multi-tone/ musical horns, are misused by trucks and buses particularly
in residential colonies. Position in states is far worse. There is total
inaction by designated officers like DMs, SDMs, DGPs, CPs upto Dy SPs
. Do we ever see the traffic police challenging the offenders for noise-abatement
and impose pecuniary penalties. Are designated officers even aware of
noise pollution guidelines issued by the Centre and the States, one
wonders ?
