POLITICS
This is History (503)
Each person was made to believe that their freedom was in danger and
they must fight to defend it.
Mulayam Singh is with whom ?
In UP elections, all eyes are on senior SP leader Mulayam Singh Yadav.
All parties including SP, are eager to know who will get Mulayam's support
? .
Commitment by UAE missing ?
The much-anticipated pact about the $75 billion investment fund, committed
by the UAE, is missing from the list of fourteen pacts signed today
after the talks between PM Narendra Modi and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi
Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Saare jahaan se achcha Hindustan
humaara...
Still in Shimla and today my Respected Friend and I meet at a very warm
Coffee Shop cum Patisserie and over Hot Lattes and Muffins we get chatting
.
Me: Prashant Kishor has coined a slogan for UP..Apne Laddke vs Bahaari..
Respected Friend: He seems to be bereft of ideas in UP...just repeating
the Bahari vs Bihari... it worked under a total different set of circumstances
in Bihar..
M: BJP should respond with ...Laundo ki Sarkaar Noto aur Gundo waali...Bhenji
ki Sarkaar Jaat-Paat waali... BJP ki Sarkaar Kaam-Kaaj waali.. or Launde
Bekaar..Bhenji Kalaakar ...Modi Chamatkaar...
RF: I'm just perplexed about this Seven Star Samaajwaad... just saw
on FB a post in which Mulayam's younger son's photograph is posted with
a 3 crore Lamborghini....
M: SOP....belongs to someone who has given it to Prateek to test-drive....
I know of a Maharashtra Neta who has an insatiable love for cars and
he pioneered this modus operandi...
really tragic ...the death on Vadodhra Station in a stampede during
a Sharukh Khan promo ..
RF: Well first and foremost it was stupid of Sharukh to have undertaken
this Promo..and then he tweeted details of the Promo ....Indian Railways
does not follow him on Twitter ...so how would Railways know he's mobilizing
fans ....and it's important to verify the Permission given by Railways
..was it for within the Train Promo ...or Promo outside the Train...on
Stations ...
M: Sharad Yadav made a stupid statement...comparing Rape to Accepting
inducements and Voting ...and then why did Khatiyar give importance
to Priyanka..
RF: Sharad Yadav is habituated to making ludicrous statements ...Khatiyar
....are elections a Beauty Pageant..do only beautiful women and handsome
men only win elections..he's just given Congress an opportunity for....chaati
peetna...
M: He could have just said ...apart from her surname what are Priyanka's
credentials in Politics ...do they think Public is that gullible that
her entry can save a Ship that's half sunk...
RF: It could be their last attempt ... I was talking to a Congi yesterday
....and he said...either Priyanka will take Sonia's place or Rahul will..
M: I think viewing the fact Modi will get another two terms minimum
...I think they should plan for Priyanka's kids to lead Congress ..
RF: Chalo let's go to the next-door Bookshop ....no joke today.. Wish
every Indian on our Republic Day ...and remember in a Democracy for
our wrong choices we dearly pay ..

How do you see the two most powerful leaders of
the World - Donald Trump and Narendra Modi ?
Some people see Donald Trump as Narendra Modi
of the USA. Like Modi in 2014, they say, Trump touched the raw nerve
of the US citizens in 2016 to win a decisive victory.
If Modi, with his magnetic electoral campaign,
won an absolute majority for his party for the first time in 2014, Trump
also staged a spectacular campaign to win the top job for himself.
How do you (surfers of whispersinthecorridors.com)
see the two most powerful leaders of the World ?

Urjit Patel on the run
1. Urjit Patel had to run by taking double step so as not to reply to
news paper media public in his home land Ahmedabad .
2 Urjit Patel had to run from facts in PAC as could not reply for which
whole nation was waiting.
3. Urjit Patel is to be grilled again during budget session till knowing
the facts.
4. Duties towards nation and citizen of Media newspaper was described
during crowning of superpower Donald Trump. No one can escape from the
facts and right step is required.
4. India is a 2nd highest populated country 125 cr in the world. It
is not an easy task to handle through slogans. No waiting period can
be given for results. Decisions and positive results has to move side
by side just like reaction and action.
5. For businessmen, it is advised to stop their activities for a month
when nothing is favourable and when no one is ready to understand the
problems. And continue further if not satisfied. When service class
people can ask for their demands then why business class can not ask.
They are carrying lots of risks on their head like failure , loan repayment,
family liability, other business liability and commitments etc.

Information which is not part of the original RTI Application
The appellant sought information relating to earth work in connection
with Guage Conversion on Ratlam - Khandwa Section of Western Railway
and matters related thereto. On receipt of the reply, the appellant
contested that certain information had not been correctly supplied
and sought information for a specific period. On perusal of the
RTI application, the CIC noted that that the appellant had himself
submitted a vague and ambiguous query with regard to the above
points which were replied by the respondent to the best of their
abilities. The appellant subsequently, sought information for
a specific period which was not a part of the RTI application.
The appellant was advised that for specific information sought
by him, he should file another RTI application.
Comments
While filing an application under the RTI Act, an applicant should
pinpoint the specific information being sought by him failing
which the results of the RTI application would not entirely be
to his satisfaction. No new information can be sought at the appellate
level.
