Harr Harr Modi..

I'm back in Shimla and it is cooler than the plains. Meet my Respected Friend, retired Senior Bureaucrat, at Cafe Sole and over Salads and Soups we get chatting.

Me: Harr Harr Modi.... Ghatiabandhan ki Rajneethi dhoh dee!!
Respected Friend: Aki aka Gapoo looks devastated and Rahul aka Papoo gone AWOL... his Think Tank must be preparing list of Scapegoats...
M: Maya is saying EVMs fixed...
RF: She thinks it could be a face saver for BSP's pathetic performance ...no introspection...her disconnect with the Voter ..her emotionless speeches ...her Murti fixation and of course her evergrowing affluence...
M: Aki toh is talking of carrying on this arrangement with Congress further..
RF: That's because he knows he has blundered .....he needs a credible exit ......this Alliance was a alliance rooted in failure ...fighting huge anti incumbency by allying with a Party whose anti incumbency ....post 2014 has what seems an eternal shelf life!
M: RaGa's low IQ and humongous ego is finishing off Congress ...though I must say he gets the Best Comedian Award for these Elections.... Aki ends up as the Best Villian...in fact his equating Modi to a Donkey alienated him more from the Voters...
M: Punjab...I hear Akalis were rooting for a Congress victory...isn't this really astounding...
RF: Netas know the ground reality...like in UP SP knew BJP would cross 300 quite some fime back....
and the Family drama and Alliance was done to give a fight to BJP...coming to Punjab...Amrinder won despite RaGa..and he literally had to threaten to get RaGa to announce him as the CM nominee ..Amrinder had reduced Prashant Kishore to a info collector and Choreographer...fact is with Prashant but without Amrinder, Congress would be nowhere in Punjab..but even without Prashant , Amrinder would have won..
M: AAP ka safaaya ...
RF: Some Psephologists got taken in by the hoopla and some were 'interested' Psephologists .....so AAP got 'raving' seats..and novice Netas of AAP just could not fathom the reality ..its next to impossible for a Neta involved in electioneering not to fathom the Congress groundswell ..viewing the majority Congress has got....the celebration preparations proves they did not know the reality...
M: All AAP's celebration preparations came to a naught... in Punjabi a proverb for this is ..Naathe dhote reh gaye...
RF: Aptly put ...though knowing Kejri he would have bathed and worn the shabbiest clothes to celebrate ... he feels dressing shabbily shows he is very honest ...
M: Coming back to UP... the Pseudo lot now beating their chests .....no Muslim BJP MLAs ...
RF: Well now UP Muslims will get to experience firsthand ...Sabh ka saath sabh ka vikaas ....and again the Shamshaan and Kabristan comment was made to say...stop this appeasement ....though it was misconstrued by Presstitutes ...
M: Now Cops in UP will have to tune themselves to objectivity .. subjectivity waale dinn beethe re Bhaiya ..no Yadav...MY... or Dalit Police Stations ....
RF: And Uttrakhand is a big Thumbs Up for OROP... in fact in UK Congis wanted Rawat to lose ...with such huge majorities in UP and UK ... no CM selection under pressure ...now the right ones....Corruption free and decisive Governance would be the hallmarks ...
M: Goa and Manipur ..
RF: It took them months to hold the elections and you want to dissect the elections in an hour ....we will discuss it tomorrowwhen we meet ...joke ...
M: Amrinder called Kejri ...summer breeze ...one Congi standing near him whispered ..lagdaa hai Captain da nakk bandh hai ...badboo waali hawaa noo summer breeze boll reha hai.....

Uncalculated Moves without setting goals (unprepared )

1.Germany pushing whole world into World war II.
2.Americans bombed nuclear Bomb on Japan. Repenting till date.
2.India China war.
3.Nasbandi in India.
4.North Korea strategy.
5.Not upgrading Core Sector Industries as times have changed.
Moral is that only enthusiasm is not going to work without calculation and setting up the goal. Country is not the private property and neither the citizen. One can not take decision without disclosing to citizen. Every decision should be for entire mankind and no discrimination. Either have it and do it or leave it.

DATE WITH RTI

Non-receipt of RTI application sent by registered post

The RTI application was sent through Registered post and the same was delivered in the respondent organization. However, the respondent claimed that the RTI application was not received and hence, no reply within the stipulated time could be provided to the appellant. To ascertain the facts leading to the misplacement of the RTI application filed by the appellant, the CIC directed the FAA, Ministry of Home Affairs to inquire into the matter of the 'missing' RTI application and to ascertain as to whether the RTI application was actually misplaced or the CPIO had taken that plea to deny information to the appellant. The FAA was directed to take appropriate departmental action against the officers/officials responsible for the misplacement of the RTI application, if required. A copy of the inquiry report along with the action taken report was directed to be provided to the Commission as well as to the appellant within a period of six weeks. Further, a compensation of Rs. 2,500/- was granted to the appellant. The CIC also observed that the First Appellate Authority should give an opportunity of hearing to any Appellant if the Appellant expressly wants to be heard.
