Modi 'Trumps'..
I'm back in Shimla and it's very cold ...snow all around
...so my Respected Friend...a Retired Senior Bureaucrat...requests me
we meet at his place . We sit down in his Fire Place warmed Living Room
and over Hot Chocolates and Marshmallows and Gajrela we get chatting..
Me: Ahmed Patel has Tweeted crediting Priyanka for the UP Alliance!
Respected Friend: The one who ordered him to go and placate and negotiate
with Ram Gopal must have ordered him to Tweet...giving credit to Priyanka..
M: So this means Rahul is being sidelined ..
RF: High time they did this...but I know Congress has the most warped
thought process... this could be their way of getting sympathy for Rahul...bechaara
Rahul tag...'how would you feel if your sister displaced you'....
M: And I personally feel Jamai Raja is baggage for Priyanka...
RF: Off and on he does air his views ....and gets badly trolled. But
I think if Priyanka takes on the reigns in UP he'll keep an extra low
profile ..he will not ride his mobike in UP like he did previously ......
M: Hear Kejri is not too happy with EC...
RF: He will be angry with anyone who questions him...ask any Rebel AAPian....who
interacted with him regularly ..two come to mind ..they'll confirm he
cannot take criticism of any kind .. first time you question him attitude
of his chosen ones towards you changes ...second time ...you are attacked
verbally.....third time you are out!!
M: EC's take is absolutely right ...how can a Leader ask voters to accept
money ...even if it's from Opposing Parties...
RF: Sometimes I feel he suffers from extreme persecution complex ....
M: By the way has he demanded Trump show him his Degree ...
RF: Read your POTUS and GOTUS ....well POTUS would treat GOTUS's demand
with contempt ...very much like Modi does.....
M: I see so many similarities between Trump and Modi ...he's also facing
orchestrated protests backed by US Presstitutes ...and even Trump's
agenda is to make US strong and let the Americans feel it's their Government
..
RF: But some of his policies will hurt India ....and Indian Companies
will have to innovate ....after-all Business is rising up to the occasion
...and then don't forget we are an economy driven by huge domestic consumption...but
I also feel it would be a mixed bag for India ...okay let's just go
to the Mall.....road is slippery and your support will be needed ..today
it's your turn ....joke for the road...
M: Ram Gopal and Ahmed Patel negotiations :
RG : We'll give 50 seats to Congress
AP: Rahul will make 3 speeches
RG: 70
AP: 2 speeches
RG: 100
AP: 1 speech
RG: 105
S: Deal, no speech

How do you see the two most powerful leaders of
the World - Donald Trump and Narendra Modi ?
Some people see Donald Trump as Narendra Modi
of the USA. Like Modi in 2014, they say, Trump touched the raw nerve
of the US citizens in 2016 to win a decisive victory.
If Modi, with his magnetic electoral campaign,
won an absolute majority for his party for the first time in 2014, Trump
also staged a spectacular campaign to win the top job for himself.
How do you (surfers of whispersinthecorridors.com)
see the two most powerful leaders of the World ?

DoPT should soon issue orders
It is now six months when the CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 were issued
specifying in Para 2(2)(vii) that these rules shall not apply to persons
re-employed in Government after retirement. This time DoPT has much
delayed issuing pay revision orders in respect of re-employed pensioners
as in the past, Govt. issued such orders on 11th Nov., 2008 vide DoPT
OM No.3/13/2008-Estt. (Pay II) i.e. within two and a half months after
pay scales were revised consequent upon implementation of 6th Pay Commission's
recommendations by Department of Expenditure. DoPT may issue such orders
soon so as not to deprive the re-employed pensioners any longer of their
legitimate benefit as a result of acceptance of the recommendations
of 7th Pay Commission by GoI, which has already been given to other
working Govt employees -

Building of Ram temple ?
The demolition of disputed structure at Ayodhya was a black day for
secular India. Building of Ram temple on that site will further break
the social fabric in the country. Otherwise also there are already thousands
of temples in our country and one more will not make any difference.
Yes, for unity in Hindus, for which RSS is craving, a Dalit should be
made Chief Priest of the proposed temple. Also, in the existing temples
in the country, Dalit as per their share(population wise) should be
appointed as priests which will give them a sense of belongingness for
the religion. Further, it also needs to be clarified that there is no
reservation for SCs/STs, rather it is only representation, which is
required to be implemented in the temples also.

Information which is not part of the original RTI Application
The appellant sought information relating to earth work in connection
with Guage Conversion on Ratlam - Khandwa Section of Western Railway
and matters related thereto. On receipt of the reply, the appellant
contested that certain information had not been correctly supplied
and sought information for a specific period. On perusal of the
RTI application, the CIC noted that that the appellant had himself
submitted a vague and ambiguous query with regard to the above
points which were replied by the respondent to the best of their
abilities. The appellant subsequently, sought information for
a specific period which was not a part of the RTI application.
The appellant was advised that for specific information sought
by him, he should file another RTI application.
Comments
While filing an application under the RTI Act, an applicant should
pinpoint the specific information being sought by him failing
which the results of the RTI application would not entirely be
to his satisfaction. No new information can be sought at the appellate
level.
