Retired Fauji: Just one Legit Slaughter House....and during a road trip from Lucknow to Kanpur I remember I had noticed many Refrigerated Container Trucks ....the Hired Car Driver on my enquiring had told me these trucks were ferrying meat ..unlicensed means no controls or quality checks...

According to sources 36 IIS officers from 1989 to 1991 batches are likely to be promoted as ADG next week. DPC has already cleared names and now ACC nod is awaited.

Vacancies of Judges in High Courts increasing
As many as 433 posts of Permanent and Additional Judges have been lying vacant in various High Courts in the country. As per record, these include 232 posts of Permanent Judges and 201 posts of Additional Judges that are vacant in the High Courts. Approved strength is 1079 and only 646 is the working strength.

Avinash Awasthi to be PS to UP CM ?
In all probability, Avinash K Awasthi will be Principal Secretary to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Aditya Nath Yogi. 1987 batch IAS officer Awasthi is presently Joint Secretary in the department of Disability in the Government of India.
