Ne wins socialism is a scrambled egg, but very much a socialist egg.

Shah understands UP better than state's leaders ?

First LS elections then Assembly elections. BJP President Amit Shah understands complicated UP state better. His strategy to win both elections proved a master stroke for party. New Thakur leader emerges in BJP ?

Has the new Thakur leadership emerged in Uttar Pradesh ?. Infact, Yogi Aditya Nath's original name is Ajay Singh. What is the significance ? Even son of Home Minister Raj Nath Singh, Pankaj Singh has not been inducted in the UP Cabinet.

Is Yogi "Junior Edition" of Modi ?

New Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Aditya Nath is described as "Junior Edition" of PM Narendra Modi. Now one can observe his calculative steps.

BJP.. Bharatiya Janhit Party...

Who is Secular and who is not!!
To Pseudos Secular lot this needs to be taught!!

Secular doesn't mean you appease a certain lot!!
Via appeasement votes are sought and bought!

And that too shameless appeasement!!
Like all resources only for Muslims are meant!!

Thankfully now Pseudos are on the back foot!!
Indian Voter giving them the boot!!

Indians are voting them out!!
Electorally being sorted out!

One of the reasons why BJP is winning elections!!
Indians breaking all Pseudo Secular connections!

Even the Pseudo Secular Media being binned!!
Against their profession they've sinned!!

Many from exalted posts are now 'Pariahs'!!
They thought Indians are Charias (Sindhi for crackpots)!

They abuse Social Media but are ever-present on it!!
Though there too they do not fit!!

Seems Yogi was BJP's No 2 choice from the start!!
And from its initial choices BJP did not depart!!

No.1 or Rajnath said no!!
So to No. 2 the mantle did go!

But BJP kept mum to keep its flock on their toes!!
Did not want any section in BJP to suffer from 'lows'!!

Post election as BJP brought all on board!!
And Media's speculation we endured!!

Yogi's Orders are clear!!
Deliver on BJP's promises without a fear!!

No appeasement and work for all!!
Isse True Governance karte hai call!!

After revamping the System Yogi will start delivering!!
Yes..I know the Opposition is already shivering!!

Because he will put an end to the fear created for BJP!!
Show Bharatiya Janhit Party hai BJP!

Yes certain decisions will cause heartburn!!
Some negativity initially Yogi Government will earn!!

It has made promises which it has to keep!!
Or Votes from day one will start to seep!!

The financial inclusivity will make Muslims think!!
No way of exclusivity does BJP stink!!

Its a long term game but has to start from Day One!!
Modi funda is clear..Trust is not bought but won!

Now Ball is in Amrinder's Court!!
To him Sidhu has to report!

His Minister making a clown of himself is not right!!
A Buffoon Minister on TV is an ugly sight!!

Whatever Rahul may have agreed to!!
Its at Amrinder's choice that Public will boo!!

Confucius says..Guru tuh Mantri hai not a Clown!!
Why do you want to pull prestige of Cabinet down!!

Quite surprising

I am a Central Government employee. I have a refund problem. So, I walked into one ITO's room today (16/03/2017) for resolution of the refund issue. To my utter shock, I came to know that he along with other Class II Officers participated in strike.

Then I went to meet the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax. It was even more shocking to know that he too didn't turn up in office on 16/03/2017. I heard from peons (apparently private) available then that he too joined the strike.
It is surprising to learn that a large number of IRS Officers have participated in strike on 16/03/2017.
This raises larger question whether Class 1 Officers of the Government can call for and participate in strike?
Whether their unauthorised absence will attract disciplinary proceedings and levy of penalty?
Whether any deduction will be made from their salary for their unauthorised absence?
Is this the leadership the Government of India is providing through their officers? Hugely disappointed. Stern action should be taken against the erring Officers though lenient view can be taken against the erring staffs.

Non-receipt of RTI application sent by registered post

The RTI application was sent through Registered post and the same was delivered in the respondent organization. However, the respondent claimed that the RTI application was not received and hence, no reply within the stipulated time could be provided to the appellant. To ascertain the facts leading to the misplacement of the RTI application filed by the appellant, the CIC directed the FAA, Ministry of Home Affairs to inquire into the matter of the 'missing' RTI application and to ascertain as to whether the RTI application was actually misplaced or the CPIO had taken that plea to deny information to the appellant. The FAA was directed to take appropriate departmental action against the officers/officials responsible for the misplacement of the RTI application, if required. A copy of the inquiry report along with the action taken report was directed to be provided to the Commission as well as to the appellant within a period of six weeks. Further, a compensation of Rs. 2,500/- was granted to the appellant. The CIC also observed that the First Appellate Authority should give an opportunity of hearing to any Appellant if the Appellant expressly wants to be heard.
