POLITICS
This is History (565)
Two hundred years ago when the British came, one merchant could have
bought all the London. Now look how poor my beautiful country is . rahul
(Kaun hai sabse aage in Indian
media- We said this on March 2, 2017)
Who is best suited Bachelor face
in UP ?
If BJP goes for a bachelor leader in UP for the post of CM, as per reported
RSS wish, then only two state leaders seem to be ahead for the hot seat.
They are - Yogi Aaditya Nath and Uma Bharti.
(We said this on March 2 )
Will Yogi Aaditya Nath go Uma Bharti way ?
Political circles do not rule out the possibility of UP CM Aditya Nath
going the Uma Bharti way. Firebrand Sadhvi Uma Bharti had to leave the
hot seat of Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh within one year to pave
way for a moderate leader. Nath is equally a firebrand leader of Uttar
Pradesh.
Will there be unrest in Uttar Pradesh ?
Will the disgruntled elements of different political parties try to
destablise Aditya Nath Government by creating law and order problem
in the coming months ? One can wait and watch.
Aaya Yogi ..
I'm in Lucknow and I meet my Friend who doubles as a Journo and Statistician
for Pollsters. We meet at an iconic Coffee Shop in the heart of Lucknow
and over Coffee and the famous Burma Nankhatais we get chatting.
Me: Much to the allergy of Pseudos... BJP has chosen a Yogi....to
be assisted by two DCMs. .
Friend: This time BJP trashed the politics of caste ..UP is so famous
for ...BJP preferred ..Financial Inclusively ....all the Centre's programmes
highlight this...
M: The Pseudo Media is already gunning for BJP...one Journo tweeted...my
Driver says now that Yogi is in power expect riots ...... spoke to Businessmen
and they said if Yogi had been the BJP nominee they'd not have voted
for BJP...
F: Some of my ilk don't realise . .the more you damn Modi or BJP the
more both prove you wrong and make your credibility take a hit...why
they've already added prefix ...Hardliner ..to Yogi...called him a criminal..without
bothering to check out the facts...like his Affidavit to EC...
M: I think they feel they have the potential to change opinions ....they
forget that ...Indians abh shaane ho gaye hai...they take them with
a sack full of salt...
F: And I feel a CM and 2 Deputies for a reason...its a very effective
combination...Yogi Adityanath - The Doer .....Keshav Maurya - The Manager
....Dinesh Sharma - The Diplomat ....all will balance out each other...
M: And as was the case in Maharashtra ...Haryana ...UK...incorruptibility
.... workaholics... remember it's corruption that is the root cause
of all political evils!
F: Ghoos ki dinn beethe re Bhaiya ...Dilli ka Yogi Desh mein badlaav
laaya re...just see how he chooses CMs...I remember in the old days
....rumors used to abound ...so and so chosen as CM because he has committed
crores and crores for the Party....now the parameters have changed ..
incorruptible. ...development oriented .. workaholic. ...popularity
...and ...and no Pariwaarwaad. ..
M: But is Yogi development oriented...
F: Rest assured he has a guide who is the Master in Development. ...see
fact is they could not find all the qualities in one Leader ...so they
put one in Command and two to help him...all three will compliment each
other ....and the agenda will be given by Modi...
F: UPites will feel the change in 6 months .... UP will be a example
for Muslims in rest of India ...for Sabh ka Saath sabh ka Vikaas ..I
say this because in UP Muslims do have a significant presence ...and
are in a tizzy on account of a Yogi becoming the CM..of course the Pseudo
Political Parties and Media fuelling their fears...
M: Ha ..ha..just got this message ...its rumoured in Goa at night Congress
threw it's Letter claiming majority over the Wall into the Raj Bhavan
...and even in this Letter they did not name the CM..
F: When will Diggy grow up...really Congress proving to be Bachchkaani
Party ....
M: What else can you expect from a Party in which a 46 year old is considered
to be a Baba who has still to mature ...but is PM material.....do they
think being PM is child's play ..
F: Sharam karre... Yogi is 44 years old....seems this Bachchpana is
infectious in Congress ..Papooitis...

Non-receipt of RTI application sent by registered post
The RTI application was sent through Registered post and the same
was delivered in the respondent organization. However, the respondent
claimed that the RTI application was not received and hence, no
reply within the stipulated time could be provided to the appellant.
To ascertain the facts leading to the misplacement of the RTI
application filed by the appellant, the CIC directed the FAA,
Ministry of Home Affairs to inquire into the matter of the 'missing'
RTI application and to ascertain as to whether the RTI application
was actually misplaced or the CPIO had taken that plea to deny
information to the appellant. The FAA was directed to take appropriate
departmental action against the officers/officials responsible
for the misplacement of the RTI application, if required. A copy
of the inquiry report along with the action taken report was directed
to be provided to the Commission as well as to the appellant within
a period of six weeks. Further, a compensation of Rs. 2,500/-
was granted to the appellant. The CIC also observed that the First
Appellate Authority should give an opportunity of hearing to any
Appellant if the Appellant expressly wants to be heard.

Record keeping and proper maintenance of files is a key function
of any Public Authority. Every Public Authority should strive
to maintain a system where the records are maintained in a manner
from where they can be retrieved in a timely manner.
